Chapter 2649: Chapter 2650: Soul-Loss Technique

The guard speaking felt a bit embarrassed, ”The night guard dozed off, and before he realized it, he had already entered that Miss’s room, and by the time he reacted, he, he had already started.”

Bai Ruozhu was a bit angry, but at least they didn’t intentionally allow Jingshang to assault Ruru, they wanted to clearly understand Jingshang’s actions.

”Master Mo has already punished the negligent guard.” The person said cautiously, fearing that Bai Ruozhu would further punish that person.

Bai Ruozhu sighed, perhaps it was fate, although the guard’s dozing during the night watch did violate the rules, everyone makes mistakes. Since Mo Beishan is in charge of them, he should handle it.

”He seems to have some issue, his behavior and demeanor are quite strange, right, the guard said he looked creepy, and was muttering ’Snow Princess’.” The informer added.

Bai Ruozhu looked at Jiang Yichun, ”Ask Mo Beishan to send someone to investigate who Snow Princess is.”

”Okay.” Jiang Yichun replied.

The matter was quickly arranged, but Bai Ruozhu was still not very happy. She thought for a long time and said: ”Although we really want to find something out, we can’t let Jingshang harm anyone anymore, let’s just deal with him, he deserves death for assaulting innocent young women!”

”Just kill him if you want to, whatever makes you happy.” Jiang Yichun said.

Ning Yu spoke up, ”I’ve almost recovered from my injuries, this time I’ll go with you all, I need to do something, otherwise I’ll feel uneasy.”

”Okay.” Bai Ruozhu agreed, although killing a defenseless Jingshang wasn’t difficult, but who knows if he has any background, or if Song Yi might be hiding in the dark to help him?

At night, the three of them changed into night attire and went to Jingshang’s house.

Jiang Yichun wouldn’t let Bai Ruozhu make a move, saying it would dirty her hands. Just as he was about to do it, Jingshang suddenly sat up from the bed, with a particularly strange expression, as if he were sleepwalking.

”Snow Princess... Snow Princess...” He mumbled softly, and his previously dull eyes suddenly lit up, filled with deep affection, as if his lover was right in front of him.

Bai Ruozhu tugged at Jiang Yichun, signaling him to wait, as Jingshang’s behavior was very peculiar, better to observe first.

Jingshang’s eyes seemed to see something, his gaze was so tender it could almost turn into water, making Bai Ruozhu’s hair stand on end. Clearly, there was nothing where his sight was fixed, could he be seeing a ghost?

Soon, Jingshang walked out of the house and quickly disappeared into the darkest corner of the street.

The three of them exchanged glances and hurriedly followed behind.

Jingshang clearly wasn’t skilled in Martial Arts, and his demeanor seemed possessed, yet he managed to find the most hidden paths to walk, not alerting anyone.

This made it even more unusual.

Quickly, the three of them realized this was the direction of Song Yi’s house, and they all became a bit excited, was Jingshang going to see Song Yi?

Not long after, Jingshang indeed arrived at Song Yi’s front door, but he didn’t knock, instead, he went around to the back wall of Song Yi’s house, climbed up the wall with some effort, and jumped inside.

He walked step by step towards the room where Xizi lived, leaning against Xizi’s window to take a look, then took out a stick of incense, lit it, and threw it inside.

Bai Ruozhu widened her eyes, Mystical Fragrance, this was what he used to deal with Ruru!

This Jingshang wasn’t coming to rendezvous with Song Yi, but was here to violate Xizi!

He’s simply a shameless Evil Demon!

Xizi was already asleep, and after inhaling the Mystical Fragrance, she fell into an even deeper sleep.

Soon, Jingshang pushed open the door and walked step by step towards Xizi’s bedside.

He looked deeply at the sleeping Xizi, gently touching her face, calling softly: ”Snow Princess, Snow Princess, I’ve missed you so much.”

Could Snow Princess be another name for Xizi?

But it can’t be, he called Ruru Snow Princess too, could he be mentally disturbed?

Over there, Jingshang touched Xizi’s face and then began to kiss her, his hands restlessly taking off his own clothes.

Jiang Yichun flicked a copper coin, hitting his sleeping point, and Jingshang fell headfirst to the ground.

”So your eyes won’t be sullied.” He said with a cold expression.

Ning Yu couldn’t help but laugh beside him, this Jiang Yichun just didn’t want Ruozhu to see another man undressing, what a strong jealousy, but if it were him, he wouldn’t want Diao Bin to see it either.

”Fortunately, we came tonight, otherwise Xizi would have been defiled by him too.” Bai Ruozhu said while kicking Jingshang, ”This man looks refined, but he’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing.”

Ning Yu hurriedly stopped her, saying: ”Don’t be in a rush to act, I feel something’s not right, he seems to have been affected by the Soul-Loss Technique.”

”Soul-Loss Technique?” Bai Ruozhu frowned, ”Is it the same as the Soul-Bewitching Technique?”

She remembered the second elder of the Astrologer Family was affected by the Soul-Bewitching Technique, having a memory implanted into him with a spell, believing it was something he saw himself, without a shred of doubt.

”It’s different, it’s using a person’s heartfelt obsession to control them, making them seem soulless, doing tasks assigned by the other party, for example, the other party instructed him to assault girls everywhere, yet he didn’t know what he was doing, only thinking he was meeting the one called Snow Princess in his dreams,” Ning Yu explained, ”I think his obsession is Snow Princess.”

”How do you break the Soul-Loss Technique? The Yin Yang Master should be able to, right? Why didn’t the Astrology notice his abnormality before?” Bai Ruozhu asked.

”He’s normal during the day, it only happens at night, that’s why I noticed. If it were me, I wouldn’t have seen it during the day either. As for breaking the Soul-Loss Technique, it seems quite complicated, better to ask the Astrologer,” Ning Yu answered.

Bai Ruozhu cast a cold glance at the fallen Jingshang on the ground, although this guy was being used, he was still a ******, just seeing him was irritating.

”Forget it, let’s take him back first.”

Jiang Yichun lifted him up and carried him back to the posthouse, where Bai Ruozhu administered some medicine to keep him asleep.

Early the next morning, Bai Ruozhu called someone to invite the Astrologer from the Astrologer Family, the Astrologer who came in looked weary, with dark bags under his eyes and bloodshot eyes.

”What’s wrong with you, didn’t sleep last night?” Ning Yu asked with concern.

The Astrologer smiled at him, ”It’s nothing, the great elder hasn’t recovered from the Poisonous Insect yet, so I’m helping the second elder to break the Soul-Bewitching Technique, that’s why I’m a bit tired.”

Seeing him so exhausted, Ning Yu couldn’t bear to have him help break Jingshang’s Soul-Loss Technique, so he turned to Bai Ruozhu and said, ”Let’s put off Jingshang’s matter, if worse comes to worst just confine him, then he can’t harm anyone.”

”Let him take a look first, we’ll decide whether to break it afterward, maybe he can discover something.” Bai Ruozhu said.

The Astrologer was taken to see Jingshang’s condition, and soon he confirmed that the Soul-Loss Technique Jingshang was affected by and the Soul-Bewitching Technique the second elder was afflicted with were the work of the same person!

”Could it be the array master of She Zongyi?” Bai Ruozhu pondered, but upon reflecting, it seemed off.
