New Age Of Summoners

’This time I should not disappoint the headquarters,’

Looking at the monster peach in the wooden box, the sect leader Gerg thought in his head.

With that thought in his mind, the sect leader Gerg came out of his cultivation chamber and went to meet his disciple, who was in seclusive cultivation.

...

Not only the assassin sect, but even the fire sword sect got the cultivation resources that could increase their disciples’ cultivation in the shortest possible time.

However, they didn’t send many resources and they were only sufficient for a single disciple to reach the elite general realm.

As for why their backer didn’t send more resources to them because the cultivation resources they sent already were too valuable and moreover, sending them through the void transportation also cost them a huge number of spirit stones.

’You should kill the young cultivators from the other powers and moreover importantly people from the royal family and the vagrant cultivators’ disciples,’

This was the order given by the fire sword sect leader to his personal disciple and other disciples who were going to participate in the champions’ contest.

….

In the guest room of the mercenary guild,

’Ding,

The host’s spirit consciousness’ capacity is increased by 1000 units.

’Ding,

Spirit consciousness:- 7000/ 11000 units of the essence of nature.

The pain coming from forcefully increasing Ajax’s spirit consciousness came to an end along with two system notifications.

’Phew’

Ajax heaved a sigh of relief after the pain subsided as he thought, ’Looks like, from now on, using methods like this to increase the capacity of the spirit consciousness will be more painful.’

He compared the pain he received from his previous increment in the spirit consciousness capacity and found out the pain was much higher and he was sure that it would only increase in the future.

’Ding,

The host is now immune to all illusion and dream-type attacks as long as the attacks were not from a very powerful cultivator.

Just as he was wiping his sweat from his forehead, he received another system notification that made reveal a satisfied smile on his face; however, he didn’t bother much about it because he had already known about that effect.

”I will take a break for sometime before increasing my cultivation,”

While relaxing on his soft bed, Ajax thought about his next plans.

After today, he would be under special training. So, he wanted to complete all the pending things today.

Currently, he had the energy orbs that could instantly increase his cultivation by 5 minor realms.

Now, he could use them without any fear because of his ’Dream’ master.

’Moreover, I can’t use these energy orbs in the general realm. So, why waste them by storing them inside my spirit consciousness,’

Ajax silently muttered in his head but he still didn’t use it as he wanted to take some break because he was still recovering from the pain from earlier.

’Wait a second. I think, before that, I should use the battle beasts crystal,’

All of a sudden, he remembered the battle beasts crystal which could continue to make the spirit beasts without any bloodline into battle beasts making them on par with the spirit beasts with the bloodline/

’Sigh’

However, soon, he rejected that thought from his mind because he had to find a specific place to use the battle beasts and turn that place into a ’battle beasts formation place’.

He could not use it anywhere near the mercenary guild or other places where the other top powers would notice.

’I can’t place that in my inner world,’

Also, placing that crystal in the inner world was not a good thing for him because he had to form a contract with all the normal spirit beasts in order for them to enter the inner world.

’I can only use it in that place. It is convenient and at the same time, it is far away from the top powers. Moreover, even cultivators would rarely go to the place,’

After thinking for some time, Ajax finally found a place where he could use that crystal and revealed a slight smile on his face.

’However, I can only go there after my special training is over,’

Ajax stopped thinking about the battle beasts crystals and started thinking about something else.

’I wonder how the battle tower trials are going for my summons,’

After he came out of the battle tower, Ajax gave the full commands of sending his summons one after another to make sure of using the battle tower to its best.

’Ding,

Opening battle tower records of the host’s summons.

Soon, a huge halographic screen started loading in front of him after he received the system notification and the information on it continued to upgrade slowly along with the ’Ding’ sound in his head.

’Ding,

Nite cleared three halls in the first layer of the battle tower.

’Ding,

Dabrus cleared two halls in the first layer of the battle tower.

’Ding,

Spirus cleared one hall in the first layer of the battle tower.

’Ding,

Damilus, the sea tauren cleared five halls in the first layer of the battle tower.

.

.

.

.

…

He got the complete records of his summons’ performance in the battle tower that made him satisfied.

’As expected of the rare spirit beast, Damilus was able to clear five halls,’

Among all his summons, Sea tauren was able to clear the highest number of the hall in the first layer of the battle tower in the first attempt.

So, he nodded his head at his performance; however, he didn’t look down on his other summons because he knew how important the ’luck’ factor was when someone challenges the battle tower.

What Ajax had said was from his own observations.

For example, if someone enters that unknown hall in the battle tower, then without a doubt they would be instantly killed just like how he and Cerauno were killed before they could even see the hall guardian.

So, he nodded his head as he was satisfied with their performances.

’Ding,

The host only needs to pay 10000 units of the essence of nature to re-enter the battle tower within the cooldown time.

All of a sudden, he got a system notification asking him about the payment of the essence of nature.

Originally, the payment was 15000 units of the essence of nature; however, earlier, when his spirit consciousness was filled with the essence of nature, he sent the extra essence of nature into the battle tower.

’Nope. I am still not strong enough to face that unknown hall’s guardian. So, I will not waste my 5000 units of the essence of nature,’

Ajax was not confident enough to go against the hall’s guardian without his summons.

’Moreover, I need to save the essence of nature and increase it to 10000 units of the essence of nature. So, I can finally upgrade my main cultivation technique,’

There was another reason why he didn’t think much before rejecting the system’s notification and it was to save the essence of nature to upgrade his main cultivation technique to level 3.

’I will increase my essence of nature using the spirit stones before using the energy orbs,’

Soon, he took out a pile of spirit stones and started absorbing the essence of nature from it.
