Dragon Monarch System

Chapter 745:- New Functions

Just like the Outer Court, the Inner Court also formed a circle or ring around the Dragon Palace. However, compared to the Outer Court ring, the Inner Court was way smaller. In fact, the inner court was smaller than the core part of the Dragon Palace. The Core of the Dragon Palace had more space in it than the Inner Court, which only had the Smithy and the Academy, including the Library.

After introducing the outer and middle courts, it was time to head to the last part, the core of the Dragon Palace. The last part, or the core of the Dragon Palace, can be considered a part of the inner court. Just like the outer court was separated from the inner court, the inner court was also separated from the Imperial Sanctum by a rise in the ground. The ground of the Imperial Sanctum, or the core part of the Dragon Palace, was raised 5 meters from the inner court, creating a noticeable rise. Four wide white marble staircases connected the second level to the third, or the core level, of the Dragon Palace. These staircases were positioned in the four cardinal directions, providing access to the Imperial Sanctum from all sides.

The elevated ground of the core part was striking and entirely covered in shiny, refined iron. Beautiful murals of dragons decorated this metallic surface. Each dragon was shown in great detail, telling stories of their fierce battles against various creatures. Sturdy brick walls that were one meter tall lined the edges of this raised platform, giving it both a boundary and a sense of structure.

”Welcome to our new home.” Everyone in the Royal Family followed them. Behind them, there were the seven generals. Behind Watson were all the servants, maids, and chefs who had worked in the previous Dragon Palace. The Core of the Dragon Palace had the most beautiful feature. The other buildings within the Dragon Palace were beautiful, but nothing could compare to this grand and majestic feature before their eyes. The Dragon Palace had become even more grand and magnificent than before. The Palace was in the middle. This Palace was the only thing that could be seen from the outside of the Dragon Palace. The Dragon Palace is a grand and multi-leveled structure built in a classical architectural style. The palace is adorned with numerous domes. Several large domes crown the central structures, while smaller domes are scattered throughout. In total, there are at least fifteen domes visible, with varying sizes and heights, all adorned with golden details. The Dragon Palace featured several large, domed towers that rose high into the sky, each with a golden spire.

Wide staircases lead up to various palace levels, with balustrades lining the sides. Multiple courtyards are filled with lush greenery. The courtyards were neatly trimmed hedges and elegant fountains. Each level of the palace is decorated with detailed carvings and statues. The windows of the Dragon Palace were large and arched, allowing plenty of light to filter through.

On both the right and far sides of the main entrance, there are irregular rectangular-shaped buildings. These buildings are two stories tall, with flat roofs and ornate railings running along the edges. Each building had multiple large, arched windows on both levels, just like the rest of the Dragon Palace. The exterior walls were white, matching the overall color scheme of the palace, and decorated with detailed carvings and golden accents.

These buildings had small courtyards surrounded by neatly trimmed hedges and featuring elegant fountains at the center. The pathways in these courtyards are made of white marble, leading to entrances that match the grand style of the main palace. Each building is topped with a small golden dome. The two buildings were connected to the rest of the Dragon Palace. The palace is symmetrical, with a balanced arrangement of its many towers and domes.

The entrance of the Dragon Palace had pathways and staircases made of white marble, perfectly matching the palaceʼs color scheme. The palace is constructed in layers, each slightly elevated from the previous one, creating a tiered appearance. The golden accents shine brightly against the white buildings, creating a striking contrast that catches the eye. The gardens within the courtyards are meticulously maintained, with pathways leading to various parts of the palace.

Other than the main entrance facing east, the Dragon Palace had three other entrances facing the other three directions. However, those three entrances werenʼt as grand and spectacular as the main eastern entrance. Compared to the previous Palace, this one was at least 14 to 15 times larger and grander in size and scale. The training ground and the Garden were located on the other side of the Palace, meaning in the western part of the Palace. This would give private space to the girls. The girls can spend their time in the garden or use the training ground without needing to worry about anyone looking at them. Since the visitors will use the Main Entrance, no one will even visit the Training ground or the Garden. ”The Training ground and the Garden will be exclusive to the members of the Royal Family. No one will be allowed to enter.” Aditya also planned to add a mist array once he was free. This would cover the entire Dragon Palace in mist, which would help in keeping it from the eyes of outsiders. ʼOr Maybe this would be a little bit excessive. Maybe just adding Mist array to the garden and the Training ground will be enough.ʼ Aditya thought to himself. As for the tree of blood, Aditya can feel that it has integrated with the entire Dragon Palace. This means that as long as Aditya wants, he can use the Tree of Blood to kill anyone within the Dragon Palace or anyone who attacks the Dragon Palace. The Tree of Blood was under Adityaʼs control. But it can also act on its own if it notices any intruders that have somehow or in some way managed to enter the Dragon Palace without Adityaʼs permission, even though the chances of that happening are less than 0.0000001%. As for the main root of the Tree of Blood, it was in the Garden. The roots of the Tree of Blood were everywhere within the Dragon Palace. ”Aditya, are you not coming?” Seeing Aditya not walking, Riya asked.

”I was just thinking how else I can improve the Dragon Palace.” ”You can think about that later. For now, letʼs explore our new home.” Julia excitedly pulled Adityaʼs hand. With Aditya, they walked inside the Palace. Everyone instantly took a liking to the Dragon Palace. Compared to the previous one, this Dragon Palace was a simpler, better version in every way possible. Whether it was size, scale, beauty, design, color, or anything else, the current Dragon Palace was simply better. -

Scene Change______

Around a few hours later, Aditya was finally in his new office. He was sitting on the couch and was staring outside through the transparent window. From this place, he can see the outer court and the inner court. He can also see the tall walls of the Azure City and one of its entrances. With his vision, he could see everyone that was entering and exiting the Azure City. Even from his distance, he can see that while entering and exiting the City, all the people glanced at the Dragon Palace. The White Palace, with its golden spires, was very hard to ignore. Rather, it was impossible not to look at the Dragon Palace. ”The biggest thing is the increased size of the Dragon Palace.” Aditya was worried that even if the Dragon Palace increased its size to 10,000 square meters, it simply wonʼt be enough since, with the growth of the Istarin Empire, the number of Dragonians and Dragon warriors had also drastically increased. Before this upgrade, there were many Dragonians and Dragon warriors who were eagerly waiting for their turns to cultivate inside the Dragon Palace. But there wasnʼt enough space. At most, even after squeezing, only a few thousand Dragonians and Dragon warriors can enter the Dragon Palace to cultivate. But now, the Dragon Palace can allow up to 26,000 Dragonians to cultivate at once. This was really huge thing.

Aditya had a feeling that because he used the fragments of World Treasure, the size of the Dragon Palace had drastically increased. Otherwise, the size of the Dragon Palace wouldnʼt have exceeded 15,000 square meters. ʼWhat happened was for the best.ʼ Aditya had no regrets in his heart.

”But I am not done yet. I want to upgrade the Dragon Palace to the 3rd level as soon as possible.”

Aditya opened the system to check the requirements to upgrade the Dragon Palace to level three, but before that, he noticed that he had a few unopened messages from the system. 『Ding! You have unlocked two new additional functions of the Dragon Palace due to Fragments of the World Treasure and the Anti-Gravity Crystals.』

『Ding! Congratulations you have gained....』
