Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Shaking his head a bit as he thought about his second disciple and the trouble, he had gotten himself into over the past year, Xuan Hao turned his attention towards the status of his third and least troublesome disciple…

✧ Third Disciple, Bai Ning ✧ Race: Human, Heavenly Sky Serpent Talent: 34 Dao: Dao of Blacksmithing (Pseudo Domain) Potential Dao: Dao of Metal, Dao of Fire, Dao of Formations, Dao of Wind Bloodline: Heavenly Sky Serpent (Dormant) Realm: Peak Ninth Stage Nascent Soul Realm Profession: Blacksmithing (Peak Master Realm) Cultivation Mantra: Unformed Mantra Over the past year, his cultivation realm hadn’t improved by a lot, but he had still managed to reach the Peak of the Nascent Soul Realm. Although, the most impressive thing was the fact that he had managed to reach the Peak of the Master Relam in terms of blacksmithing. Only a single step away from reaching the Grandmaster Realm.

Archiving this due his own dedication towards blacksmithing and the help of his master and Yi Min, who had both managed to reach the Pseudo Saint Realm in terms of Blacksmithing.

In a sense, his cultivation rising had nothing to do with the fact that he had allocated some time to cultivating, but was instead due to his cultivation technique, the unformed mantra, finally showing its worth, as his cultivation realm rose alongside his blacksmithing. Pushing his cultivation base all the way to the Peak of the Nascent Soul Realm.

If this continued, both Xuan Hao and Yi Min guessed that Bai Ning would most likely end up breaking through to the Domain Lord Realm the moment he managed to reach the Grandmaster Realm in blacksmithing.

Moving on to the fourth disciple and by far the most troublesome of the bunch, Mui…

✧ Fourth Disciple, Mui ✧ Race: Human Talent: 78 Dao. Dao of Water (Domain)

Potential Dao: Dao of Darkness, Dao of Ice, Dao of Space, Dao of Chaos Physique: Desolate Ancient Moon Physique (Dormant) Realm: Second Stage of the Domain Lord Realm Profession: Blacksmithing (Abysmal), Formation Master (Abysmal) Cultivation Mantra: Myriad Water Art Over the year, she had somehow managed to not only breakthrough to the Domain Lord Realm. Far surpassing him in terms of speed but had also managed to reach the Second Stage of the Realm. Bringing the total number of disciples in the Domain Lord Realm up to 4, something that he had expected to trigger some kind of reward from the system.

[Congratulation on having four disciples reach the Domain Lord Realm]

However, instead of a reward from the system that would help increase his strength, he was instead only greeted by a congratulation notice and nothing else. Making him believe that the system might have something against him.

Luckily, he still had the had the time stone and the large source crystal he had gained back when he finished the time limited quest that had taken forever.

So, he wasn’t too affected by the simple congratulation message from the system- Would be a lie to say…

Feeling his emotions becoming slightly disturbed as he thought about the simple message and no rewards following Mui’s breakthrough to the Domain Lord Realm, Xuan Hao quickly decided to turn his attention away from his fourth disciple’s status and focus his attention towards his fifth and latest disciple, Chun Hua...

✧ Fifth Disciple, Chun Hua ✧ Race: Nature Spirit, Tree Spirit Talent: 71 Dao: Dao of Nature (Domain) Potential Dao: Dao of Wood, Dao of Life, Dao of Water, Dao of Alchemy

Physique: Spirit Physique Realm: Fourth Stage of the Domain Lord Realm Profession: Alchemy (Peak Artisan Realm) Cultivation Mantra: Heart of the Forest Although her cultivation hadn’t improved the fastest among his disciples, she had still managed to rise from the Second Stage of the Domain Lord Realm to the Fourth Stage of the Domain Lord Realm over the past year.

Though, the same could not be said when it came to her comprehension of the Dao of Alchemy.

Not only had she managed to elevate herself from the Expert Realm in alchemy all the way up to the Peak of the Artisan Realm over the past year, but she had also somehow managed to increase the number of potential Daos present in her status, something he didn’t think was possible before this.

Not just that, but the increase in potential Daos also seemed to have increased her talent. Elevating it by an entire four points. Breaking into the seventy points mark that only Mui had managed to reach so far.

”I wonder if there might be a chance for me to introduce more potential Daos to my other disciples and try to elevate their talent in that way…” Muttering this to himself as he continued looking over Chun Hua’s status, Xuan Hao could not help wondering if it would be possible for him to introduce new potential Daos for his other disciples.

But… The moment this thought appeared, it was quickly extinguished, as he understood that it was anything but simple to introduce a brand-new dao to his disciples. Especially so considering that they still hadn’t managed to comprehend the Daos that they already had an inherent talent for.

In a sense, Chun Hua’s new talent for the Dao of Alchemy was not only related to her own interest and recent focus on learning alchemy, but also had something to do with the fact that all of her other talents seemed to be closely associated with the Dao of Alchemy in some kind of way. Allowing her a smoother path towards starting her comprehension of the Dao of Alchemy.

For now, it might be a bit too early to think about this. Maybe I can revisit this again in the future when they step into the Dao Domain Lord Realm or the Dao Seed Realm and start to explore more than just a single Dao…

Thinking this to himself as he arrived in front of the newly established teleportation formation leading to the base of the Ninth Star Peak, Xuan Hao briefly closed his eyes before a look of seriousness appeared in them.

Understanding that after stepping through the teleportation formation, he would have to do everything in his power to appear like a mysterious elder of an ancient hidden sect. An existence that should at the very least have reached the Celestial Immortal Realm or Profound Immortal Realm in the eyes of the people from the Blue Sea Empire, who would undoubtedly be keeping an eye on the competition.
