New Age Of Summoners

Until now, Snow storm didn’t show any significant skill apart from being part of the nine-men awakening. So, no other vagrant cultivators didn’t mind when Elder Ramon said he would take her as his personal disciple if she picks another two rank 2 herbs.

’Another rank 2 herb,’

As for Ajax, he was on a mission of collecting as many herbs as possible.

Actually, he wanted to pick a rank 3 and rank 4 herbs from the herb garden; however, there were very few of them and at the same time, their conditions were too high that Ajax didn’t bother wasting his time on them.

So, he started collecting a rank 2 herb for every 5 minutes and within the last one hour, he picked nearly 20 rank 2 herbs which made Elder Ramon’s heart bleed.

’How many does he want to pick?’

’How can he has so much knowledge of these rare rank 2 herbs,’

’Even I only go to know about them when I was in my late-twenties,’

Elder Ramon looked at Ajax from time to time as he silently thought in his head.

Even though he was feeling he was losing too much, Elder Ramon didn’t show it on his face fearing that other vagrant cultivators would mock him.

”Ramon, don’t feel sad. They are just rank 2 herbs and you can nurture them again,”

”Why are you so stingy, Ramon? They are just rank 2 herbs. If he picked rank 3 or rank 4, then it is another thing,”

No matter how good he maintained a calm look on his face, his friends knew him very well. So, they tried to explain it to him.

”Yeah”

Elder Ramon nodded his head as he revealed a bitter smile and started praying, ”I hope he would not pick rank 3 or rank 4 herbs.”

Actually, the reason why he overreacted when Ajax started picking rank 2 herbs because all those rank 2 herbs were very rare that they were impossible to find in the Zrochester province.

Moreover, the chances of Ajax becoming his disciple were not 100 percent. So, he felt it was a waste.

’Huh? Shadow rosemary?’

All of a sudden, Ajax found a herb that made him halt in his tracks.

’Ding,

          Herb name:- Shadow rosemary.

        Grade:- Rank 4

Effect:- Increases a single minor realm for cultivators below the general realm.

Note:- 1) Single time use only.

                    2) Can be consumed directly

Description:- A rare rank 4 herb that could be found in the depths of the cursed wilderness in the territory of the king of spirit beasts.

Even without the help of the system, Ajax already knew about the herb and that was the reason he stopped in his tracks.

’I should get this one,’

Since consuming it could increase his cultivation by a single minor realm, how could he leave the herb just like that?

For him, he needs to reach the general realm as soon as possible. So that he could use the monster peach to directly reach the elite general realm.

So, he decided to get that herb at any cost.

’Currently, I am at level 2 elite commander realm and I have energy orbs that can increase my cultivation by three minor realms. Along with this ’Shadow rosemary’, I can reach level 6 elite commander in the shortest time possible,’

Ajax was excited by just thinking about reaching the level 6 elite commander realm whenever he wanted to.

’Swoosh’

As usual, just when he approached the herb, a bright green orb came floating towards him.

Compared to the green sprites he had seen till now, it was much bigger and brighter than them.

”What should I do to get the herb?”

Ajax didn’t waste any time as he directly asked the green sprite about what he had to do to get the herb.

’Collect 3 rank 3 herbs and I will allow you to pick the herb,’

The green sprite also replied instantly before going back into the herb.

’Huh? Three rank 3 herbs?’

Ajax raised his brows and he thought, ’There is only less than an hour for me. I need to be fast.’

So far, he was not in a hurry as he slowly picked one after another rank 2 herbs; however, he wanted to speed up things now because even if was a little careless, he would miss a great opportunity of consuming the ’Shadow rosemary’.

’Finally, it’s time to go all-out,’

Soon, he found a rank 3 herb after searching for a while and there was not much suspense as he easily got the approval of the green sprite in front of the rank 3 herb.

Rank 3 herb:- Rock thyme collected,

Rank 3 herb:-Ashen stone fern collected,

Rank 3 herb:- Ordinary blood bloom collected.

Within 50 minutes, he searched for three rank 3 herbs and got the approval of the green sprites and collected them into the special boxes.

’It took me more time in finding the rank 3 herbs compared to the time that took to convince the green sprites,’

While returning back to the rank 4 herb Shadow rosemary, Ajax thought in his head.

Even though the herb garden was very big, 80 percent of the herb garden was filled with rank 2 herbs, 15 percent of rank 3 herbs and only 5 percent of rank 4 herbs.

That was the reason why it took him so long to collect three rank 3 herbs.

’Anyway, I am getting a rank 4 herb along with these three rank 3 herbs. So, it is worth my time,’

Ajax was greatly excited as he was able to get a rank 4 herb to increase his cultivation by a single minor realm.

….

Outisde the herb graden,

’What is happening?’

’Why is my luck this bad?’

’I didn’t expect a brat could convince the green sprites of the rank 3 herbs,’

Elder Ramon, who was observing Ajax from time to time was shocked to the core as he never expected what Ajax was doing.

Unlike previous times, the other vagrant cultivators didn’t say anything because losing three rare rank 3 herbs would be definitely painful.

Moreover, they didn’t have the face to say the same words repeatedly and remained silent.

”I hope, he would not pick any rank 4 herbs from my herb garden,”

Finally, after suppressing all his pains, Elder Ramon spoke out his words as he focused his look back on Snow storm.

Actually, Elder Ramon didn’t keep full focus on Ajax. So, he missed that Ajax had already found a rank 4 herb and only after the request of the green sprite of that rank 4 herb, he went to search for rank 3 herbs.

”Yes. As long as he didn’t pick a rank 4 herb, it is going to be okay,”

Soon, the other vagrant cultivators nodded their heads in agreement with his words.

Inside the herb garden,

”I got another one,”

Finally, just when there was only a couple of minutes before the trial came to end, Snow storm excitedly shouted once again as she collected her third rank 2 herb from the herb garden.

After picking her third herb, she didn’t bother to try picking other herbs as she knew there was not enough time for her to gain the approval of another dark sprite.
