Zhang Fei - The Abandoned Son

Chapter 943: Battle Of Xianjin II

”You little bastard, I will kill you today!” Dai Yishu furiously shouted.

Zhang Fei smirked at them, but he and his four clones quickly scattered away in five different directions.

”Chase after them!” Dai Yishu immediately flew after Zhang Fei, as did Wang Yitao and Huli Jinhu, who were chasing two of his clones.

”Tianzhu! Iʼll chase one of the remaining two, and you chase the last one with the others!” After he ordered the female dragon, Long Tianzhu, Long Jiuxiao immediately chased after one of Zhang Feiʼs clones.

The people from the Dragon, White Tiger, Black Tortoise, and Golden Fox Clans wanted to follow their respective leaders. However, many purple lightnings suddenly descended from the sky and struck some of them, causing them to scream in pain.

They didnʼt die, especially since Hong Xinxinʼs technique wasnʼt perfect yet. Despite this, the group sustained severe injuries and became unable to move, prompting the others to raise their guard and activate their defensive artifacts.

Long Tianzhu and the other two women, who wanted to chase one of Zhang Feiʼs clones, were shocked when they saw that attack. ”This attack is not a lightning tribulation resulting from a breakthrough; rather, it is a technique used by someone. But who is capable of using such a technique?”

”Who do you think is the owner of this technique, Tianzhu?”

”I donʼt know, Dai Yanxu.” Long Tianzhu replied to the female ancestor of the White Tiger Clan with a shake of her head.

The female ancestor of the Black Tortoise Clan spoke immediately. ”Whoever owns this technique, his or her strength is on par or even higher than ours.”

”You are right, Wang Qingyi. That person deliberately attacked some of our men to warn us.” The two women turned to Long Tianzhu, who pointed to the sky. ”The technique is still not perfect, and its owner is still brewing a stronger attack. If the technique is complete, our subordinates will die from the attack.”

”If I were you guys, I wouldnʼt move, and I would leave this realm directly.” Long Tianzhu and the other two women turned to Huli Zhishen, who had suddenly appeared along with Zhu Danqing and the two female ancestors of the Nian and Fu Clans, Nuan Ying and Fu Yin.

”I didnʼt expect you to betray your husband, Zhishen.” Long Tianzhu spoke in a condescending tone.

Huli Zhishen casually raised both hands. ”Whether I betray him or not, I will still leave him. I have warned him not to find trouble with Zhang Fei because it will only harm our race, but he insisted on attacking him because of his arrogance.”

”As Zhishen said just now, the three of you should not do anything and leave this realm immediately.” Long Tianzhu and the other two frowned at Zhu Danqing, but they knew that the Vermilion Clan was on Zhang Feiʼs side from the start.

Wang Qingyi then asked the other two. ”Did you two also choose to side with that kid, Nuan Ying and Fu Yin?”

”No.” Nuan Ying replied with a shake of her head.

Fu Yin then answered her. ”My mythical deer clan will not side with anyone, and we only want to seek peace. Moreover, Xereth is still out there, and he could attack us at any time, so I want to stop the fighting between you.”

”Why—”

”Choose: live or die.” Long Tianzhu, Wang Qingyi, and Dai Yanxu looked at Feng Yichen. She couldnʼt care less about them and released her full strength directly, pressing all the members of the four clans to the ground. ”Our cultivation may be equal, but I am still superior to the three of you. If you choose to fight my master, I will make you suffer.”

”Guys, donʼt—” Zhu Danqing had not finished her words, but Long Tianzhu, Wang Qingyi, and Dai Yanxu had already moved to attack Feng Yichen, causing her and the others to sigh heavily.

”Heh.” Feng Yichen snorted slightly and led the three female beasts into the air, where they fought three on one.

”Are we going to stop them?” Nuan Ying asked.

”Too late.” Huli Zhishen shook her head in response. ”Once the three of them decided to attack Feng Yichen, Zhang Fei already considered them enemies. Even if we stop them now, he still wonʼt spare them, so thereʼs no need for us to waste our energy.”

”Hmm?” Fu Yin looked at the four female beasts in the air, and she could clearly see that Feng Yichen had the upper hand, even though Long Tianzhu and the others were ganging up on her. ”Can you move as fast as that woman, Zhishen?”

”Yes.” Huli Zhishen gave a light nod of approval. ”Everyone on Zhang Feiʼs side has equal speed, especially since we train using the same method. However, some of them can be faster, especially those with wind or lightning elements.”

Zhu Danqing, Nuan Ying, and Fu Yin exchanged glances for a moment before letting out soft sighs and watching the four womenʼs fight again. ”Feng Yichen can defeat them easily, but she is deliberately toying with them.”

”Yeah.” Huli Zhishen nodded in agreement before turning his head towards the distance, where Huli Jinhu, who was already using his half-beast form, was fighting with Zhang Fei [1]. ʼI have warned you not to fight him, but you are too stubborn and arrogant. Therefore, do not blame others for your stupidity and suffering; you will have to endure the pain of your mistakes for the rest of your life.ʼ

*Bam*

Zhang Fei [1] caught Huli Jinhuʼs right claw. ”Is this the extent of your strength?”

”Bastard!” Huli Jinhu attacked him with his other claw, but Zhang Fei [1] effortlessly grabbed it and broke both of them instantly.

*Crack... Crack...*

”Argh!” Huli Jinhu groaned in pain, but Zhang Fei [1] didnʼt stop there and quickly kicked both of his knees, breaking them at once.

*Crack... Crack...*

”Argh!” Zhang Fei [1] directly punched Huli Jinhuʼs chest, sending him rolling in the air several times. ”Gah!”

Huli Jinhu immediately stabilized himself by enduring the pain in both his hands and feet, but he still arrogantly stared at Zhang Fei [1], even though he was clearly not his opponent.

Zhang Fei [1] shook his head with a smirk. ”If I were still the same as before, I would definitely not be your opponent. However, I have changed significantly over the past two years, and you are no longer my opponent. By the way, I thoroughly enjoyed my time with your wife, and she couldnʼt stop moaning when she was beneath me.”

”You bastard! I will kill you!” Huli Jinhu immediately returned to his complete beast form, a golden fox with nine tails behind him. He then released his full strength and shot a golden Qi from his mouth while exclaiming, ”Die!”

”Hahaha!” Huli Jinhu was shocked to hear Zhang Fei [1]ʼs laughter from above him because he was clearly still in front of him. ”Honestly, I want to kill you, but I will do it after I get rid of Xereth.”

Huli Jinhu wanted to escape, but Zhang Fei [1] quickly created a black sword Qi and cut off his nine golden tails, causing his blood to gush out and rain down on the ground beneath them. ”Arghhhh!”

Zhang Fei [1] then stabbed his sword Qi into Huli Jinhuʼs back before kicking him extremely hard, causing the male golden fox to hurtle toward the ground before being slammed there with a heavy blow.

*Bam*

*Splurt*

”Gah.” Huli Jinhu vomited quite a bit of blood as he looked up into the sky, but Zhang Fei [1] quickly landed above him and stabbed his sword Qi into his chest. ”Arghhh!”

Since he had no intention of killing Huli Jinhu, Zhang Fei [1] did not attack his vital organs. ”Do you enjoy your pain?”

”You— Argh!” Huli Jinyu screamed in pain again as Zhang Fei [1] broke his foxʼs snout.

Zhe Wuming and the others, who witnessed Zhang Fei [1]ʼs cruelty toward Huli Jinhu, felt sympathy for the golden fox. They didnʼt stop him, especially since they knew they couldnʼt. They turned their gazes toward Feng Yichen, who continued to toy with Long Tianzhu, Wang Qingyi, and Dai Yanxu, who were already in terrible shape.

Huli Zhishen suddenly appeared beside Zhang Fei [1] and Huli Jinhu; she felt sorry for her husband, who was in such a condition. ”Please stop torturing him and do what you have planned before.”

Zhang Fei [1] didnʼt say anything, but he could understand Huli Zhishenʼs feelings. After all, she had spent hundreds of thousands of years together with Huli Jinhu as his wife, so it was natural that she couldnʼt bear to see him torture her husband.

Zhang Fei [1] crouched on top of Huli Jinju and forcefully pulled his soul out of his body, but he immediately put it back after he replicated it and merged it with his. Thereafter, he instilled his demon slave mark into his soul, forced him to swallow a few healing pills, and sent him to the beast space for faster healing.

Huli Zhishen exhaled with a sense of relief. ”Thank you.”

”I donʼt want your thanks, and you must repay me with something else.” Huli Zhishen blushed and nodded to Zhang Fei [1], who immediately teleported to Feng Yichenʼs side.

Long Tianzhu, Wang Qingyi, and Dai Yanxu, who were already overwhelmed in dealing with Feng Yizhen, became even more overwhelmed with the addition of Zhang Fei [1].

Zhang Fei [1] directly paralyzed and sealed the cultivation of the three female ancestors of the Dragon, Black Tortoise, and White Tiger clans. Just like the others, he also replicated their souls and merged them with his, especially since their soul power was high enough to increase his.

However, Zhang Fei [1] did not enslave Long Tianzhu, Wang Qingyi, and Dai Yanxu. He then sent the three female beasts to the beast space, where their presence significantly increased the soul link effect and further boosted his strength.

Seeing Huli Jinhu and the three female ancestors fall into Zhang Fei [1]ʼs hands, the people from the four mythical beast clans panicked and tried to escape. However, Hong Xinxin launched an immediate attack, electrocuting and burning them all. Despite this, none of them died, but they would need quite some time to recover.

Zhang Fei [1] then went to the location of Zhang Fei [4], who was fighting with Wang Yitao, and Feng Yichen went to the side of Zhang Xiaolong [3], who was fighting with Dai Yishu.
