New Age Of Summoners

Snow storm had some important things she had to do in her life that made her feel even sadder.

For some reason, she even forgot that she might be saved by the vagrant cultivators.

’Got you,’

However, while she was in the mid-air, someone caught her hand.

’Huh?’

All of a sudden, all the lost hope had returned to her as she hurriedly opened her eyes to see ’the prince charming’ that saved her.

’A...Ajax,’

It was Ajax who caught her by her waist that made Snow storm unconsciously blush as she muttered Ajax’s name.

Currently, she was seeing Ajax in a totally different light compared to before and she continued to stare at his handsome face.

”Just a moment...let’s get down,”

After catching her, Ajax slowly started climbing down.

’Ding,

The host cultivation is unsealed along with his spirit consciousness. Now, you can use all your skills and techniques.

Just as he climbed down a couple of meters, he received the system notification that made him a little puzzled; however, currently, he was not thinking about anything and directly jumped from the huge tree.

’Thud’

Since his cultivation was returned, he didn’t feel anything even when he jumped from a height of 50 meters.

’You can get down now,’

Ajax looked at Snow storm who was staring at him with a blushed face and kept her on the ground before removing his hand from around her waist.

”Thank you, Ajax,”

After calming herself down, Snow storm wholeheartedly thanked Ajax.

’Oh no,’

All of a sudden, her eyes landed on the wooden statue in her hands and she was shocked and hurriedly said, ”Why did you save Ajax by tossing away your wooden statue? If you didn’t save me, Elder Seward would have saved me...sigh.”

She was anxious because the reason for Ajax’s failure in this trial would be her.

The thing is when he caught her, he tossed away the wooden statue in his hands which made him officially out of the trial.

Also, it was the reason his spirit consciousness had unsealed which was just noticed by Ajax.

’I don’t know why but I could not help but save you,’

Ajax revealed a slight smile as he replied to her question before shaking his head.

’...’

These words made her blush even more as she didn’t know what to speak anymore as he just stood there silently.

”Since you have still has the statue in your hands, why don’t you try the trial once again,”

After staying silent for a moment, Ajax looked at the wooden statue and asked her to re-try the trial.

Ajax was sure that Snow storm was still in the trial because her cultivation was still sealed. So, he asked her to continue the trial.

’Huh?’

Her head was filled with the thoughts of Ajax. So, she was unable to think about other things.

However, when he saw Ajax’s words, he looked at the wooden statue in her hands and then looked at the top of the huge tree.

”Sigh…I don’t think I can do it,”

Snow storm shook her head and before Ajax could say anything she threw the wooden statue in her hand which made her spirit consciousness unsealed.

”I can’t say anything to change your mind,”

Ajax wanted to motivate her in re-trying the trial once again; however, now she was officially out of the trial.

Snow storm didn’t say anything as she knew even if she tried she would definitely fall from the huge tree once again.

”Even if I try, I can’t complete the trial. So, I tossed the wooden statue,”

She tried to explain herself thinking that she might have created a bad impression on herself.

”It’s alright! But, when you give your best, you never know what will happen. So, from the next time, do your best,”

Ajax revealed a slight smile as asked her to give her best when doing things in the future.

”Sure...sure”

Snow storm revealed a beautiful smile as she nodded her head.

When he saw the beautiful smile on her face, Ajax just started for a moment before hurriedly turning his head to the other side.

”Ajax, Snow, come here,”

Amidst the silence between Ajax and Snow storm, Edmond’s voice called them towards him.

’Yes, Captain,’

’Yes, Father,’

Ajax and Snow storm hurriedly rushed towards Edmond and Udo, who was sitting under a huge tree along with the unconscious Lewis and Jeff.

’Sorry, father. I failed the trail,’

As soon as they went near Edmond and Udo, Snow storm hurriedly apologized to him regarding the trial.

”Silly girl, why are apologizing to me? It’s alright,”

Edmond patted Snow storm as he said it’s alright.

”Actually, I am proud of you, little girl,”

After patting her, Edmond revealed a proud look on his face that made both Snow storm and Ajax raised their brows.

”Haha...why are you looking at me? I am not talking about your blushes from earlier,” Edmond started laughing as he continued, ”I am talking about your fear of heights.”

’Nods’

After hearing his words, Ajax and Snow storm’s expressions became normal.

Earlier when they were talking, both Ajax and Snow storm blushed while talking with each other. So, when they heard Edmond’s words and related to his facial expressions, they thought he was talking about them; however, when Edmond explained it to them, they nodded their heads for a moment before becoming embarrassed with his starting words.

”Huh? Fear of heights?”

However, after some time, Ajax asked about it as he looked at Snow storm.

”That’s right. She has the fear of heights and whenever she is at a certain height, she can’t think properly and I think it must have happened when she was nearing the top of the huge tree,”

Edmond explained as he looked at his adopted daughter feeling proud that she tried her best despite the fact she had the fear of heights.

’Oh’

All of a sudden, Ajax felt embarrassed recalling his earlier advice to her.

”Snow, just forget my earlier advice,”

Nevertheless, he quickly recovered from that embarrassment and asked her to forget it.

’Hehe’

When she heard Ajax’s words, Snow storm could not help but giggle.

Once again, Ajax’s mind blanked at her smile as he hurriedly turned his head fearing that someone might notice him staring at her.

As he didn’t have much contact with the girls from his childhood, he didn’t know how to maintain his calm in front of a beautiful girl like Snow storm.

’If you two have completed your talk, let’s watch the trial, shall we?’

All of a sudden, Edmond asked them to sit down to watch the trial.

’Yes’

Ajax hurriedly nodded his head and sat beside Edmond as soon as possible.

’Calm down...Ajax. Calm down,’

However, after he sat down, Snow storm also sat down beside Ajax making him flustered.

Until now, there was some distance between them; however, she was so close to him that made his heartbeat anxiously.

Just like Ajax, Snow storm was flustering from time to time.

’This is the first time, Snow storm acting this way,’

Edmond looked at Snow silently thought in his head with a slight smile on his face.
