Flash Marriage: He is a Wife-pampering Addict

Chapter 1977: Chapter 1976: Let’s Play a Game

Bai Family

Bai Xiaoxiao was awakened by her daughter’s voice.

Opening her eyes, she saw her daughter lying on the blanket in front of her, her chubby little hands grabbing at the corner of the blanket, her bright black eyes looking at her.

Then she looked up to see the man standing beside the bed, a smile on his lips, his gaze tenderly fixed on her.

”Xiaoxiao, good morning.”

A wave of warmth instantly spread through her heart.

Bai Xiaoxiao looked at Luo Haofeng smiling in front of the bed and then at her daughter, who was grinning wide on the blanket, and felt her heart filled to the brim with happiness and sweetness.

Her eyebrows and eyes unconsciously blossomed into a smile, ”How long has Lingling been awake?”

”I just brought Lingling over, originally intending to feed her some formula.”

”What formula, I’ll feed her myself.”

Bai Xiaoxiao propped herself up against the headboard and took Lingling into her arms, the little baby immediately and skillfully burrowing toward her chest.

After feeding, Lingling was taken away by Mother Bai.

Luo Haofeng found clothes for Bai Xiaoxiao to wear today, and as he placed the clothes on the bed, he magically produced a beautiful diamond necklace.

”Xiaoxiao, this is your New Year’s gift.”

Bai Xiaoxiao’s eyes flashed with a trace of astonishment; she hadn’t expected Luo Haofeng to give her such a New Year’s gift, and she teased with a smile, ”I thought you would give me money for good luck.”

”You’ll get lucky money.” Luo Haofeng sat down at the edge of the bed, turned aside, and put the diamond necklace around her neck.

This necklace was custom-made by him, a simple and elegant design, one of its kind in the world.

After putting it on, he turned Bai Xiaoxiao around, gazing at her snow-white neck with gentle eyes, his lips curving in a satisfied smile, ”Hmm, truly beautiful.”

”Is the necklace beautiful, or is the person beautiful?”

Bai Xiaoxiao looked playfully into his eyes.

Luo Haofeng chuckled and pulled her into his embrace, answering her question with a kiss.

Bai Xiaoxiao laughed and pushed him away, pouting, ”I haven’t brushed my teeth yet.”

”I don’t mind.”

Luo Haofeng stated earnestly, then dominantly pulled her back into his arms, continuing the previous kiss.

Gradually, the atmosphere in the room changed.

Strands of ambiguity filled the air in the bedroom, the temperature rising amidst their passionate kisses, Bai Xiaoxiao initially just passively enduring Luo Haofeng’s deep kiss.

But unknowingly, her defenses in her heart fell, her hands instinctively wrapped around his neck, responding instinctively to his kiss...

Outside, warm sunlight was blocked by floor-length curtains, unable to penetrate the room’s ambiguity.

In the softly lit room, amid entangled breath, the longing for love ignited their bodies like a flame.

”Xiaoxiao.”

Luo Haofeng’s voice, low and hoarse, fell on Bai Xiaoxiao’s sensitive ear lobe, accompanied by hot breaths, causing her body to tremble.

Originally sitting on the bed, Bai Xiaoxiao didn’t know when she was pressed beneath Luo Haofeng.

She turned her face, trying to escape his scorching temperature and enticing kiss, yet couldn’t avoid him.

”Haofeng, Mom and Dad are waiting for us to have breakfast.”

Bai Xiaoxiao struggled to suppress the desires stirred up within her, the last trace of reason reminding her that today was the first day of the New Year.

Her parents were still waiting for them to have breakfast, and later, she needed to visit Luo Haofeng’s family and see his dad.

Luo Haofeng’s gaze was heated and deep as he looked at her, as if accusing her refusal, his gentle kiss fell on her neck, eliciting a tingle she couldn’t resist.

”Xiaoxiao, I miss you.”

”But, last night you already...”

Bai Xiaoxiao’s hazy eyes struggled to maintain a thread of clarity.

Luo Haofeng chuckled lightly, his kisses raining down on her skin like spring rain, deliberately weakening her will, ”What did I already do last night?”

”You already got your way last night, it’s broad daylight now, we can’t.”

”Xiaoxiao, how about we play a game?” Luo Haofeng smiled alluringly, suddenly no longer insisting.

Bai Xiaoxiao was startled by his smile, instinctively asked, ”What game?”

Her intuition told her that the game Luo Haofeng mentioned wouldn’t be a serious one.

Sure enough, Luo Haofeng’s lips curved charmingly as he mischievously said, ”Neither of us can use our hands, if I end up devouring you, I win. If you manage to escape, then you win.”

Bai Xiaoxiao frowned, being pinned down by him now wasn’t fair.

His strength was greater than hers; how could she possibly escape?

”Xiaoxiao, do you want to play the game or continue?”

Luo Haofeng didn’t give Bai Xiaoxiao a chance to refuse; whether they played the game or continued, both meant being devoured by him.

Bai Xiaoxiao pouted, ”Can I choose neither?”

Luo Haofeng shook his head with a smile, ”No.”

She blinked, attempting to reason with him, ”Haofeng, today is the first day of the New Year; you can’t do such things during the day, we have a lot to do, how about tonight, I’ll play the game with you.”

”Tonight?”

Luo Haofeng’s voice lifted slightly, his narrowed eyes reflecting thought.

Tonight didn’t sound too bad.

Bai Xiaoxiao nodded, ”Yes, tonight I will definitely play that game with you.”

”If it’s tonight, then I’ll give the initiative of the game to you.”

Luo Haofeng, the scheming man, Bai Xiaoxiao gritted her teeth silently, yet she was at a disadvantage and had no grounds to refuse.

”Okay.”

She bit her lip, reluctantly agreeing.

Seeing her agreement, though not very willingly, Luo Haofeng smiled contentedly, extended his hand to pull her from the bed, and said cheerfully, ”Xiaoxiao, I’ll squeeze the toothpaste for you, hurry and get dressed.”

**

After a long day, Luo Haofeng didn’t forget Bai Xiaoxiao’s promise from the morning, using a mix of persuasion and force to make her play the game with him.

After an intimate entanglement, Luo Haofeng handed his wallet and cards to Bai Xiaoxiao.

Bai Xiaoxiao was exhausted, ready to close her eyes and sleep, but upon seeing what he offered, her drowsiness cleared somewhat, ”What is this?”

Luo Haofeng chuckled softly as he explained, ”Xiaoxiao, this is all my assets, and from now on, you will manage them.”

”Wishful thinking, I’m not going to be your manager.”

Bai Xiaoxiao rolled her eyes at him, pushing away the items he presented.

Luo Haofeng laughed heartily and pulled her into his arms, ”Xiaoxiao, I’ve heard that women like to manage men’s money, how can you say you’re being my manager?”

”Who told you that?”

Bai Xiaoxiao evaded and questioned instead.

Luo Haofeng raised his eyebrows, ”I overheard some female employees at the company chatting about it. Not only that, but Mo Xiuchen and Ah Mu also handed their money to their wives.”

”I don’t recall Ranran managing Mo Xiuchen’s money, you’re trying to con me, I’m not falling for it, nor do I want your money.”

Luo Haofeng tried everything but still couldn’t convince Xiaoxiao to manage his money, so he had no choice but to give her a card, ”Then take this card.”
