The Tiers of the Sects and Families in Jiu Zhou were evaluated by the Heavens. Humans were unable to have a hand in this matter.

Therefore, when Lu Ye joined the Crimson Blood Sect back then, the cultivators from Thousand Demon Ridge went to hunt him down on the Spirit Creek Battlefield. That was because as long as Lu Ye was destroyed, the Crimson Blood Sect would be excluded from the next round of evaluation.

Decades ago, Thousand Demon Ridge suffered immense losses because of the Crimson Blood Sect. Several Tier-One Sects on their side had seen their rankings drop. As such, those from Thousand Demon Ridge were wary of the Crimson Blood Sect.

Unfortunately for them, they were unable to achieve their goal in the end. On the Goldentip of the Spirit Creek Battlefield, Lu Ye made a name for himself following a battle, and the Crimson Blood Sect remained.

There were many strict criteria in the evaluation of Sects. For example, there had to be Divine Ocean Realm Masters in the Sects in the upper three Tiers, and there had to be Real Lake Realm Masters in the middle three Tiers. As for the lower three Tiers, there had to be a certain number of Cloud River Realm Masters.

However, a Sect wouldn’t automatically be among the upper three Tiers just because it had some Divine Ocean Realm Masters. The Heavens had their own set of standards.

Take the Crimson Blood Sect as an example. Even though the Sect Master was a Divine Ocean Realm Master, only Lu Ye and Shui Yuan were in the Sect back then. Hence, it was only given the status of a Tier-Nine Sect.

Even now, the Crimson Blood Sect still wasn’t among the middle three Tiers. That was because their collective power wasn’t good enough to be among the middle three Tiers.

Something was obviously off when Lu Ye told the two independent cultivators that Purple Star Palace was a Tier-Six Sect.

“So, I need you to become a Real Lake Realm Master before you establish a Sect,” Lu Ye said. “All the Sects are evaluated every three years. The only exception is when a Sect is newly established.”

Upon hearing that, Pang Huanyin replied, “Alright.”

“Your Sect might not become a Tier-Six one if you’re the only one making it to the Real Lake Realm. If there are at least five more people who can ascend to the Real Lake Realm, you’ll definitely achieve your goal.”

“What are the benefits if my Sect is ranked higher?” Pang Huanyin asked.

“The biggest benefit you’ll get is when you choose an Outpost on the Spirit Creek Battlefield.”

Lu Ye then explained to her the situation on the Spirit Creek Battlefield. After his explanation, Pang Huanyin got the big picture.

The Spirit Creek Realm was the first Realm for all cultivators. It was also when they built their foundations. If their disciples could stay in an environment where World Spiritual Qi was ample, there would be massive benefits.

If Purple Star Palace wanted to last long in Jiu Zhou, they had to have a solid foundation on the Spirit Creek Battlefield.

As the strongest cultivator in the Peerless Continent, Pang Huanyin had the blessing of the World’s Source, and she was gifted herself. She had reached the peak of the Cloud River Realm, but due to the limit in that world, she was unable to make it to the Real Lake Realm.

Things changed now that she was in Jiu Zhou. She could feel that the bottleneck that had been restraining her for a long time showed signs of falling apart. As such, she had the confidence to ascend to the Real Lake Realm in a short time.

However, Lu Ye said five more people had to make it to the Real Lake Realm as well.

There were several Cloud River Realm Masters in Purple Star Palace. It wouldn’t be difficult to get five of them to ascend to the Real Lake Realm. As such, she had the confidence that their Sect would become a Tier-Six one.

Nonetheless, it was hard to establish a Sect. Even if Pang Huanyin had a territory now, she had to get some people over from the Palace to build the foundation.

Even though the cultivators were efficient, it would take them one to two months to complete the task. Hence, it would be one to two months away before Purple Star Palace would be established in Jiu Zhou.

Pang Huanyin and other cultivators definitely had enough time to make it to the Real Lake Realm.

Their conversation continued as they flew forward.

Half a day later, they landed on a Spirit Peak. Pang Huanyin said, “This place looks good. I’ll take 30 peaks around here with this one as the centre.”

They had several ten thousand disciples, so 30 peaks would be sufficient. Moreover, most of the disciples were in the Spirit Creek Realm and Cloud River Realm, so they would spend most of their time on the Spirit Creek Battlefield and the Cloud River Battlefield.

“Please help me inform Sect Master Tang about it and ask for his permission, Senior Brother.”

Lu Ye nodded. “Let’s go back.”

He didn’t think there would be a problem. Since the Sect Master had told Pang Huanyin to choose any place, he would agree to it as long as the demand wasn’t outrageous. There were many vacant peaks in Mount Ao anyway.

They then returned to the Summit of Fortitude. However, both the Sect Master and Shui Yuan were nowhere to be found.

“Senior Brother, I have to go back to the Peerless Continent and inform the disciples about it so that they can get prepared sooner. Also, I have to choose several people and bring them here so that they’ll make it to the Real Lake Realm as quickly as they can. I’ll need your help by then.”

“Sure.” Lu Ye dipped his head.

Pang Huanyin could make use of the Divine Opportunity Column in the Crimson Blood Sect to move between Jiu Zhou and the Peerless Continent. However, if they wanted to ascend to the Real Lake Realm, they needed the help of Spirit Pills. Shui Yuan would be of great help. Since she was a Divine Ocean Realm Master, she could easily solve problems for Cloud River Realm Masters who were trying to make it to the Real Lake Realm.

After giving it some thought, he decided to head to the Summit of Clarity instead of looking for Shui Yuan first.

He was now Lady Yun’s disciple, though there hadn’t been an official ceremony. Since he had returned, he ought to pay her a visit.

Unfortunately, his Honoured Master was nowhere to be seen. Only her Soul Clone, Tiea, was there. Tiea told him that Lady Yun and the Sect Master had been working together to repair the Dragon Throne as of late. She hadn’t shown up for quite a while.

Tiea knew nothing about the progress of the repair. Although she was Lady Yun’s Soul Clone, she couldn’t read her mind as long as Lady Yun refused to share any information with her.

Lu Ye then told Tiea about Pang Huanyin and asked her to inform his Honoured Master about it. Naturally, Tiea agreed to it.

After leaving the Summit of Clarity, Lu Ye returned to the Summit of Bamboos, where he finally found Shui Yuan.

She had been giving Hua Ci some guidance on the Way of Medicine, so Lu Ye decided not to disturb them.

Initially, he had intended to make it to the peak of Cloud River Realm and rebuild the Grand Ward around the Arcane Glade first. Then, he would ascend to the Real Lake Realm and leave the Cloud River Battlefield.

Unfortunately, things went against his wishes. The Peerless Continent suddenly arrived and drove all the cultivators out of the Cloud River Battlefield.

Certainly, he could wait for the Cloud River Battlefield to open up again, but no one knew when that day would come.

After some deliberation, he reckoned that he had already built a solid foundation there. Soon enough, more disciples would move into the Arcane Glade, and the wolves would protect the place. There wasn’t a need for Lu Ye to worry about anything. His main task was to ascend to the Real Lake Realm as soon as possible.

Cultivators had to prioritise increasing their powers. He had more than enough Golden Amulets to make it to the Real Lake Realm. At the thought of this, he made up his mind.

Just as he was ready to activate a Golden Amulet, a loud voice was suddenly heard coming from the Summit of Fortitude. “Is anyone from the Crimson Blood Sect there?”

The voice was propelled by Spiritual Power, so everyone in a radius of 100 kilometres around the place could hear it clearly.

Lu Ye, who had just taken a seat and was ready to cultivate, arched his brow.

It had been a few years since he joined the Crimson Blood Sect. Although he hadn’t spent much time here, he had rarely seen people from other Sects paying them a visit. There was only once when the School Master of Three Sages School came to contend with the Sect Master because the latter had snatched a disciple away from their Sect.

Lu Ye was surprised that someone had the audacity to come to the Crimson Blood Sect and speak so loudly.

The Sect Master was busy helping Lady Yun with repairing the Dragon Throne, so he couldn’t show up for the time being.

After giving it some thought, he got to his feet and pushed the door open. Shui Yuan happened to shoot into the sky and head to the Summit of Fortitude.

Hua Ci, who left the room at the same time, looked in that direction. Just like Lu Ye, she was puzzled.

On the other hand, Ju Jia, who was cultivating, was alerted and stepped out of his room.

Although the three of them had no idea what was going on, they quickly leapt into the air and followed Shui Yuan.

A moment later, they arrived at the Summit of Fortitude, where they saw a young man in silver armour waiting for them.

When Shui Yuan saw the young man’s outfit, she furrowed her brows. She also let out a bit of her aura as a Divine Ocean Realm Master.

The person was apparently not a Divine Ocean Realm Master. He was only in the Real Lake Realm. Feeling the pressure coming from Shui Yuan, he donned a solemn expression and cupped his fists. “Greetings, Senior Sister Shui Yuan.”

Shui Yuan nodded with a serious expression. “What’s wrong?”

The young man turned his hand around and revealed a bronze token. Then, he raised it and said firmly, “I’m Zhao Che, a messenger from Grand Sky City. I’m here to deliver an order. People of the Crimson Blood Sect, receive the order now!”

Despite Shui Yuan’s reluctance, she had no choice but to retract her aura when facing the bronze token. She cupped her fists and listened attentively.

Zhao Che went on to say, “The Elder Council has ordered that you have to send at least one disciple to Grand Sky City in three days and wait for their command. There’s no limit as to how many people you can send. You should not be late, and those who fail to obey the order will be killed!”

Shui Yuan let out an almost imperceptible sigh, knowing that the day had finally come. She raised both of her hands and replied, “I’m Shui Yuan from the Crimson Blood Sect. I’ll receive the order!”

Zhao Che placed the bronze token on her palms and saluted her again. “Please take no offence, Senior Sister. I’m only executing an order.” As he spoke, he looked behind Shui Yuan and glanced briefly at Lu Ye. Then, he whispered, “Deputy Coalition Leader Pang has done his best, but time is running out. He’s intended to do it later, but the turn of events on the Cloud River Battlefield has caught him off guard. The storm is brewing in all the Canyons, so we have to do it sooner. As for the person you’ll send, you’d better discuss it with Sect Master Tang. However, the person must arrive in Grand Sky City in three days.”

He had been firm because he represented the Grand Sky Coalition, but now, he gave her a reminder from his perspective.

“I got it.”

“Farewell.” Zhao Che cupped his fists and shot into the sky. He left as hurriedly as he had come.

Shui Yuan remained in the same spot and clenched the token in silence.

Lu Ye and the others were puzzled. Shui Yuan’s expression suggested that something she had always dreaded had eventually happened.

A while later, Shui Yuan let out a sigh before turning to look at Lu Ye, Hua Ci, and Ju Jia. Then, she said, “There’s something I need to tell you.”
