Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

The voice of that Stellar-level Strong One vanished instantly, seemingly acknowledging Jia Rong’s statement.

Jin Rong didn’t go to other places on the planet for further inspection because it was already sufficient here. Even in other ordinary civilian areas, life wouldn’t be any harder than it is here. Jia Rong kept in mind the issues of the slum districts, as well as the deformed places resulting from his policies that he saw on the road; he noted them all down.

The combat on paper is not as effective as witnessing it once in person and then planning your ideas; this way, one can do more with less effort.

”Now, I am going to implement new policies. Never again will I engage in armchair strategies alone. And the paupers just told me that they want legitimate jobs. Because they haven’t obtained the proper identities below, they can’t even find regular jobs, so I need to change this aspect.”

Jia Rong returned to the command ship and immediately began new work.

This time, the ’son of Jia Yan’ finally shook off the novice face of mere armchair strategies, letting a group of officials breathe a sigh of relief.

Honestly speaking, even that Stellar-level Strong One didn’t dare criticize Jia Rong’s actions. When others learned that Jia Rong was that ’Jia Yan,’ or possibly the son of the Giant Mosquito himself, no one dared to say anything about Jia Rong’s actions. As a result, the policies he implemented were inferior to those in other places, and this was the real reason.

But now it’s better because Jia Rong himself recognized his mistakes and started correcting them.

”Okay, with this wave of large-scale industrialization across the two big Starfields, those unemployed paupers can also join the big environment. As for the ordinary populace... if it’s mandatory, so be it. For them, this might actually be beneficial, because my previous approach was too idealistic.”

Jia Rong issued such an order, which might cause some to curse him.

Finally, the industially sluggish region of the Biochemical Star Region began to catch up.

But just as Jia Rong was starting, many places had already begun to act on the orders issued by the top leadership, Jia Yan, and some results were already visible.

Such was the case for the Biochemical Star Region, as well as inside the Orion Arm.

Even the Earth people, envied by many Species as the ’high-end race closest to the Giant Mosquito,’ had no exception in performing massive amounts of work.

On Earth, many minerals and resources excavated from around the Solar System were transported here.

”Wow, there’s actually black smoke appearing on Earth again; I thought I’d never see such a scene in the future.”

”This is pretty okay. At least it doesn’t significantly affect the health of those living here. Or do you want to return to our Mother Star? Over there, it’s filled with smoke and dust. Without high-tech purification devices, a human can barely survive.”

”Uh, I was just saying. Earth is fine; Earth is fine. Haha, I’d never want to go back now. I just didn’t expect Earth to also start industrial work.”

A group of alien tycoons strolled on Earth’s streets. Many people found it hard to believe that Earth also had black smoke.

While many Civilizations in the outer stars were undergoing large-scale industrialization, constructing things that Jia Yan required, wealthy individuals across the Orion Arm and Biochemical Star Region who could escape the hustle headed to Earth, thinking it wouldn’t face the same situation. But what awaited them was a bustling Earth.

Fortunately, due to Earth’s past industrialization, even if production capacity resumed to some extent, it didn’t affect the environment, so those wealthy individuals didn’t want to leave after arriving on Earth.

Despite Earth’s high cost of living, rich people and high-level officials from many Civilizations still regarded Earth as their top choice.

”Don’t block the way. Don’t you aliens know anything about our Earth’s traffic rules? Move aside quickly.”

Several aliens, who seemed affluent, were walking on a pedestrian crossing on Earth when suddenly a man riding what resembled an electric bike yelled at them from behind.

This group, who were big figures in outer stars, became timid upon reaching Earth.

”Uh, sorry. We’ve just arrived and don’t understand your Earth’s rules. Our apologies; we’ll move out of the way now.”

The aliens quickly cleared the path, even though they knew that the Earth man scolding them was just an ordinary Earth person without any cultivation level. Being creatures at least at the Sky Level, they dared not take any action.

Fighting on Earth would be courting death.

Even if Earth’s apparent defensive or police power could be easily overwhelmed by a dignitary, don’t think you can overturn Earth like that.

Last time, a Semi-permanent Star level existence made a scene due to cultural differences with Earth people, almost tearing down a building.

But just as he was about to succeed, a tiny human figure flew from a certain direction on Earth, and a single punch killed the Semi-permanent star level being instantly.

People then realized that Earth still might harbor beings with combat power comparable to a Stellar level, even though no Stellar level guardian was stationed from Giant Mosquito.

Most Earth people believed that the strong one who punched was the ’real strongest on Earth,’ known as ’Jia Yan,’ who was once very active and regarded as Earth’s War God safeguarding Earth’s safety, as with the case of the Semi-permanent Star level being.

Since then, not a single alien strong one dared to make trouble on Earth. Earth authorities also enlisted a few strong ones at the Semi-permanent star level to serve as Earth’s police force, ensuring a foolproof setup.

”Even Earth is supposed to undergo industrialization; this industrial wave spanning two Starfields must be no trivial matter.”

”No one knows who issued such an order or what they intend to achieve; it’s a little strange.”

A group of creatures pondered over who issued the order.

But they would never guess it was Jia Yan himself who issued the command.

Far away in another Star Subspace, Jia Yan had gradually increased his power over more than half a year.

He wasn’t in complete seclusion, occasionally receiving materials from the outside.

These materials were sent regularly to Jia Yan from within the Orion Arm Alliance.

They sent them daily, regardless of Jia Yan being far from the Orion Arm; they continued this work even if Jia Yan couldn’t receive it.

Jia Yan received various pieces of information.

After year-long data collection and transfer, the transmitting organization, even without a response from Jia Yan or being sure if he would read it, continued diligently.

Jia Yan was indeed looking at it, especially more so after the commencement of industrialization in the two large Starfields.

”Hmm, not bad at all. Progress in half a year to reach this point is satisfying enough.”

He looked at the intelligence he received. Each point hit the mark, showing what he wanted to see, indicating that the people organizing the intelligence were skilled in their jobs, saving Jia Yan a lot of time.

”However... it seems still a bit slow. Recently, my tension has been increasing, which means some crisis is indeed approaching.”

Jia Yan silently felt his pressure and then took a long breath in the Subspace.

”I’ve also been in seclusion for quite a while, and my power has once again reached the peak I can attain now. I can finally go out...”
