Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

They were teachers and friends. They would give Ye Jian the advice she needed the most so that she would quickly understand what her best choice was.

She could be pampered appropriately in life, but there was no pampering at work. They had to be strict with her.

Ye Jian told Xia Jinyuan about Li Jinnian’s suggestion. Xia Jinyuan only asked Ye Jian, ”What do you think?”

Ye Jian, who agreed with her cousin’s suggestion, pondered for a few seconds and replied seriously, ”I think it’s feasible.”

”Okay, you can give the military an answer now.” Xia Jinyuan passed his phone to Ye Jian. ”The generals of Nanguang, Linnan, and Linchuan are all in the military. They’ll get to know your answer immediately.”

On the fifth day of Ye Jian’s recuperation, there was finally a result.

Xia Jinyuan heaved a sigh of relief. Major General Yang heaved a sigh of relief too. The problem of Ye Jian’s allocation was finally solved. Now, they just needed to wait for her to transfer to the Xueyu unit after her internship. When the dust settled, everyone would be happy.

When G3 and the rest knew that Ye Jian had to go through an internship period, they all said that they had forgotten about it.

It wasn’t that their memories of their internship were bad. It was because Ye Jian had carried out many missions with them, and they had gone through thick and thin together. Every special forces soldier treated Ye Jian as a member of the team.

They completely forgot about the specialness of the Xueyu unit. They only reacted when Xia Jinyuan reminded them.

”I’m afraid her three-month internship is still uncertain. It’s a brand new female soldier company. Azure Bird is the first chief instructor of this company. I’m afraid they won’t let her go.”

G3 expressed his worries. He doubted that Ye Jian would only be the chief instructor of the company for three months. What could the female soldiers learn after three months of training?

Xia Jinyuan, who was still having a headache over Ye Jian’s matters, frowned and said, ”You’re right. I’m also worried that she might not be able to return to the team smoothly. Three months is the shortest, and the longest is six months. Six months of internship is normal.”

”Are you prepared to face the reality that she might not return after three months?” G3 asked.

Xia Jinyuan sneered. ”According to the military’s previous arrangements, they wanted Ye Jian to be the company commander of the female soldier company. Once her internship ends, can she still be transferred as she pleases if she’s already the company commander?”

”Fortunately, she’s only the chief instructor now!” G3 heaved a sigh of relief. ”Fortunately, you reacted quickly and only let Azure Bird be the chief instructor. It’ll be more convenient to transfer her.”

Li Jinnian said that since Commander Xia wanted to make such an arrangement, he probably had other plans. They could agree to it, but Ye Jian couldn’t take on the position of company commander. She could take on the role of the chief instructor, which was equivalent to her going there to guide the new soldiers. After she was done with her stint, she could leave. It could save a lot of unnecessary trouble.

Xia Jinyuan immediately agreed with this good suggestion.

At critical moments, his cousin-in-law was very reliable!

Nine days later, Ye Jian returned to the military school. Xia Jinyuan, who had accompanied Ye Jian for nine days, sent her back to school. He only had 11 days of leave. He could only accompany her until the afternoon of the tenth day at most. He had to take a plane back at night.

On the ninth night, Xia Jinyuan wrote down dozens of reminders for Ye Jian to ensure she had a smooth recovery. On the tenth morning, he handed the paper to Ye Jian.

”Go through it when you wake up every morning and before you sleep. You can’t forget any of it. When I’m free, I’ll call to investigate.”

He was very serious. He was not joking.

Ye Jian took it and listened to him. It was all things she needed to pay attention to as she was still injured. After reading everything carefully, she nodded seriously, indicating that she would definitely abide by the things written.

She still needed to recuperate for another two months. During this period, she needed to master all the textbook knowledge of the fourth-year students as she was absent for a semester. Two months later, they would arrange for her to take the cultural and physical fitness exam.

For this, she had to recuperate well. She couldn’t delay the special make-up exam two months later.
