Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Chapter 621: Chapter 18: The Last Wish... [First Update Explodes]_3

”Contact the higher-ups, now! What? Our signals have been jammed by some unknown source? Bastards, it’s got to be one of Earth City’s tricks!”

”Even if it’s only us, it’s just Earth City. I bet we could wipe them out in one swift move!”

Jia Yan’s single attack created a huge commotion within the spaceport. Many soldiers and commanders were scrambling around, but for a time, they didn’t quite know what they should do next.

Boom!——————

In an instant, another large explosion sounded not far away. It was Jia Yan, who, after destroying a warship, didn’t even pause before launching an attack on another warship, causing it to instantly explode!

Having already dealt with warships once before, coupled with the fact that these docked warships had not activated their energy defences, Jia Yan had no trouble dealing with these grounded warships. To him, they were nothing more than some tougher-than-usual turtle shells!

”This damned flying creature! Does it know how much a warship costs? It has already destroyed two of them in one go; quick, ground crew, and those on duty inside the warships, start the warships, start them immediately!”

After witnessing the destruction of two warships, the top commander’s expression immediately soured. Regardless of how well he performed next, the fact that two warships were destroyed by a minor force was enough to bring him down from his high position!

At this moment, the top commander was frenzied. Somehow, Earth City managed to cut off the communication to their spaceport for a brief period. But this was a legitimate military communication network, and it would only take five minutes to restore it. Once that happened, he vowed to kill all the invaders from this minor force and return with the good news to his superiors!

Otherwise, not only would his military career come to an end, but he might even be dragged into military court.

”Kill! Open the artillery to maximum, all personnel in the warships lift off, even activate our secret 500-meter class warship underground. I refuse to believe that it’s just Earth City, but they might try to restrain all our warships at the spaceport?!”

The top commander dialed the numbers of all the lower-level commanders and quickly issued his orders.

Thud, thud, thud, thud, thud, thud!——————

Panic-stricken footsteps echoed throughout the spaceport. Don’t forget, this spaceport not only hosts military personnel but is also a commercial area and a port capable of boarding civilians.

At this moment, countless people were crying out in terror, enduring the constant sounds of explosions.

Young intelligent creatures were crying all over the place, and the shocking explosion sounds could have stunned them. The adults have likewise lost their composure. By unfortunate luck, today was the busiest day at the spaceport.

Due to the frantic attack of Earth City, a large number of residents in Fifth City did not want to stay there anymore. Perhaps they did not think that Fifth City would be invaded, but their first choice was to distance themselves from this place. As a result, the number of these civilians exceeded all soldiers of the various empires!

These civilians created great difficulties for the soldiers who needed to defend the space.

”How on earth did Earth City manage to disable our communication system for five minutes? This isn’t something an ordinary force can do! You should know this is a military communication network!”

Some spaceport officials in charge of communication were extremely surprised that their communication network was damaged.

What they didn’t know was that a young man who looks like an Auster was frantically fleeing in a lower communication area!

He was wearing a uniform of the spaceport, and his soldier number was also official, indicating that he was indeed a soldier on the spaceport’s roster!

Chasing him were more than a dozen soldiers dressed the same as him, with only their numbers differing. Their gear was the same, indicating that they were of the same rank.

”Alok Kan, you won’t get away with this! Damn it, how dare you!”

”You are a spy for Earth City, we should have never allowed you into our system, you deserve to die!”

The running man, after dodging a ray of light in a hasty jump, darted into a dead-end.

The pursuing soldiers, now caught up to him, found the man cornered. Their faces twisted with rage.

Both the escaping man and his pursuers were low-level communication soldiers, who usually had simple tasks. However, they hadn’t expected that today, when the powerful fighters of Earth City arrived, their colleague would suddenly execute a code he’d been preparing for a long time, completely crippling the communication network they were responsible for!

While it was impossible to completely destroy an actual military network, you can cripple it for five minutes!

These communication soldiers now understood that their colleague was an Earth City spy!

”Ha ha! You guys are also responsible, you’ll definitely go to jail in the future.” The young Auster had nowhere to run but still laughingly roared at his colleagues.

”You deserve to die!”
