The Fierce Farm Girl Has A Secret Space

Chapter 1360: Chapter 1360: Second Request for Votes (2)

Ceng Dong had been rash just now, not daring to truly expect the master to apologize, and after hastily returning the courtesy, she stood by the side.

Yet, Yu Qingge’s words couldn’t help but amuse Yang Ruxin to no end and filled Wanshuang with indignant fury.

Soon after, Dong Wenming and his wife arrived in full force.

This was originally a matter for the inner courtyard; there was no need for Dong Wenming to intervene. However, since it involved his own sister and niece, he could not ignore it. Should the situation not be handled properly, he feared his niece might indeed take her aunt and leave, making the Dong Family nothing in the eyes of that niece.

The examination did not take place in the embroidery building’s main hall, but in a vacant side room, following Dong Wenxiu’s wishes—to prevent sullying the embroidery building where her daughter still resided.

Dong Yushi looked at Wanshuang expressionlessly for a good while without questioning her. Instead, she glanced at the manager beside her, Zui Family’s matron: ”Madam Zui, go and inspect the girl to see if she is still intact.”

”Yes.” Madam Zui nodded in acknowledgement, then walked toward Wanshuang.

”Don’t...” Upon hearing this, Wanshuang hurriedly shook her head. ”Please, no...” How could she still be intact? She had lost her chastity a year ago, and if the inspection revealed this, then...

But how could her resistance be accommodated? Two sturdy maids came forward and held her down.

It was the first time Yang Ruxin witnessed how virginity was tested in ancient times—such brute force. The two women spread Wanshuang’s legs apart, and Madam Zui reached directly with her hand... Witnessing this made Ruxin shiver uncontrollably.

However, in less than a quarter of an hour, Madam Zui washed her hands and then bowed to Dong Wenming and his wife: ”Reporting to the master and madam, Wanshuang is no longer a virgin, and moreover...”

”Moreover what?” Dong Wenming’s tone carried a tinge of anger.

”Moreover, it must have been recent, and... she has been intimate...”

”Intimate?” Dong Yushi slammed her hand on the table. ”Could it be that just now she herself...”

Madam Zui shook her head: ”Madam, your servant’s eyes aren’t clouded with age yet. The struggle she had was indeed with a man—an act of intimacy—I can still discern that much.”

”It’s outrageous...” Dong Wenxiu burst into a fury-driven laugh, but as her eloquence was lacking, despite being enraged, she didn’t know what to say.

”Mother.” Yang Ruxin looked toward Dong Wenxiu. ”Uncle and Aunt will surely stand up for us.”

”Sister, do not worry.” Dong Wenming also nodded eagerly. ”Your brother won’t let these filthy acts tarnish the reputation of my sister and niece...”

Dong Wenxiu finally breathed a sigh of relief and then remained seated without moving.

”Wanshuang, you tell us,” said Dong Yushi, her face extremely dark. Every great family had its own dirt, but such scandals were the most harmful. Mishandled, they might tarnish the family’s reputation. Although presently the Dong Family did not have any daughters who needed to be concerned about repercussions from the Chu Family, within the Dong clan, there were quite a few girls.

”The servant...” Wanshuang knew that she could not escape, yet she hesitated whether to disclose the man’s name.

”If you refuse to speak, you will be punished by the family rules,” breathed Dong Yushi. ”Then off to the kiln for you.” Not to a brothel, but to a kiln—the term used for the lowest of places.

”Madam, have mercy...” Wanshuang cried in agony. But she was still held down by the maids and received a harsh beating of twenty flails, tearing skin and flesh apart. Afterward, she was locked in the Dong Family’s backyard woodshed, only to be sent away at dawn the next morning.
