Zhang Fei - The Abandoned Son

Chapter 1518: Three Women Arrives

When the three women arrived at the Twin Flames Main Domain, Qiu Yue was already waiting for them. She immediately enveloped them in her aura before flying them to the floating plateau.

Yue Liangyu, Yue Liuxian, and Yue Bingxuan had previously heard about and seen the changes in the Twin Flames Main Domain on the qi screen. However, the feeling was different when they witnessed the changes in the domain in person.

A thousand years ago, they came to the domain to explore the Endless Night Dungeon, but the situation there was far different from what they had seen in the past, with the entire area now covered in dense forests.

They recalled that the domain had hundreds of sects and clans, but the formations covering the entire area made them undetectable. They were truly shocked by this because the domain, which had once been a nest of cultivators, now possessed defenses that surpassed those of other domains; even the Celestial Moon Domain did not have such strong defenses.

Upon arriving at the Moonlit Passion Temple, they were shocked once again to discover that the sect had two guardians as powerful as Yue Xuelian and three layers of formidable barriers. ’Since when did the sect have two guardians with cultivation at the 3-Sun Celestial Venerable Realm?’

Qiu Yue introduced the three women to Tian Kui and Serpentera, explaining that they would be joining their sect from that point forward, so the two guardians needed to become acquainted with them. She immediately took them into the sect and led them to the residence of the representatives of other sects, where Tian Zhiling and the others lived.

Yue Liangyu, Yue Liuxian, and Yue Bingxuan had already seen that many races lived in the Moonlit Passion Sect, but members of the winged race were not included in their calculations. ”You guys can rest for now, and I will take you to look around the sect this morning.”

”Elder Yue, I will take them to look around this sect this morning.” Qiu Yue nodded to Tian Zhiling and left the area straight away. ”Are you surprised to see me here?”

”Why would a winged race like you join a human sect? Did your leader allow you to join this sect?” Yue Liangyu returned the question.

Tian Zhiling shook her head. ”There are two camps within my Winged Race: one is my leader’s group and the other is Grand Elder Yizu’s group, and I am part of the latter. I am an unimportant member of my race, so my leader does not know I am here. In fact, Tian Huangjin and Tian Huotian also joined this sect, but they are returning to our domain because our leader has emerged from her seclusion.”

”Oh.” Yue Liangyu nodded in understanding because she herself had heard about the split within the winged race. One group was loyal to their first ancestor and waited for her return, and another group contained people who wanted to be independent and free from her influence. ”They are Yue Liuxian and Yue Bingxuan, and the three of us will be the unofficial disciples of this sect from today.”

”I know.” Tian Zhiling nodded at her. ”Sect Master Qing has already explained everything to me, and she asked me to help you three adapt to the environment in this sect.”

”I see.” Yue Liangyu nodded in understanding.

”Are you okay with them being here?” Yue Liuxian suddenly asked, pointing her index finger at the female demons gathered not far away.

”Haha,” Tian Zhiling laughed softly. ”Like the three of you, I was also surprised by the presence of demons in this sect. I’ve lived here since the opening ceremony, so I’m used to their presence. They are not like other demons, and they don’t have bad thoughts or intentions, so the situation went smoothly. If the three of you live with them for the next few days, you guys will understand what I mean.”

Yue Liuxian nodded to her. ”This is the first time I’ve seen humans, demons, and winged races living in one place. Therefore, I’m not used to the situation yet, and I may need a few days to adapt to it.”

”It’s okay; that’s completely understandable, but you’ll gradually get used to their presence.” They looked at the two female demihumans who had just arrived. ”They’re Long Xiaolian and Huli Wanqing.”

”Oh? New disciples?” Huli Wanqing asked in surprise.

Tian Zhiling immediately introduced the three women. ”They are Yue Liangyu, Yue Liuxian, and Yue Bingxuan from the Celestial Moon Sect, and they will be joining us starting today.”

”The Celestial Moon Sect is a women-only sect, right?” Long Xiaolian asked them. ”I’ve met members of your sect when I ventured into the Thousand River Domain in the past. If I remember correctly, their names were Yue Yuyao and Yue Xianyan, and we spent quite a long time together.”

Yue Liuxian nodded at her. ”Those two women are our juniors, and they are going to another domain to carry out a mission. Do you two feel comfortable in this sect?”

”Hehe,” Long Xiaolian giggled. ”At first, I was worried that they wouldn’t accept me because I’m a demihuman, but the people here are nice, and they accepted us as one of their own. I found excellent masters in both the sword path and body cultivation path, so I’m pleased to have joined this sect. Although their cultivation is far below mine, their understanding of both fields far surpasses mine, and I’ve learned a lot from them.”

”Me too,” Huli Wanqing said with a nod. ”Master Lin Jingxia has profound knowledge in the field of alchemy, and she has already reached the alchemy god rank, even though her cultivation is still at the Celestial Lord Realm. I am much stronger than her in cultivation, but I am inferior to her in alchemy, and I learned many new things about it from her.”

Yue Liangyu nodded in understanding to the two women, but Yue Liuxian showed an expression of impatience for morning, as she couldn’t wait to explore the areas of the Moonlit Passion Temple.

”Do you know where Helian Xun’er is?” Yue Bingxuan asked Tian Zhiling.

Tian Zhiling shook her head. ”Helian Xun’er was one of Zhang Fei’s wives, and she entered into seclusion with him and his other wives.”

”Oh?” Yue Bingxuan was surprised by that.

”She’s right, Bingxuan.” Yue Bingxuan turned to Yue Liangyu. ”I met Helian Xun’er and Princess Tianshi at the Moon Tower, and they were both Zhang Fei’s wives. I don’t think they’ll be coming out of seclusion anytime soon, so you’ll have to wait some time to meet her.”

”I see.” Yue Bingxuan nodded at her.

”Do you three want to see an interesting place? You guys can cultivate faster there because the concentration of Yin Qi there is higher than anywhere else.” The three disciples of the Celestial Moon Sect agreed with that, so Tian Zhiling immediately led them to the Celestial Yin Lake, but the two female demihumans did not join them.

They had already arrived at the edge of the Celestial Yin Lake, and the three disciples of the Celestial Moon Sect could feel the strong Yin Qi emanating from within the lake.

Yue Bingxuan crouched by the side and dipped his hand into the water. ”The Yin Qi in this lake is truly strong, and I’ve never felt anything this strong anywhere else.”

”Let me try.” Yue Liuxian did the same with her friend and the results surprised her. ”Where did this lake come from? How could this lake form naturally on such a floating plateau?”

Tian Zhiling spoke directly to her. ”This lake is related to an old story in this domain, but I don’t know much about it myself, so I can’t explain it to you. The three of you are part of this sect now, so you can cultivate in this lake if you like. You guys don’t need to worry about those male disciples and elders because they don’t cultivate here, and they do it in the Celestial Yang Lake in the Blazing Union Sect.”

”What about that residence?” Yue Liangyu pointed her finger to the side.

”Oh!” Tian Zhiling explained to her directly. ”That residence is Zhang Fei’s, but he hardly ever stays there. Usually, all of his wives gather there, especially when they’re not in seclusion. Moreover, he’s not a peeping tom, so you don’t need to worry about him.”

Yue Liangyu didn’t comment on that and took off her dress, followed by Yue Bingxuan and Yue Liuxian. After the three of them were naked, they immediately entered the Celestial Yin Lake, absorbing the Yin Qi within. ’This Yin Qi is truly powerful! I didn’t expect that this sect had such a secret, and no one ever knew about it.’

Tian Zhiling shook her head as she watched the three women quickly sink into their cultivation, and she left the area to return to her room.

Qing Qiu’er watched the three women from the mountaintop with a smile. ”Are your preparations complete, Nanfeng Yunxi?”

”Yes.”

”I see.” Qing Qiu’er nodded slightly. ”Lin Jingxia will be going with you to the Celestial Moon Sect this morning, and the people from the sect have already prepared an empty building for our alchemy shop. Zhang Fei wants you to manage the shop and teach alchemy to the sect’s disciples, but you don’t need to teach them anything too profound.”

Nanfeng Yunxi certainly understood Zhang Fei’s intentions. ”I’ll head back now, and I’ll leave for the sect in the morning.”

”Alright.”
