THE GOD EATER

Because of the difficulty he was experiencing in negotiating a deal with Star Divination, Forced Exchange nodded and said in agreement, ”I think you’re right. We will need a lot of luck if we are to get this dragon. After all, what are the odds that we will stumble onto a single dragon in a place this big?”

Just as he said this, he saw a figure rushing towards him. The figure was golden and scaled. They had a pair of golden horns on their heads, and their eyes were golden hexagons.

The sight of this entity made him blink to make sure he wasn’t seeing things. If it turned out that he was seeing things, it wouldn’t be the first time.

He has been imagining a chance encounter with the dragon for a while now, and this won’t be the first time his imagination played out before him as a mirage of his expectations.

But when he blinked, the dragon was still there. In fact, the dragon had gotten closer to him.

This made his face break out in a grin. He slapped Money Speed on her shoulder and said, ”It seems we are very lucky. Don’t hold back now. Use your divine merit points, or we will miss this opportunity.”

Money Speed also smiled and said, ”It is showtime.”

As soon as she spoke, she activated her Divine Metac. The Money Speed Metac burned both her lifespan and some divine merit points. In exchange, her speed soared.

She rushed towards the dragon to grab him. Her goal was to keep hold of the dragon and prevent him from escaping.

Forced Exchange ran after her. He was more than two times behind her, so he was lagging behind. But once he catches up to the dragon, the two of them should be able to pummel the dragon to death.

The two of them don’t have Divine Metacs for making offensive attacks, but are confident in taking down the dragon. Even if they can’t kill the dragon, they are sure that they can hold the dragon down for Money Body to arrive.

Just as they thought, when Money Speed reached the dragon, she was able to tackle the dragon to the ground. Then she began punching the dragon in the face. This brought a smile to Forced Exchange’s face.

Monarch Money Speed and the dragon were wrestling on the ground, trading blows and biting each other. For now, Money Speed couldn’t gain an advantage. But this was still good news to the Thorn House of Commerce.

Money Body even began pacing around when Forced Exchange told him of the recent development. He was pacing around because he was anxious.

He didn’t want anything to go wrong, so not only was he anxious about the outcome of the fight with the dragon, but he was also considering whether he should leave the meeting point of the outpost mission and rush back to the Blessed Heaven World to secure the dragon.

As he paced around, he said to himself, ’It really is a dragon. If I can get its heart, the chances of success for my plan will increase.’

He has placed a lot of hope on his plan for Oceania. But based on the information he bought at the bottom of the river of death, his plan will only work if there are dragons in Oceania. If there are no dragons there, his objective will become much more difficult to achieve.

This is what he is worried about at the moment, and the chances of Oceania possessing a lot of dragons are what he spends most of his time thinking about. He doesn’t care about anything else right now.

Even if someone were to attack and kill his subordinates, he wouldn’t care much. Especially since all he needs from them is their Divine Metacs. As long as he has their Divine Metacs, all will be well with him.

But now that a dragon had appeared in the outside world, he felt moved to take action. The pull to take action became strong when he remembered that Lord Time Traveler had said that he would only succeed in converting into a dragon if his Life Fire could reach 50% conversion efficiency.

Right now, the conversion efficiency of his Life Fire is 16.5%. That is a long way from the 50% that he needs for the first part of his plan.

He still needs to be able to create the Supreme Metac and then help Oceania become a super world, so that it can support a rank 9 existence. Only in this way can he actually advance to rank 9.

The only way he can improve the conversion efficiency of his Life Fire is to refine a dragon heart with his Life Fire. And the most important ingredients to create his Domination Pathway are the Symbols of Authority of dragons. So dragons are very important to him.

Dragons are so important that he believes that he should go to the Blessed Heaven World right now. But when he remembered that the sect had forbidden him from leaving this small world, and it would cost him a fine of divine merit points to leave, he decided to calm down.

He didn’t like that his freedom was restricted, but he could only grit his teeth and say, ’Just a while longer and I will be free.’

His subordinates were standing around him in the core of his Cave Heaven, waiting for his decision. Their current bodies were formed with their Life Fire. So these aren’t their true bodies.

Just as he was about to say his decision, Money Speed’s face fell, and she said, ”Not good.”

Forced Exchange also exclaimed, saying, ”What kind of trick is this?”

Money Body’s anxiety shot through the roof as he asked, ”What is going on now? What is happening?”

He had walked over to Money Speed to shake her as he asked that question. His voice was also raised. So everyone knew that Money Body was agitated.
