Dragon Monarch System

743  Chapter 743:- Level 2 Dragon Palace - [II]

Outside of the Dragon Palace, the light surrounding the Dragon Palace started to expand in all directions. Seeing this, Spencer hurriedly ordered everyone to move back. ”Whatʼs happening?” Clara asked in confusion.

”The Dragon Palace is increasing in size,” Julia replied while staring at their home. Seeing the bright light rapidly expanding in all sizes, everyone continued retreating. The more the bright light expanded, the more excited everyone became. This meant that the Majestic Dragon Palaceʼs size was increasing. Everyone was somewhat tired of living in such a tight space. After all, the previous Dragon Palace was only 1000 square meters. The Dragon wasnʼt big enough for everything. Everyone felt that the previous Dragon Palace was just too small and crowded. Meanwhile, Aditya was still seated on the Dragon Throne. Currently, everything around Aditya is shining very brightly. The brightness was so intense that he could not see anything. He could only stare at the transparent screen of the system. 『Ding! 99%...100%...!』

『Ding! Congratulations!! The Dragon Palace has been upgraded to a new level. Due to the addition of the Anti-Gravity Crystals and the Fragments of the World Treasure, many new additional features of the Dragon Palace have been unlocked.』

Finally, the wait was over. 『Ding! The Dragon Palace has been upgraded to level 2. Would you like to see and read the description and functions of the Dragon Palace?』

”Yes.....!!” There was no need to hesitate to say this ʼyes.ʼ

『Dragon Palace』

『Rank - level 2』

The Dragon Palace is a holy land for Dragons. For thousands of years, every dragon believed that the Dragon Palace was a myth and did not exist. Just being near the Dragon Palace, any dragon or anyone with a dragon bloodline would receive certain benefits. Any being with a Dragon bloodline or who is a Dragon would feel very attracted to the Dragon Palace. With each passing level, the Dragon Palace would be upgraded and more facilities and functions of the Dragon Palace would be unlocked.

At the same time, the hostʼs mana recovery speed, healing speed, and cultivation speed will be increased by 60%. If any of the Dragonians or the Dragon Warriors are within a 100 km range of the Dragon Palace, then the stats of the Dragonians or the Dragon Warriors will increase by 10%. While the dragonians or the Dragon Warriorʼs mana recovery speed, healing speed, and cultivation speed will be increased by 25%.』

『Function 3 - As the Dragon Palace has been built, the host now has gained the power to teleport back to the Dragon Palace from any location on this planet. The host will also be able to teleport anywhere within a 100 km range of the Dragon Palace.』

『Function 4 - As of now, the level 2 Dragon Palace has the power to protect itself and withstand the attacks of a Beginner 5th-order cultivator. Only cultivators whose cultivation is above the Beginner 5th order would be able to enter the Dragon Palace forcefully. Or can destroy the defensive dome and destroy the Dragon Palace as of now.』

『Function 5 - The land around the Dragon Palace within a 100 km radius is blessed, improving soil fertility and crop quality. This enhancement results in a 35% increase in the growth rate of plants and herbs.』

『Function 6 - Those who live within a 100 Km range of the Dragon Palace will have a longer life span; their cultivation speed will be increased by 15%, their healing speed will be increased by 15%, their ability to fight against diseases or curses will be increased by 15%.』

『Function 7 - If any Dragon is cursed or has developed diseases in its body, just being within a 100 Km range of the Dragon Palace would slow the Dragonʼs diseases or break the curse. Meanwhile, the Dragonians or the Dragon warriors of the Dragon Monarch who are in the Istarin Empire territory would have 25% immunity against diseases and curses.』

『Function 8 - If in case the Istarin Empire is attacked by a foreign army or faction, the power of the Istarin troops will be boosted by 23%.』

『Function 9 - The area within a 100 Km range of the Dragon Palace would now have higher chances of possessing treasures. The chances of a mineral mine forming within the 100 km range have been drastically increased.』

『Function 10 - Dragonsʼ Echo: All Dragon-related spells and abilities are enhanced by 15% when used within the Dragon Palace or its 50 km range. This function also allows for the amplification of ancient Dragon chants and rituals.』

ʼIt seems one new function has been added. At the same time, one other function has been separated to become two functions.ʼ Aditya noticed that the boosts in stats and cultivation speed had been slightly increased. Other than a slight improvement in everything, there was nothing new except for the 10th function. ʼDragonʼs Echo!!!ʼ

ʼThis function can be really useful.ʼ Aditya thought to himself. There are several things that Dragons are weak to. Fairy magic and Dragon Slayers are big weaknesses of Dragons. But while being within 100 km range of the Dragon Palace, those weaknesses can be overcome by the boost in stats and dragon-related spells and abilities that Dragonians and Dragon Warriors can use.

While being inside the Dragon Palace, Adityaʼs stats increased by 200%. Previously, Aditya received an increase of 150% in his stats, but now it has increased by 50%. Even Aditya isnʼt sure just how powerful he would be with an increase of 200% in his stats. If he were to use his other passive skills that also increase his stats, then he wouldnʼt even be sure what his limit is. -

Scene Change______

Meanwhile, outside of the Dragon Palace. They all saw that the bright flash of light covering the entire Dragon Palace was slowly diminishing. As the light disappeared and revealed the new Dragon Palace, everyone was stunned.

The previous small Dragon Palace had disappeared. Instead, it was replaced with a massive Palace before them. The current Dragon Palace was completely unrecognizable. Compared to the previous Dragon Palace, the current Dragon Palace was at least 210 times bigger. The size of this Dragon Palace was truly unbelievable. ”The current Dragon Palace might be the biggest Palace in the entire Dying Isle Continent.” Someone in the crowd said. No one cared who said these words, as everyoneʼs eyes were currently on the Magnificant Dragon Monarch before them. ”In fact, even in Westnia, I have never seen any Palace that as big as the Dragon Palace.” It was Sylvie who said these words. Due to her work as the Guild Master of the White Lotus guild, she has to go to every Empire and Kingdom in Westnia. So she is very familiar with how big each Kingdomʼs Palace was. No Palace or Castle in the Westnia is as grand and luxurious as the Dragon Palace in front of her eyes. All the Dragonians and Dragon warriors felt their power slightly increase just by being so near the Dragon Palace. ”Where is Aditya?” Sylvie was impatient. She wanted to go inside and see how much the Dragon Palace had changed. ”Yesh!! Where is he?” But Sylvie wasnʼt the only one who felt impatient. Everyone was impatient. They wanted to go inside as soon as possible. Because of the tall metallic walls surrounding the Dragon Palace from all sides, no one was able to see just how much the Dragon Palace had changed from the inside. The walls were 15 meters tall and 10 meters thick. The walls were silver-black in color, without any scratches on them. The walls were very smooth. The transparent defensive dome was still active. Like a bubble, the dome covered the entire Dragon Palace. What was completely new was the bluish crystal pillars that floated around the Dragon Palace in a circular path. The Bluish crystal pillars appeared small from the ground, but they were 5 meters in length. The ends of the pillars had sharp edges. In total, there were about 32 of these bluish crystal pillars. These pillars floated around the main Palace, which was located in the center. The Main Palace seemed to be on raised ground from the rest, allowing it to be seen beyond the tall walls surrounding the Dragon Palace.

Sylvie and Alicia just called for Aditya, and he appeared in front of everyone. ”Everyone, come inside the new Dragon Palace.” As Aditya said that, the gigantic golden doors of the Dragon Palace opened, revealing everything inside. ----------------
