Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

The air force was famous for their all-round combat. Night combat ability was an important indicator for assessing airborne combat ability. Night parachute training was an important training subject. Ye Jian was eager to complete it.

There was no fear. There was only anticipation and no panic. There was only calmness. This was the female soldier that Commander Kong spent a certain amount of effort to poach from the army to train with the female soldiers. When he saw her smile, Captain Lei couldn’t help but trust her.

Captain Lei smiled. ”Sitting on the plane and looking at the scenery is completely different from the scenery you see when you jump from the transportation plane. The former is a still painting, while the latter will let you understand why you want to protect this land and let you know what it means to be surrounded by thousands of lights.”

Captain Lei didn’t need to say anything else. Ye Jian wasn’t a new recruit. She had a strong psychological quality and had long passed the stage where she needed to be comforted and given courage. He just needed to wait for her to complete the night parachute drop.

The transport plane flew past. The female soldiers who were doing a weighted cross-country run for 20 kilometers raised their heads and looked at the sky. It was a transport plane that flew out of the military unit airport. It had arranged for male soldiers to land at night.

The female soldiers didn’t retract their envious gazes until the transport plane flew out of their vision.

When would it be their turn?

”Follow, follow! Maintain the formation!”

”Guo Cui, why are you looking back? Hurry up and catch up! Can’t you see that you’ve fallen behind?”

The squad leader standing at the side of the road kept an eye on the formation and urged the female soldiers to follow closely so that they wouldn’t fall behind. 20 kilometers of weighted cross-country at night was much more dangerous than during the day. As the squad leader, she had to keep an eye on them at all times.

Guo Cui, who had fallen behind, heard the squad leader’s urging and waved her hands. Carrying the heavy parachute bag and backpack, she followed the team. She turned around to see if the only figure that didn’t join them was catching up. If she caught up, she would complete the 20-kilometer weighted cross-country run with her.

Unfortunately, they had left the base for more than an hour but Ye Jian still hadn’t caught up with them. It looked like she was really absent tonight.

”Even if you turn around and look at the back, Ye Jian won’t appear. Save your energy,” Lu Hui said in a low voice. She pulled Guo Cui so that she could catch up with the formation faster. ”Don’t think that I target Ye Jian every day just because I don’t like her. If I were in the Aerial 18th Division, I would definitely not target her.

”Of course. In the past, I did target her for personal reasons, but that’s not the case later on. I’m not blind. I’ve seen her hard work.

”But it’s different here. This is a special forces unit in the air force. We’re special reconnaissance soldiers, the most dangerous type of soldiers in the entire air force. No matter how hard she tries, it’ll be useless if she doesn’t have the skills. If she really goes to the battlefield in the future, she’ll die!

”Ye Jian started later than us. You’ve seen her personal ability. What’s the use of working hard? She hasn’t improved much. Her ability is limited. Are we really going to let her die?

”We’re still undergoing the basic training of the special reconnaissance soldiers. In another month or so, she won’t even be able to keep up with the company’s basic training. Do you expect her to keep up with the intensive training?

”There’s a sacrifice rate for forceful training. With her current ability, isn’t there a high chance that she’ll be part of the stats? It’s very high! A female soldier from the Aerial 18th Division died because of this in the past.

”Don’t always think that we’re targeting Ye Jian for personal reasons and want to chase her out of the class. As long as she has any hope, we’ll help her. Haven’t we helped her enough recently?”
