Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 2562 Blizzard Hazard

”- it is said that the Mercurial Blitz Ice Valley, located in the nearby region, has erupted with a tumultuous blizzard. The Aurora Cloud Gate has announced that it would last a few weeks, so itʼs unsafe for immortals to get out of their residences. On the other hand, the Immortal Kings could traverse just fine, so senior Zora Luan came to visit us to see if weʼre alright and left.”

”Sheʼs one with ice. I doubt she even finds this natural disaster the slightest bit uncomfortable but even went ahead to the source to improve her icy might.”

Davis couldnʼt help but laugh as Blue Luans were known to control both water and ice. He couldnʼt help but think of bringing Natalya, Iesha, and Tanya out for training. Surely, if a natural disaster erupted, there were bound to be treasures spewed out of hidden areas along with it. At least, in most cases, he knew that gains went along with risks.

However, as he saw the dense blizzard making him feel rather claustrophobic while even in an open space, he rated that the danger was grave enough.

Fortunately, the dangerous blizzard was outside the barrier while only the chilly atmosphere and heavy winds got inside. There was quite literally no danger inside other than making them feel like it was absolute winter.

However, this made it so that he would be unable to do missions in this region and nearby regions. Moreover, he knew that the more he distanced himself from the Aurora Cloud Gateʼs headquarters, the more danger he was going to encounter.

Still, he couldnʼt help but remember Zora Luanʼs act of watching out for them. She remained a good senior sister to him.

”What other news do you have for me?”

As Davis asked, he also extended his soul sense and surveyed the entire island. Due to the immense pressure innately present in the First Haven World, it didnʼt extend as long as it did in the Grand Beginnings Continent, but it was still enough to cover the entire island.

He couldnʼt help but see the Mystic Ice Sectʼs Bing Luli and her people spar as ice manifested and exploded between them. It seems like they were strengthening their battle instincts as they gain more insights amidst flying in this icy atmosphere.

At the edge of the barrier, Schleya sat as her blood energy seeped out of the barrier, only to get quickly frozen. She tried her best to improve the prowess of her blood energy as she kept going against the blizzard.

As for Myria, she was nowhere to be seen, which made him wonder if she was inside her mansion or near the source of the eruption.

”Legion Master, we have caught four assassins hidden in the forests and mountains, but since they tried to escape with their higher cultivation bases, we had no choice but to kill them. They were outer disciples of this sect, but since we had witnesses and the island was officially closed, the law enforcement didnʼt blame us for dealing with an intruder this way. Officer Ruven Longstrand even praised us for dealing with these assassins effectively.”

”Excellent.”

Davis praised, causing Yotanʼs face to lighten up with a sense of fulfillment while her eyes also smiled.

”However, you missed two assassins as they invaded the bridal chamber.”

”What...? How did it happen?”

Yotan became shocked. She felt that she was thorough in cleaning out the vermin and pinpointing their locations with various formations and spirit formations that Ellia personally taught them for a while during these days, so for her to miss two of them came as a bolt of lightning falling on her head, making her stunned beyond compare.

”How bold. You want to know what went inside the bridal chamber?”

Davis solemnly squinted his brows, causing Yotan to flinch as she raised her hands and shook her head.

”No! I- I didnʼt mean it that way...”

”Aha. Donʼt be so stiff. Iʼm only joking...”

Davis chuckled lightly at Yotanʼs adorable reaction and reached out his hand, giving her two spatial rings.

”The law enforcement shouldʼve realized that these two people are dead from their life tablets being destroyed in their respective residences, so if they chance upon us again for some investigation or any other matter, give these spatial rings to them as proof and tell them they got killed by a formation in my bridal chamber. If the blizzard ends, then make a trip in my name. Iʼm counting on you, Legion Commander.”

”Yes! Please leave it to me, Legion Master.”

Yotan solemnly responded and heaved a sigh of relief in her heart. Fortunately, she didnʼt get scolded for leaving those two assassins, although she couldnʼt help but feel guiltier, wanting to work harder and more efficiently so that such a matter never happens again.

On the other hand, Davis instructed Yotan a few more things before he thought of visiting Myria in her residence, but he returned to his two adorable children, wanting to see them badly.

Entering Isabella and Shirleyʼs joint unit, where they lived together due to taking care of the children, he saw two adorable little creatures running around. However, the moment he appeared, the two children stopped, dropped whatever they had in their hands, and rushed toward him with an extreme speed that was unthinkable for any child below three years old.

”Papa!”

Eterna and Celestia jumped and pounced on him, wrapping their arms around his neck as they happily giggled. Their cute melodious laughter sounded musical and heartening.

However, Davis was shocked over their bodily strength as it neared the Mortal Grade. Just their bloodline was alone enough to put them above any mortals without cultivation that if they accidentally punched a mortalʼs arm with their small, fragile hands, their bones could break.

Especially, Celestia boasted the strength of a Mortal Grade cultivator already. It was obvious it was due to the Earth Dragon Blood residing within her.

He couldnʼt help but think when they actually started to cultivate, their prowess would be many times stronger.

After caressing Eterna and Celestia with love and care to his heartʼs content as he ran his fingers through their silky smooth, crimson and purple hair, he turned to look at their two mothers with a joyful expression on his face.

”Isabella, Shirley... I successfully impregnated Niera and Sophie.”

”Really!? Thatʼs good!”

”Wonderful... their wishes have come true~”

Isabella and Shirley were silently watching their childrenʼs father be affectionate and caring with gentle love in their eyes. Just as they thought that he would be a great father, he revealed fantastic news, which caused them to stand up in shock as their faces lit up.

They knew everyone was going to be happy with this, perhaps even motivating them to seduce him more to get their own children. Even they felt like wanting their second child already but knew that they should obediently wait or incur wrath from their fellow sisters.

”Papa... whatʼs impregnated?”

”Niera and Sophie... arenʼt they our sixth... no, seventh and eighth mother?”

Suddenly, Eterna and Celestia couldnʼt help but wonder as they placed their hands on their chins adorably.

Davis blinked, ”Oh, you two little critters can talk somewhat properly and even understand conversations better...? Your father feels proud already.”

”Papa, whatʼs impregnated?”

”Yes, tell us quick~”

”...”

Davis was speechless, while Isabella and Shirley couldnʼt help but secretly giggle at him. They knew even changing the topic wouldnʼt work on these two cute little curious rabbits. Whatever garnered their attention will be rabidly pried open until they were satisfied.

They were such spoiled children, but their happiness was their happiness.

”Well, that is...” Davis cleared his throat and produced a gentle expression on his face, ”I put babies in your seventh and eighth mother as I snatched them from the heavens like I snatched you two and put them in your mothers in the past before you two magically came out like butterflies spreading their wings after being nurtured in their tummies. Therefore, you two will soon have little siblings whom you should take care of and treat nicely. Do you two understand?”

”...”

Eterna and Celestiaʼs face mouths were wide open as they completely believed his words, their expressions lighting up like fireworks as they grinned and kept jumping in his embrace in excitement while Isabella and Shirley also gawked, wondering how he came up with such an appropriate explanation without making it the slightest bit naughty.

*Boom!~*

”Sister-in-laws... this is bad... I divined a regionʼs fate as part of my training, but the result wasnʼt good. It was-”

Abruptly, a beautiful blonde-haired beauty entered the room with such force and appeared full of worry as she ran her mouth. However, her expression froze as she looked at the purple-robed man carrying two children who tightly held onto him.

”Tia... what happened? Go on.”

Davis gave Eterna and Celestia to their mothers as he walked towards Tia, his eyes narrowing in solemnity.
