Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Capítulo 1976: Chapter 19: Blood-Sucking, Back to My Old Trade!

“So hard.”

Jia Yan was instantly shocked, knowing that his mouth needle really had reached the sharpest level of his entire body, yet when it pierced the child’s neck, it encountered an immense force of resistance.

“Hmm, it seems itchy.”

The child, in that moment, felt a slight itch on his neck and reached out again to scratch.

But Jia Yan quickly flew a short distance away.

“It seems the blood of the Giant Tribe isn’t so easy to absorb. Next time, I need to find a spot that’s easier to pierce.”

Jia Yan slowly descended his body as the child resumed playing, presenting another chance for him to probe.

Before long, Jia Yan succeeded.

He placed his mouth needle into one of the child’s blood vessels.

After that, Jia Yan dared not make big movements and instead began sucking blood directly.

Fortunately, during his evolution, even though he experienced mutations all along the way, some of the toxins in Jia Yan’s body, with a numbing effect, never disappeared. Or rather, they grew stronger step by step along with his evolution and mutation.

Of course, Jia Yan had a rather suitable target this time.

The child first felt a bit of itching on his neck, but soon he lost the sensation.

Jia Yan’s venom worked its magic, this venom was no longer the usual kind found in mosquitoes, and its effectiveness surged multiple times, enabling it to affect a child from the Giant Tribe.

Next, Jia Yan began devouring in large gulps.

“This is…so exhilarating. I didn’t expect the blood of the Giant Tribe to have such a great effect on me. It’s excellent.”

Jia Yan first felt that the blood he was absorbing was completely in the form of energy, achieving an astonishing effect that exploded instantly within his body.

Then, he felt a surge of immense power within his body, operating madly, rapidly decomposing the absorbed blood.

This was the absorption ability of a mosquito that had reached the middle level of stellar existence.

The huge child of the Giant Tribe, under his absorption, did not even notice, as Jia Yan quickly absorbed a large quantity of blood and energy.

Of course, this blood and energy were just tiny and insignificant for the child. But to Jia Yan, it was crucial for rapidly increasing his strength.

“This feeling of power is terrifying. Even the power of the Essence Blood from the Evolution Beast Predecessor that I’ve devoured before can’t compare. Fortunately, I am now a middle stage existence, otherwise, I might explode.”

Jia Yan was first awed by the sensation, almost shouting out in excitement, but he restrained himself.

The power spread explosively within his body through the blood.

Jia Yan felt as if he was drunk, swaying and sucking until he was full.

After that, he didn’t care much anymore and flew directly away from the child’s body.

The abdomen of the Giant Mosquito suddenly swelled with some liquids.

Yet Jia Yan wasn’t like an ordinary mosquito that couldn’t fly after drinking too much. After all, he wasn’t an ordinary mosquito. His strength greatly surpassed, and in that moment, this world could never be measured just by Earth.

The home of the Giant Tribe seemed as huge as Earth, while the surrounding world, the mountain forests, appeared to Jia Yan as vast as the universe, certainly not Earth.

“So good, this power is much larger than I imagined, hurry and start digesting.”

Jia Yan flew into a huge patch of bushes.

Around were some creatures either larger or smaller than Jia Yan himself, but they were merely ordinary creatures when Jia Yan exploded his power, warning them to leave. They all scurried away in all directions.

After all, Jia Yan’s strength, at least to these small creatures in this world, had reached the peak. Even if not at the level of the Grand Elder, he would definitely be a strong one.

Thus, for these ordinary creatures, his aura was like a source, instantly startling them into fleeing.

As it quieted down around him, Jia Yan could quickly cultivate and restore.

Fortunately, Jia Yan hadn’t suffered much physical harm in these days, but was heavily scarred during the passage through the distorted space, even if no outward signs displayed, his body was quite injured.

And now, with the sudden huge replenishment of power, Jia Yan did not care about wasting any of it, directly beginning to decompose the blood’s power within his body.

The blood of the Giant Tribe, even if just of a child, was absolutely delightful for Jia Yan.

Yet while absorbing, he heard the Giant Tribe child, playing not far away, suddenly expressed realization.

“So itchy, why am I so itchy, did some grass bite me?”

He cried out in surprise, the itchy feeling was of course the effect from the numbing toxin Jia Yan had secreted. However, this was like the mosquitoes on Earth that cause itching after some time due to acidity in their venom, resulting similar feelings.

Nonetheless, this sensation for the Giant Tribe in this world wasn’t all that special.

Just like humans on Earth find it difficult to completely solve the problem of insect-like creatures biting, the Giant Tribe also experiences some organisms nibbling at them, even living within their organs.

Of course, such parasitism has limited harm.

In conclusion, they often deal with bites from other creatures, unrelated to power, just like humans who are aware that billions of bacteria or other biting organisms live within their bodies constantly, experiencing discomfort.

“Ah, forget it, I’ll continue playing with my beads, there seems a slight numbness, or some other sensation.”

The child felt odd but continued playful without concern.

“Ha, children’s senses and alertness towards matters are indeed low, similar to Earth’s children. But I like his character, slowly, first absorb the blood of such children, someday I’ll find the way home.”

Seeing the child showed no further reaction, Jia Yan smiled and didn’t mind anymore, and began his cultivation and refining.

The blood of this little giant was almost the greatest tonic for Jia Yan, plus he previously mentioned, he suffered severely, and using power in the world without much replenishment, now finding such effective means to restore energy was a tremendous opportunity for Jia Yan.

Gurgle, gurgle, gurgle.

The round belly of the Giant Mosquito rapidly deconstructed the energy Jia Yan needed, transforming it directly into origin power for repairing his wounds.

Under such restoration, Jia Yan’s body and lost power quickly recovered completely.

“Great, next, I’ll slowly steal his blood. Children generally have lower vigilance towards external power, so I can steal his blood while restoring or cultivating.”

Within the bushes, Jia Yan sensed immense energy.

That was the head of the family returning.
