Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Chapter 1981: Chapter 22: Different from Imagination

For the creatures on Earth, it might be unimaginable what Jia Yan is experiencing now.

Even the enormity and terror of this giant creature might be unimaginable.

But in fact, it’s quite imaginable, because as long as you regard him as a mosquito on Earth, you can easily calculate through proportion how astonishing the Giant Tribe Jia Yan sees is now.

However, Jia Yan does not really feel the difference between him and the Giant Tribe like that between Earth people and mosquitoes.

Because Jia Yan is not truly a mosquito, the Giant Tribe is definitely not Earth people either. Although their proportions might be similar, actually Jia Yan has his own strength, and the Giant Tribe seems to have unique abilities.

In short, while traveling, Jia Yan saw some strange things.

For example, cities, because the Giant Tribe moves so fast, during the journey, Jia Yan unexpectedly saw some places resembling cities from their backs.

But the giants didn’t approach, and after thinking for a moment, Jia Yan didn’t give up this convenient ’vehicle’ and did not go down to take a closer look.

Moreover, those so-called cities he saw from afar should not be cities that the Giant Tribe could enter, but rather cities of other small-sized creatures. Although the Giant Tribe could easily destroy such cities, they didn’t approach, and Jia Yan saw that this family of giants cautiously bypassed these cities when passing by.

”Could it be that these small cities have ways to deal with the Giant Tribe?”

A similar thought vaguely flashed in Jia Yan’s mind.

But this thought just flashed by, and for Jia Yan, at the moment, he just needs to focus on his own matters.

The reason he didn’t go to those small cities is simple, because if these cities were inhabited by creatures as big as Jia Yan, then he wouldn’t have any advantages going there. He doesn’t have much understanding of the strength and world of this place, so he couldn’t achieve much in such cities.

It’s better to take the risk and visit the so-called Giant City with this family of giants.

In fact, Jia Yan had thought about the scenery of many Giant Cities, imagining them might be quite grand, but when he actually got there, he was still completely shocked by the astonishing scene.

A terrifying giant city, which took a family of giants three days’ journey from the forest to reach. It’s known that the Giant Tribe’s pace is incredibly fast, even they need three days to reach it, if Jia Yan flew alone, it might take even longer.

And for other species, it’s even more impossible to reach such a distant place quickly.

Another place that shocked Jia Yan was the enormity of this so-called city of the giants.

The feeling of this city is like the ancient Huaxia cities on Earth, but the walls are so big and tall that they completely exceed Jia Yan’s imagination, like ancient giant cities on Earth magnified countless times.

Possibly, the entire size of the city takes a day to walk with the pace of the Giant Tribe, and its walls reach over ten times the height of the giants, which means at least several thousand or even ten thousand kilometers high.

The diameter of Earth is just over ten thousand kilometers, if placed, an Earth would be about as tall as a section of the wall.

It shows how terrifying this wall is.

Even with Jia Yan’s eyesight, trying to see the top of the wall is very difficult, which involves the issue of small creatures’ vision, while giants, being huge, can naturally see much farther.

”Such a terrifying city, if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes, I would never believe there exists such a city in the universe.”

Jia Yan, seeing the city from the back of the giants, was speechless for a long time.

But no one talked to him anyway.

As Jia Yan followed the giant family, he slowly moved towards the location of the city.

”Hold on a moment, check if you have any small animals coming in with you.”

While passing through the city gate, a guard who appeared tall and wore somewhat heavy armor, said this to the entering family.

”Small animals? Could it be referring to creatures like me?”

Jia Yan, on the body of the Giant Tribe, momentarily froze.

Then, he instantly felt a thread of shock.

It’s known that the Giant Tribe treats other small creature species with complete disregard for life and death, even the Forest Human Clan, seemingly differing only in size, would be directly exterminated by them. For flying creatures like him, they would surely be exterminated more directly.

After a moment of shock, Jia Yan hurriedly flew out from the giant father’s back.

The guard seemed to faintly see something, but he just glanced in the direction Jia Yan flew without any attempt to stop him. To them, little creatures like this are likely not intelligent, they couldn’t possibly hunt down every flying creature on someone every day, they’d be exhausted multiple times a day.

Jia Yan quickly flew outside the city gate because he knew, as long as he didn’t fly into the city, he shouldn’t be hunted, and facts also proved that his thinking was entirely correct.
