Dragon Monarch System

Chapter 746:- Just Surrender Yourself

『Ding! You have unlocked two new additional functions of the Dragon Palace due to Fragments of the World Treasure and the Anti-Gravity Crystals.』

『Ding! Congratulations, you have gained ʼEthereal Forcefield of the Dragon Palace.ʼ』

『Ding! Congratulations, you have gained ʼUnity of the Scales.ʼ』

Aditya quickly looked at their description to understand what these two functions did. 『Additional Function 1 - Ethereal Forcefiled of the Dragon Palace - The blue crystal pillars harness the power of anti-gravity to significantly reduce the attack power of any cultivators. The attack power from the Cultivator below Peak 5th-order will be reduced by 80%. The Attack power of Peak 5th order cultivator will be reduced by 60%.』

ʼThis function will be really useful.ʼ With this function, the safety of the Dragon Palace was ensured. Aditya was really happy after reading the description of the additional function. ʼEven if I was far away from the Dragon Palace and couldnʼt teleport back for some reason, then even others could protect it.ʼ This meant that Aditya wonʼt need to worry about any enemy breaking the protection barrier of the Dragon Palace and forcefully entering it. 『Additional Function 2 - Unity of the Scales - This function allows the host to share 25% of his stats and any one of their selected innate skills with their Dragonians or those who possess a drop of their blood. This capability is limited to three individuals at a time. The effect is temporary, lasting only ten minutes.』

ʼThis function is even more useful than the first one.ʼ Aditya couldnʼt stop grinning after reading this function. Adityaʼs biggest worry was the fact that the Istarin Empire was heavily dependent on him. His Empire did not have deep roots like other Empires. For example, even the Echo Dominion Empire had deep roots. Meaning that they had enough time to grow their own 5th-order cultivators. Their Empire wasnʼt reliant on a single cultivator. But with this function, Aditya will be able to lend his strength to three beings. This skill allowed the Empire to not just depend on Aditya. ʼIf Amber or Riya or Sasha or even Lilith were to gain this boost, then they would be unstoppable on the battlefield. After all, the biggest factor that held them back was limited Mana. This was especially true for the Goddess of Nature. 『To upgrade the Dragon Palace to level 3, the host must gather the following materials while also completing some requirements.』

1. 500 tons of refined gold [0/500]

2. 450 tons of refined meteorite ore [0/450]

3. Increase the number of Dragonians to 250,000 [50,000/250,000]

4. Increase the number of Dragon Warriors to 25,000 [10,000/25,000]

5. 1 Ton of Anti-Gravity Crystals [0/1]

6. Establish the Temple of Dragons [0/1]

7. 110 tons of Mana crystals [0/110]

8. 100 tons of Mana Stones [0/100]

9. Become a Beginner 5th-order Cultivator』

ʼWhere am I supposed to find 1 ton of Anti-Gravity Crystals?ʼ Aditya had no idea. These Anti-Gravity crystals were rarer than the Mana Crystals. At this moment, Aditya felt lost. ʼEstablish the Temple of Dragons [0/1]...!!ʼ ʼFirst of all, whatʼs that?ʼ Aditya has never heard of anything called the Temple of Dragons. He noticed that requirement number 6 was in a different color from the rest. As he clicked on the number, a description and the materials needed to build the Temple of Dragon appeared before his eyes. 『Temple Of Dragons』

『Description - The Temple of Dragons is a sacred place for all Dragons. The Temple of Dragons is not a place of worship. Rather, itʼs holy ground for all Dragons and beings that possess faint dragon blood in their bodies.』

『Function 1 - The Temple of Dragons increases the cultivation speed of all Dragons by 50%. The speed of all Half-Dragons has increased by 25%. The beings that have a few drops of faint Dragon bloodline in them will experience a slight increase in their cultivation speed, not exceeding 10%. All of these boosts can be received only within the 10 km range. All Dragons must serve the Dragon Monarch to receive this benefit.』

『Function 2 - The Temple of Dragons increases the healing speed of all Dragons by 20% within the range of 10 km..』

『Function 3 - The Temple of Dragons increases the attacking powers of all Dragons by 20%. The attack powers of other races serving the Dragon Monarch are increased by 10%. All of these boosts can be received only within the 10 km range.』

ʼSo this is what the Temple of Dragons do. If the cost of construction is not high, then I will definitely build a Temple of Dragons in each and every city of the Istarin Empire. Especially along the border cities of the Empire.ʼ The boost provided by the Temple of Dragons will increase the fighting power of the Istarin troops. 『Materials needed to construct the Temple of Dragons 』

1. 1 ton of refined Iron [0/1]

2. 50 Kg refined Gold [00/50]

3. 50 drops of Divine Dragon Blood [00/50]

4. 500 logs of mystic Woods [000/500]』

ʼI can easily build a Temple of Dragon. But I will work on this project late. Now I have other urgent work to complete first.ʼ Aditya made up his mind. Aditya felt Ameliaʼs presence. He knew that she must have come here to talk to them. ”Aunty, you can come in.” Amelia, on the other side, was about to knock on the door before entering, but she heard his voice. Click.....!!!

Entering his office, she noticed that everything about his old office had completely changed. The furniture in the office was still the same but the walls, the view from the window, the ceilings and the floors, everything about the room now was different. After looking around for a while, Amelia sat down opposite facing Aditya. There was a small tea table between them. ”Congratulations on upgrading the Dragon Palace.” Amelia could feel it. The Mana in the Dragon Palace was slightly denser than the Mana of the Main Continent. Since the Mana of the Main continent was very rich and denser than the six continents, cultivators were able to progress beyond the Peak 5th order in a much shorter time. ”Thank you!!! There are still many things that need to be improved about the Dragon Palace.” Aditya had grand visions of the Dragon Palace. ”I guess this hunger for improvement is what drives you to work so hard,” Amelia said with a look of admiration. Aside from the look of admiration, there was something else in her eyes that Aditya failed to notice. Even though he had been King not more than five years, he was still many times wiser than she was despite ruling the Celestial Terrain for over a thousand years. ”You flatter me. I am still not good enough. I also have my shortcomings, but I am very good at hiding them.” Aditya wasnʼt lying. He still had many things to learn. Amelia felt her admiration for Aditya depending. ʼPeople say that the Istarin Empire is lucky to have the Goddess of Nature as his wife, but I would argue that itʼs my daughter who is lucky to have Aditya as her man.ʼ Amelia thought in her mind. ”Would you like to have some tea while we discuss the topic of the ʼNew Policyʼ that you want to introduce in your Empire?” Aditya asked. Amelia shook her head. ”I am in a hurry. Letʼs end this as soon as possible.” Amelia took out a few documents in which she had written everything related to this New Policy in detail. She had also written down her plans for the future. ”Read them. Let me know your thoughts.” Aditya nodded. He picked up one of the documents and began reading. While he was immersed in reading, Amelia kept staring at his face. At first, her eyes looked at his beautiful long blue hair. Once she felt that she had looked enough, she looked at his eyes. His eyes had a serious expression as he kept reading. From time to time, his expression slightly wavered. She then looked at his nose before her eyes settled on his lips. ʼI wonder how many women these lips have kissed?ʼ Just the thought of this made her feel slightly uncomfortable. ʼIn front of me, Lilith is always flirting with him. I wish I could do the same to make that woman jealous.ʼ Amelia was lost in her thoughts. ʼThen again, I never realized he was this handsome.ʼ Amelia thought to herself. In her life, Amelia has seen a handsome man. She had seen men who were so handsome that they looked like Divine Beings that had descended to this world. Yes, Aditya wasnʼt as handsome as those men, but there was something unique about him that drew her attention. This uniqueness made him more handsome than any man in Ameliaʼs eyes. While lost in thoughts, her eyes continued to go down. She admired how strong and broad his shoulders were. ʼHe has strong arms....!!ʼ Amelia compared the size of her arms with his and realized just how big his arms were. As this continued, her eyes reached his crotch. Amelia slightly blushed, looking at his crotch. While looking at the crotch, Amelia recalled just how crazy Lilith was. ʼHe does with Julia, Alicia, your daughter every single night.ʼ Remembering Lilithʼs words, Amelia felt her body heating up. Unconsciously, she rubbed her thighs together. ʼYour daughter has turned into a woman before you. If you cannot find any man, Just surrender yourself to Aditya.ʼ Lilith said these lines to her. At that time, Amelia had ignored her words. But now that she was looking at his crotch, it was as if Lilith was mysteriously saying these words in her ears. ”Aunty...!! Aunty.....!!!” Ah.....!!

Amelia finally snapped out of her thoughts. ”Are you alright?” Seeing him looking concerned, Amelia blushed slightly before nodding. ”I am alright. I was just thinking about my past. There is nothing to worry about.” Amelia looked out of the window in hopes of calming herself. She couldnʼt stare into his eyes for some reason. ”Aunty, I think your plan is very solid. But there are a few areas where I think you can improve.” Aditya began giving his suggestions.

Amelia seriously began listening to his words while also distracting herself from the shameful thoughts that she had just now.

In the end, Amelia walked out of his office with a satisfied look. Her initial plans will remain the same, but taking Adityaʼs suggestions, a few small changes will be made. ---------------
