Chapter 308: Reclusive Immortal Ethan

Claws of Doom

Shenron roared.

Instantly, he transformed into a huge purple dragon—the Dragon God form.

”Die!”

He attacked without thinking of any consequences.

Ethan looked at the incoming attack like nothing.

”A purple dragon, huh? I heard dragon meat is very nutritious. I wonder how it feels to taste a purple dragon,” Ethan muttered.

But both Lucifer and Shenron could hear what he was muttering.

”Is this man for real? He doesn’t feel any pressure from this mad dragon at all? How is this even possible? Even I am feeling overwhelmed. This bastard must have consumed another origin stone in the past eon,” Lucifer thought.

But Shenron had lost all sense of rationality.

Dragons are very proud creatures, and Shenron was the ancestor of them. Of course, he was the proudest among all dragons.

Shenron’s claw arrived an inch away from Ethan. He was still not moving.

”Is he actually frozen by fear? Or can’t he see Shenron’s attack?” Lucifer was really curious.

If Ethan was weak, then Shenron would get to devour him, and Lucifer would lose a huge amount of money.

But if the man was truly stronger than them, then it was fine.

Lucifer had to make a decision right now. And yeah, he was a demon after all.

Though he was cunning, he couldn’t control his desire.

So, he also transformed into his Demon God form, with four horns on his head and two huge wings on his back.

His skin turned crimson red from pale white.

Then he teleported in front of Ethan.

Both Shenron and Lucifer attacked him together.

”Sigh! I really want to kill fools like you who can’t assess their situation, but I need information from you,” Ethan’s eyes suddenly turned cold.

”Creation of All Things.”

Ethan muttered.

Instantly, he created a certain existence from a famous anime he remembered.

It was a man—a human—called the Lion Sin, Escanor, the Sin of Pride.

But of course, Ethan made him as powerful as those two, with 11-dimensional strength in him.

He didn’t want to bother with these two fools, lest he killed them both.

Ethan vanished from the place, and Escanor appeared there with his bare body and his golden axe.

Both Lucifer’s and Shenron’s attacks landed on him.

But nothing happened to the man. He just coldly looked at both of them.

”Introduce yourselves before we start our fight. I am Lion Sin Escanor. You dared to fight with me?”

”What the? Where did this powerful monster come from? I don’t know someone like him,” both of them were stunned.

This Escanor was Ethan’s creation based on what he saw.

So, his personality was similar—arrogant to the extreme.

Both of them even forgot what the human had asked them.

”Since you are not willing to tell me your names, you should perish like cowards.”

”Cruel Sun!”

Ethan was enjoying this live anime with great pleasure.

”Hey Master, who is this person?” Nini asked him.

Ethan was watching the battle and answered with a smile, ”It’s an anime character I just created to have some fun.”

Nini asked with great surprise, ”Master, can you really create beings like that?”

Ethan nodded, ”As long as it is not stronger than me, I can create it.”

Nini didn’t answer anymore; she was probably too shocked to speak.

A huge sun appeared on Escanor’s finger. Its heat matched his strength, capable of vaporizing one or two dimensions.

”What an intense heat. We need to fight without holding back,” Lucifer roared.

”Allure of the Darkness!”,this was one of Lucifer’s ultimate attacks.

It could plunge anything into darkness. He wanted to swallow the light of that sun.

”Roar of the Dragon God!” Shenron also attacked with one of his most powerful techniques. It directly shook his opponent’s soul.

Escanor could instantly feel the danger in those attacks.

So, he didn’t hold back either.

He transformed into his ”The One” form and unleashed one of his ultimate attacks.

”Divine Sword Escanor!”

The three attacks clashed together, and both Shenron and Lucifer were blown away by the impact.

Escanor was also not in a good condition either.

Ethan sighed. He liked this character very much, but it died.

So, he created it in real life to see how it would feel to watch from a real perspective.

It was truly spectacular.

”You can go now. I’ll handle the rest.”

As soon as Ethan muttered this, Escanor turned into cosmic particles and vanished.

Lucifer and Shenron were on the verge of collapsing.

Ethan went near them, extended his right hand, and made a grabbing motion.

Instantly, both of them flew in front of him.

”Give me all your origin stones,” Ethan muttered softly. He wouldn’t ask them about the mastermind right now.

He knew there might be a bigger mystery behind the death of Nini’s previous master.

So, he would take his sweet time with them.

Besides, he felt a barrier similar to the one he sensed when he activated the Dimension Master form for the first time.

Beyond that barrier should be the fourth-dimensional space of this origin dimension, and maybe some greater entity was involved in this case.

He thought about it the moment he became a tier 27 existence.

Both Lucifer and Shenron gave him all their origin stones—a total of 98 stones.

”So poor,” Ethan muttered.

He let them go and vanished from the space.

Ethan arrived in a village. It was an elven village populated mostly by mortals, though some were a little powerful.

Ethan needed to sort out many things—what he wanted to do from now on.

Besides, he wanted to return to the 3rd dimension where his family was.

But it would be a risky move. There were too many powerful existences spreading their domains here and there. Ethan needed to become even stronger.

Besides, his clones were still present there, though he had severed his connection with them, so he wasn’t too worried right now.

”System, how do I get out of that barrier?”

[Master, once you have awakened your fourth axis, you’ll get permission from that barrier to cross over.]

”So I need to become a fourth-dimensional being to cross that barrier. That can wait for now. Let’s cultivate first.”

Ethan would have to cultivate regularly to form his fourth axis of existence. His system could only make him infinitely powerful, but it couldn’t help him ascend to the next realm. He would have to do it himself.

He went into the forest and created a nice little house for himself there.

He also created a wall.

He would be living there from now on until he became a fourth-dimensional existence.

Ethan had created a nice little luxurious villa for himself.

”Let’s play a reclusive immortal play. A supreme existence like me living in a mortal elven village, then taking some disciples, giving them treasures, and those disciples becoming powerful in the future,” just thinking about this made Ethan’s blood boil.

He would need at least a year to become a fourth-dimensional being.

”Man, it has 365 days. How ridiculous will my strength be after doubling every day?” He didn’t even dare to imagine. Maybe he would be able to kill a supreme fourth-dimensional being with just a punch by then.

Ethan created some machines that could generate cosmic energy and planted many fruit trees.

His target was to create powerful treasure fruits, which would be divine treasures for others but merely tasty fruits for him.

Then, he would create powerful servants around him.

All in all, Ethan would become a reclusive immortal from the cultivation world.

In the elven village,

A little boy came to the forest to collect food for his family.

He suddenly saw a luxurious house in the middle of the forest.

”Where did this house come from? It wasn’t here yesterday,” the boy thought.

He wanted to go there, but he also needed to collect food for his family. Otherwise, his ill mother and little sister would stay hungry.

He collected some fruits and herbs. Then, after thinking for a moment, he put some fruits in front of Ethan’s gate and muttered,

”I don’t know who you are, but food is very scarce here. I can’t give you more. If you step outside, I hope these fruits can fill your stomach a bit.”

The little boy left the place.

Ethan saw the entire scene.

”My first protagonist is here. Don’t worry, little guy. By offering this food, you have already changed your fate.”

Ethan spread his mental domain and captured the entire area where the elven village was located.

He was following the little boy.

The boy entered a hut and went to feed his ill mother. His little sister was sitting by her mother’s side.

”Mother, don’t worry. Elder said that I can join the royal guard if I go to the capital city. After that, I’ll take both you and Sis there.”

But suddenly he heard a voice in his head,

”Little one, if you want to change your destiny, come to the forest.”
