Zhang Fei - The Abandoned Son

Chapter 668: Visit The Han Clan

Before long, Xian Jinglan arrived at the building, bringing Lang and Aqua with her. Zhang Fei [4] asked Zefyr to lead them to his residence through the teleportation device, especially since he had to renovate the building as soon as possible.

Upon their arrival outside the residence, the four members of the Natural Racesʼ Kingdom experienced a moment of shock. They turned their heads toward the distance, specifically toward the island where their kingdom was located, which was situated far to the northeast.

”Do you know where Zhang Fei got his teleportation device?”

Zefyr shook her head at Xian Jinglan. ”I donʼt know where he got it, but heʼs had it for a long time. He used it to link four distant locations within our home realm, the Sky Jade Realm.”

”Will he sell it in his shop?”

”I donʼt think so.” Zefyr answered with a shake of her head. ”Zhang Fei only uses his teleportation device for himself and his family, but he may give you one if you ask him directly, so you can talk to him thereafter.”

Xian Jinglan nodded in understanding. She and the others then looked at the formations around the residence area. They were quite surprised to find so many formations just to protect one residence, and their types were also different.

”Come in.” They were surprised for a moment when Zhang Fei came out from inside the residence, especially since he was in their kingdom before. ”The one in your kingdom is my clone, but my clone is different from other clones, and he is completely identical to my real body.”

”I really canʼt understand you.” Xian Jinglan expressed this with a shake of her head.

Xin Xianzi flew toward Zhang Fei and sat on his shoulders. ”Are the dishes ready? I really canʼt wait to enjoy them.”

”Hahaha.” Zhang Fei laughed and led them into his residence. ”My grandmother and mother are preparing special dishes for the three of you, and you guys will enjoy them very much.”

The presence of so many people in the residence shocked Xian Jinglan and the others. They normally wouldnʼt be comfortable with so many humans around, but they were Zhang Feiʼs closest people, so they made themselves as comfortable as possible.

*Roar... Roar...*

The roar of the two tigers startled them. Despite Langʼs superior strength, he instinctively stepped back and hid behind Xian Jinglan. Moreover, the bodies of the two python-tailed tigresses were already huge, thanks to the flow of time in beast space, which was two times faster than the outside world.

Despite their huge bodies, Hu Yi and Hu Er always acted like spoiled children with Zhang Fei, amusing Xian Jinglan and the others. He caressed the heads of the two tigresses and explained to them. ”Back then, Qingyu took me to hunt their kin, but we found them newborn. Their mother was dying at the time, and she gave them to us, so theyʼve been living with us since then.”

Xian Jinglan immediately leaned forward and rubbed the heads of the two tigresses. ”They are definitely not ordinary tiger beasts, and they will probably become powerful in the future. Do they have a master yet?”

”Yes.” Zhang Fei nodded at her. ”Hu Er is Xu Lingʼerʼs contract beast, and Hu Yi is Chu Yingʼs contract beast.”

”I see.” Xian Jinglan nodded in understanding.

”Where did you find that monkey?” Xin Xianzi questioned Zhang Fei, gesturing to Jie Yuan, who was playing with You Bai, the wind weasel, in the distance. ”Iʼve seen a lot of monkey beasts, but Iʼve never met a golden one.”

”Thatʼs true.” Xian Jinglan also observed the two beasts closely. ”The golden monkey is still young, and her cultivation is still at the 10-Star Soul Realm, but she is a quasi-divine rank beast.”

”I found Jie Yuan in my home realm, and she lived alone in a mountain. Therefore, I took her with me, and she chose Chu Qing as her master.” Zhang Fei then led them in and told them about the other beasts. ”You Bai is a wind weasel beast, and she likes Tang Ziyu, so she decided to become her contract beast. Lan Zhen is a heaven-rank frost lynx beast, and I gave her to Shen Yu because their elements complement each other. Lei Que the Thunderbird is my second contract beast, and my first contract beast is a divine beast, Dragon Serpent, who is also one of my wives. There is still another beast, a hippocampus named Hai Ma, but she is currently in the southern ocean with my little sister.”

After that, Zhang Fei introduced the three natural races to all his wives, grandmothers, and family members who stayed in his residence. As for Lang, Xian Jinglan asked the golden wolf to join all the beasts.

Since the dishes were ready, Zhang Fei invited the three women to taste them. Once they tried one, they immediately liked it. They then tried the other dishes and ate them with gusto.

Seeing the three women, Zhang Chen strangely smiled as she glanced at her grandson, causing Zhang Fei to laugh awkwardly. ʼFeiʼer! The elf princess is interesting, and I like her, so I want you to approach her and take her as a member of your harem.ʼ

ʼEh?ʼ Zhang Fei was surprised by Zhang Chenʼs request, especially since it was the first time his grandmother had made one. ʼDo you really like Xian Jinglan, Grandma?ʼ

Zhang Chen nodded at Zhang Fei. ʼThe female fairy is not bad either, so you should take her as your wife, too.ʼ

ʼHahaha.ʼ Zhang Fei laughed and glanced at Xian Jinglan and Xi Xianzi. ʼActually, Iʼm interested in them too, Grandma. However, it is not easy to get close to them, so you have to wait quite a long time to have them as your granddaughters-in-law.ʼ

ʼItʼs okay; Iʼm sure you can win their hearts and make them your wives.ʼ Zhang Chen suddenly thought of someone. ʼYou must not forget Elmyra; she is kind and gentle, and she also chooses to be loyal to you, so I think she is worthy of being your wife.ʼ

ʼGrandma, why do I feel like youʼve become similar to Linʼer and the others?ʼ Zhang Fei inquired with curiosity. ʼNormally, you never mentioned my harem members, but now you suddenly want me to take the three of them as my wives.ʼ

Zhang Chen replied to her grandson with a wink and started questioning the three women about various things. Zhang Fei could clearly see that she liked Xian Jinglan and Xin Xianzi.

[Hehe! Master, your grandma has already targeted Xian Jinglan and Xin Xianzi as her granddaughters-in-law, so you should try to get closer to them as soon as possible. Unlike the elf princess, the fairy princess seems to already have feelings for you, so you should start with her, and Iʼm sure she will definitely fall for the seduction of a lust demon like you.]

ʼI really want to go to the Xianjin Realm, Mei. Who knows, I might find someone who can make an artificial body for you, so I can spank your ass every day.ʼ

[Humph! Your wish will never come true, and you can forget about it.]

ʼHahaha.ʼ Zhang Fei then spoke to the three guests. ”I have to go take care of some matters, and the three of you can stay in this residence for a while. If you want to return, you can ask Zefyr to activate the teleportation device.”

Zhang Fei had already arrived at Zhou Shenxinʼs lodgings, but he immediately took her away to the Bai Kingdom and strolled around in the capital of the kingdom. ”What do you plan to do next?”

”Hmm?” Zhang Fei rubbed his chin. ”Since the alchemy union has disappeared from this kingdom, I want to open my fourth shop here. Before I can open one, I need to find a suitable building and consider other factors, as Huangfu Shou still holds control over this kingdom.”

”Does Huangfu Shou still not realize that woman has fallen into your hands?”

”Not yet.” Zhang Fei replied with a shake of his head. ”Huangfu Zhou seems to be busy with other matters, especially the affairs of his two daughters. Anyway, I want you to ask your mother about Zhou Xiaochuan, whether he has gone to the two demon kingdoms or not.”

”All right.” Zhou Shenxin immediately contacted her mother before informing Zhang Fei. ”My father is still making the final preparations, and he will probably go there tomorrow.”

”Does your mother know which kingdom your father targeted first?”

”The Dark Demon Kingdom.”

”Oh?”

Zhou Shenxin then told Zhang Fei. ”There was an old demon in the Xian Kingdom. If Iʼm not mistaken, his name was Ximen Gui, and he was powerful. Thatʼs why my father targeted the Dark Demon Kingdom first, especially since the kingdom was weak with the departure of Ximen Gongfu and Zheng Moyue.”

”I see.” Zhang Fei nodded in understanding and contacted Ximen Yan directly. ”Shenxin, please ask your mother to notify you once your father leaves so I can plan something else for him.”

”All right.”

After a long search, Zhang Fei finally found a suitable building for his new shop in the Bai capital. He immediately asked the people around the area about the owner, who told him that it was the Han Clan under Han Yuanzhi.

Zhang Fei and Zhou Shenxin naturally remembered Han Yuanzhi, especially since she was one of the five people who killed the Alchemy Unionʼs people. ”Shall we go see her now?”

”Letʼs go.”

A while later, they had arrived at the Han Clan and were waiting in the main hall. Zhang Fei could see that the clan was much larger than all the clans in the central region of the Sky Jade Realm, and their members were also much larger, with most of them having reached the Seven Divine Realms.

Before long, Han Yuanzhi had arrived in front of them, and Zhang Fei immediately read her status after Mei displayed it for him. ʼHer cultivation is on par with Xian Fengʼs and the others in the 5-Moon Divine Expansion Realm, but her aura is slightly stronger than theirs, so I think sheʼll likely break through to the 1-Moon Divine Manifestation soon.ʼ

ʼThis young manʼs bone age is clearly 20 years old, but his cultivation has already reached the 3-Star Earth Realm, and his aura is much stronger than cultivators at his level.ʼ Han Yuanzhi immediately asked. ”Why did you suddenly come to my clan, Princess Zhou? Who is this young man? Do you two need something from me?”

”Senior Han, we came here to buy one of your clanʼs buildings, and my friend wants to use it for his new shop.” After a moment of surprise, Han Yuanzhi turned to Zhang Fei. ”Zhang Fei is Princess Xian Xianqinʼs future husband, and they will be getting married in a few days.”

Han Yuanzhi was shocked to hear that Zhang Fei was Xian Xianqinʼs future husband, but she was also confused about his relationship with Zhou Shenxin. After all, the enmity between the Xian and Zhou Kingdoms was clear to everyone in their realm, and Zhou Xiaochuan had never stopped trying to annex the Xian Kingdom, but his daughter had a relationship with the Xian Princess and her future husband.

Han Yuanzhi was not interested in interfering in matters between kingdoms; she was more concerned with her Han Clan. Therefore, she didnʼt inquire about their relationship, but rather about other matters. ”Can you tell me what kind of shop you want to open in this kingdom?”

”Have you heard of the Sky Jade shop and restaurant in the Xian Kingdom, Senior?”

”Oh?” Han Yuanzhi looked at Zhang Fei in surprise. ”Are you the owner of both?”

”I do own both of them.” Zhang Fei answered with a nod.

”I see.” Han Yuanzhi then spoke again. ”Iʼve been to both, and I like the dishes in the restaurant. Additionally, I purchased several mattresses and various other items, including pills. I can say that your basic pills have much better effects than those of the Alchemy Union, and I plan to buy more for my family. Unfortunately, the distance to the Xian Kingdom is too far from this kingdom, and I donʼt have time to go there yet. Since you are the owner of the Sky Jade shop, I hope you are willing to sell some basic pills to me. We can calculate their price based on the cost of my building.”

”I donʼt think itʼs a problem.” Zhang Fei then told Han Yuanzhi about his chosen building. ”So, how much does the building cost?”

”The location of the building is in the best area in this capital, so I set the price at 500,000 gold coins.”

Zhang Fei raised his eyebrows slightly as he felt that Han Yuanzhi had raised the price of the building to take advantage of him. Even so, it wasnʼt a problem for him, especially since the price of basic pills from the system was much cheaper than the prices at his shop.

Zhang Fei immediately took four sets of basic pills from the system inventory and handed them to Han Yuanzhi, which surprised her. ”Usually, you can only buy two sets with 500,000 gold coins, but I also want to establish a good relationship with you. Therefore, I specially gifted you two extra sets, and you can give them to the best of your clan.”

”Haha.” Han Yuanzhi softly laughed and asked someone to send her the buildingʼs documents. ”So when are you going to open your shop in this capital?”

Zhang Fei thought for a moment before answering Han Yuanzhi. ”I want to renovate the building first, and I hope you can help me by sending people to renovate it according to my shop in the Xian capital. After the renovation is complete, I will open my shop directly, and the people in this kingdom can get my items more easily.”

”I see.” Han Yuanzhi nodded in understanding. ”I still remember the layout of your shop there, so I can help you with that. My people can probably finish the renovation in three days, and you can open your shop after that.”

Zhang Fei was satisfied with that. ”Thatʼs good; I also canʼt wait to open my shop.”

”Since you two come from afar, how about spending the night at my Han Clan?” Han Yuanzhi inquired with a hopeful expression in her eyes.

Zhang Fei naturally knew Han Yuanzhiʼs reasons for inviting them to stay the night, but he immediately rejected her offer. ”Please forgive me; I have to decline your offer because I still have many other matters to attend to, and we must return as soon as possible. However, you donʼt need to worry because I will visit this clan often after my shop opens, and we can talk a lot then.”

ʼThis kid seems to be able to read my intentions.ʼ Han Yuanzhi immediately nodded to Zhang Fei. ”Itʼs a pity that you are too busy now, so I have to wait to talk to you. If you have free time, you can come here again, and I will entertain you then.”

”Sure.” A while later, someone had already sent the buildingʼs document, and Han Yuanzhi asked him to hand it over to Zhang Fei. ”In that case, I will take Shenxin away now, and we will meet again when the building is ready.”

”All right, I will look forward to seeing you again.” Han Yuanzhi leaned back in her chair and propped her head with her hands after they left. She then contacted several people to meet her. ”That kid should have come from another realm, and his potential is extremely high. Moreover, he is Xian Xianqinʼs future husband, and Zhou Shenxin is obviously interested in him. If I can establish an excellent relationship with him, my Han clan will be the best in this kingdom, so I must use all means to secure him to my side.”

Meanwhile, Zhang Fei and Zhou Shenxin had made their way back to the Xian Kingdom, where he escorted the Zhou Princess to her inn. ”It seems that Han Yuanzhi is planning something for you.”

”Yeah.” Zhang Fei nodded in response. ”I have to go somewhere else now, so Iʼll see you again tonight.”

Zhou Shenxin gave a slight nod. ”Iʼll wait for you.”
