A large number of trending searches have dominated the lists on both Witter and Y. The intense buzz attracted many viewers who were initially just observing, pushing them to watch the PV and previews. Consequently, this group of viewers was quickly drawn in, expanding the audience even further.

The reaction of the viewers was like that of a consultant seeing the preview of a certain foreign product before traveling. The immediate reaction was: ”What the heck? Is this something you can actually create?”

When the viewers saw ”Honkai: Star Rail,” it was as if they had suddenly discovered a child who could stand out from the rest. No, it could even be said to have the potential to become the best of the best.

This reaction couldn’t be understated.

Thus, from the release of the preview by MiHoYo until the next day:

Witter’s search heat broke one million.

Weibo’s trending topics had the top four positions in the top ten.

The total number of views across platforms had long exceeded one hundred million.

Amidst this overwhelming attention, the first episode of ”Honkai: Stelle Rail” premiered.

At MiHoYo, the internal team had already prepared a screening room. Everyone in the company had gathered there:

Kafka, Himeko, Welt, Silver Wolf, Herta...

March 7th, Stelle, Dan Heng, Jing Yuan, Blade, Fu Xuan...

Bronya, Seele, Pela, Clara...

Everyone was intently watching the screen. Simultaneously, the right side of the screen displayed real-time bullet comments and reviews. Today, everyone was both the stars and the audience.

The screen went black, and immediately a spectacular scene appeared before the viewers’ eyes.

Next to a huge, vast planet, a gigantic space station slowly loomed. The sci-fi style space station was perfect from every angle! The stunning special effects once again left the viewers in awe.

”Is this really something we can watch?”

The elegant sound of a violin began to play softly. Under this emotionally complex piece, Kafka appeared alone, immersed in the music, playing an invisible violin.

As the scene flashed by, the twisted figures of the anti-matter legion, carrying various weapons, descended upon the space station. People scattered in panic.

”Guide the evacuation! Move quickly!”

Esta flashed by. Then, Alan, wielding a long sword, intercepted the enemies attacking the personnel. Dan Heng and March 7th, each with their weapons, ran swiftly through the corridors of the Herta space station.

Kafka, however, remained with her eyes closed, gracefully playing the invisible violin, lost in her own world. Until... a flash of light appeared. The space station’s red alert sounded, and the screen on the left showed Silver Wolf.

After a brief exchange between Kafka and Silver Wolf, the purpose of Elio, the anti-matter legion, and Kafka and her team’s mission were revealed.

Then came a scene that had been briefly modified. In the original game, players would control Kafka to leave and trigger a battle. But here, it was Kafka’s real action sequence!

The anti-matter legion surged forward. Facing numerous enemies, Kafka moved as if taking a stroll, her posture fluid as she combined sword and gun techniques with elegance and precision. Every move was purposeful. The game’s combat and normal attack actions were perfectly recreated in the battle.

Eventually, Kafka, holding guns in both hands, spun around and then stood still. Her ultimate move was more detailed and spectacular than in the PV. Thousands of bullets collided and seemed to be controlled, continuously raining down.

At this moment, a silent line of dialogue appeared at the bottom of the screen:

Boom!

All enemies turned to dust.

In just a few minutes, the impact of ”Star Rail” delivered a new experience to the viewers. The appearance of explosive moments directly ignited the audience’s emotions.

On the right side of the screen, large amounts of ”What the hell” comments appeared, nearly overwhelming the screen!

Comments:

”This is way too cool!!”

”What an incredible performance! Genius!” ℴℴ𝘮

”No need to watch anything else, I declare this the best of the year!”

In MiHoYo’s office, the praise was nonstop.

The story continued to progress. As they walked through the corridors, facing numerous portraits of the members of the Genius Club, more settings were revealed through Kafka and Silver Wolf’s dialogue:

The first seat of the Genius Club, the man who supposedly created the Aeon: Nous the Erudition, Zandar One Kuwabara.

The fourth seat, Lord of Silence, Polka Kakamond, who destroyed all of her pictures everywhere and was linked to the deaths of many Genius Club members.

The twenty-second seat, Aiden, who created the nine-worded formulae, which helped shape scientific laws.

The fifty-sixth seat, Elias Salas, who established the modern foundation for interstellar civilization communication.

The seventy-sixth seat, Mechanical Aristocrat Screwllum I, currently the bridge between inorganic and organic life in the universe, simply known as Screwllum.

And of course, the eighty-third seat, Herta, who rejuvenated herself, solved multiple algorithms, speculations, and other conversion methods.

The vast amount of information struck the viewers’ minds all at once.

Comments:

”The Genius Club, what an interesting name.”

”Zandar One Kuwabara, noted, seems like a very powerful figure.”

”Screwllum, haha, such a weird name, looks like a robot, looking forward to his appearance!”

”They all sound like those brainy, super talented scientists, but seem to lack combat power.”

”Wait, such a cute Herta is actually rejuvenated!?”

”If the cute Herta is a scientist, then isn’t the space station in danger?”

Many viewers fell into the traditional misconception that scientists are weak, with no combat power, and are only brains.

Kafka’s explosive scenes and the straightforward early footage had already made the viewers aware that the Herta space station was under attack by the anti-matter legion.

They couldn’t help but worry about Herta’s safety and the station’s survival. With more settings revealed earlier, they eagerly anticipated what would happen next.

Will the Herta space station survive the attack of the anti-matter legion?
