Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

With just one sentence, Xia Jinyuan pushed the atmosphere of the entire sports ground to a higher point. When the veterans who were standing upright heard this, they raised their necks and shouted, ”Yes! Yes! Yes!”

Good lord, they didn’t just answer once. They shouted repeatedly.

The roar shook the sky. It was so loud that the green veins on their neck were throbbing.

Ye Jian went from a bystander to the person involved. She was invited on stage by Xia Jinyuan and was about to face hundreds of male soldiers.

Xia Jinyuan wiped the sweat off his face and said to the soldiers, whose interest was piqued and enthusiasm was hooked, ”You guys rest first. I have to invite the female soldier instructor.

”The squad leader of each class will lead the team and rest on the spot for ten minutes. Especially those who want to spar with the female instructor, you must hurry up and rest well. This is my advice to you.”

The soldiers laughed. They laughed easily without any pressure.

When the company commander saw this, he felt embarrassed.

Sons of b*tches! Had they never seen a female soldier?

In 2003, the Northwest military unit, especially the military unit located in the depths of the desert, was very far away from the rest of civilization. Their forms of entertainment were the various competitions between themselves. It was not surprising that the soldiers were very excited.

The company commander glared at the group of veterans who were all red-eyed when they heard the word ’female’. The company commander shouted at his soldiers, ”If you keep acting like this, where will I put my dignity? All of you, restrain yourselves! Don’t scare the female instructor away.! All of you, line up and receive your punishment!”

He wasn’t angry. He just had a serious expression on his face.

Even the soldiers in the company knew it. The deputy company commander teased, ”I’m quite interested too. I’ve never seen a female soldier sparring with a male soldier before.”

Company Commander Zhu glared at his deputy company commander. ”You’re joining in too? Don’t you think it’s noisy enough?”

”No, no. I’m just supporting you. I think Political Commissar Tang has something to communicate with you.” The sharp-eyed deputy company commander saw Political Commissar Tang walking over and immediately raised his voice.

Since the company officer wasn’t around, he could only ask Political Commissar Tang to step in.

The political commissar walked over and looked at Company Commander Zhu’s expression. Then, he looked at the deputy company commander’s expression. He didn’t need to ask to know why Company Commander Zhu’s expression was dark.

”I think it’s quite good. Let them see the capabilities of the female soldier, Instructor Ye, so that they won’t think that they’re the best.”

As he said this, Political Commissar Tang glanced at Company Commander Zhu either intentionally or unintentionally. Company Commander Zhu, who wasn’t looking so well, felt his chest hurting.

Why was he looking at him?

Why?

Fine, he was a political commissar, a higher-ranking official. He, as the company commander, would just accept being stared at.

Seeing that the company commander didn’t throw a temper, Political Commissar Tang continued to smile and say, ”It’s time to teach them that there’s always someone better. Otherwise, they’ll be like frogs looking at the sky from a well. They won’t have a wide perspective.”

Ha, frogs in a well… That definitely included him. They were all the same. The political commissars in the military unit were all the same!

The company commander, who was cursing in his heart, lowered his voice and said, ”Political Commissar, you’re too anxious. The female instructor hasn’t even said anything. Why are we involving her? We shouldn’t embarrass the female instructor.”

”If Instructor Ye didn’t have some skills, Captain Xia wouldn’t have done this. He wants to help Instructor Ye establish her might. Of course, we have to go with the flow. This will help with our future work progress.”
