Zhang Fei - The Abandoned Son

Chapter 181: Meet His Aunt-Cousin

Zhang Fei and Qing Yi arrived at a luxurious mansion, but it was still less luxurious than that of Huang Rong. ”I didnʼt expect that they would return to this mansion after living abroad for so long, especially since Uncle Quan had passed away and Aunt Tan was a melancholic person, so I thought they would move to a new place.”

”Youʼre right; Qing Tan is always like that.” Qing Yi spoke while nodding. ”However, she loved the late Quan Wu too much, and she had difficulty forgetting him because he had recently died, so she decided to come back here.”

”Letʼs go in; I still have to see Yanʼer after this.” Zhang Fei took her motherʼs hand and led her into the mansion.

Qing Yi immediately hugged his arm while enjoying the view in the mansion, and she enjoyed their time together. ”Xunʼer is big now, and he often asks about you.”

”Is he still as chubby as before?”

”Haha.” Qing Yi giggled and nodded at him. ”I donʼt understand how his body could become like that, even though he was a picky eater. Your aunt repeatedly forced him to exercise, but he was too lazy, so he became increasingly chubby.”

Zhang Fei smiled with amusement as he imagined his cousinʼs figure, especially since they last met a year and a half ago, and he was already quite chubby back then. Yet, her mother told her that Quan Xun was getting chubby, and she thought that her body must be like a balloon.

They soon arrived at the mansionʼs main building, but just as Qing Yi was about to press the bell, someone opened the door first. They were utterly dumbfounded when they saw Quan Xun standing in front of them with such a round body; he probably weighed around 330 lbs.

Quan Xun himself was also stunned when he saw Zhang Fei, and his eyes narrowed as he observed him with a serious look, especially since his appearance had changed a lot after he became an incubus. In addition, the effects of the Demon Physique Strengthening Method and the Heavenly Body Tempering made his appearance even more different from the old him, so he couldnʼt recognize him. ”Who are you?

Why did you come here with Aunt Yi?”

”Pft! Hahaha.” Upon hearing that, Qing Yi burst out laughing before rubbing Quan Xunʼs head. ”You guys havenʼt seen each other for a year and a half, and youʼve forgotten about your cousin, Xunʼer.”

”Eh?” After hearing that, Quan Xun exclaimed quite loudly. ”Are you serious, Aunt Yi? Is this guy really my cousin? How can his body be so strong and muscular in just a year and a half?”

Before they could respond to his question, Qing Tan walked out from inside, but she froze and stared intently at Zhang Fei.

Qing Tan herself is five years younger than Qing Yi, but her appearance is still stunning, especially since she continues to take care of her body, making her skin still look firm. She had long, curly auburn hair flowing down to her buttocks, and her face was still attractive, like a woman in her early thirties.

Her brown eyes looked gentle but serious; her slender nose was slightly hooked; and her chin was slightly pointed. Her thin lips, slightly thick below, were perfectly coated with red lipstick, giving them a sensual appearance.

Her figure, tall and slender like a woman who has never given birth, exudes maturity and dignity in a formal black shirt, a long black skirt, and a black belt that accentuates her nice curves.

Seeing her sisterʼs expression, Qing Yi could only sigh in her heart while shaking her head, especially since she seemed captivated by her sonʼs charm. ʼThis is really troublesome, especially since Feiʼerʼs natural charm as an incubus is too deadly, and he doesnʼt even need her abilities to charm a woman like her.ʼ

”Aunt Tan.”

Zhang Feiʼs call brought Qing Tan back to her senses. She immediately approached him, groping his face, and was completely amazed by his changes. ”Is it really you, Feiʼer? Look at you; youʼve changed so much, and your face has become more handsome than when we last met. Your body also looks a bit taller, and your muscles are so tough now. Could this be because you worked hard in Zhong Yanʼs factory?”

”Haha.” Zhang Fei laughed and pulled Qing Tanʼs hand down from his face, but he was at a loss to explain the truth to her, especially since it was something that was hard for an ordinary woman like her to believe. ”Youʼre right, Aunt Tan. Working in the factory requires a lot of energy, and I have to handle a lot of heavy things, so I can also exercise to shape my body.”

Qing Tan turned to Qing Xun, who immediately looked away, especially since he could already guess what his mother had said to him. ”Look at yourself; you should learn from your cousin. Youʼre too lazy to move, let alone exercise, so your body keeps getting fatter.

If you continue like this, youʼll accumulate a lot of disease in your body, and youʼll probably die before me, so youʼd better change immediately and reduce the fat in your body.”

”All right, you donʼt need to scold my cousin like that, Aunt.” Zhang Fei immediately stopped Qing Tan, especially since he was quite familiar with her character, and she would scold Quan Xun endlessly.

Quan Xunʼs lips curled upward. ”My cousin is right, Mom. It is unnecessary to constantly reprimand me, and I will not die before you.”

After he said that, Quan Xun immediately walked inside towards the sofa in the living room, but Zhang Fei and Qing Yi smiled in amusement, seeing his pot belly keep bouncing around every time he walked, causing Qing Tan to sigh heavily at her sonʼs behavior.

Qing Tan then grabbed Zhang Feiʼs hand, led them in, and asked them a curious question. ”Does this mean your relationship has improved?”

”Yes.” Qing Yi nodded to her. ”Feiʼer has forgiven me, and we also live together now.”

”Oh?” Qing Tan was taken back for a moment, and they then sat side by side with Zhang Fei in their middle. ”Did Zhang Hai let you stay with Feiʼer?”

”You might not know it yet because you just returned, but we are divorced now.” Qing Tan suddenly turned to Qing Yi with a look of disbelief, especially since she had repeatedly persuaded her to divorce Zhang Hai, but she always insisted on maintaining their marriage. ”Now, I live with my mother-in-law and my children; even Yueʼer has returned from Singapore and lives with us.”

After hearing that, Qing Tan nodded in understanding, and her expression brightened with joy upon learning that Qing Yi had reunited with her three children. ”Zhang Hai is such a bastard, so Iʼm glad to hear that you divorced him. This way, you can get your life back, and you can live happily with them.”

”Yes, Iʼm very happy now.” Qing Yi answered with a smile. ʼIʼm much happier than you think.ʼ

Qing Tan then looked at Zhang Fei. ”Do you already have a girlfriend? If I remember correctly, there is a girl in your factory who really likes you, and her name is Guo Lan, right?”

Instead, Zhang Fei let out a heavy sigh at his auntʼs question. ”Guo Lan did like me, but she hates me now, especially since I already have a girlfriend.”

”Oh?” Qing Tan suspiciously and curiously looked at him, especially since Zhang Fei hadnʼt been close to any woman other than Guo Lan before, and she thought they were a good match. ”Who is your girlfriend?”

”Do you remember Ru Xue, who lives not far from my grandmotherʼs house?” Qing Tan momentarily raised his eyebrows before nodding, forcing Zhang Fei to lie to her. ”She divorced her husband some time ago, and weʼve been in a relationship for a few days now.”

Qing Tan was truly surprised to hear that. ”What makes you interested in her? I know that Ru Xue is pretty and sexy, and she is also an expert doctor. However, the two of you are so far apart in age, and she has a daughter who is quite old.”

Because of that, Zhang Fei rubbed the back of his head in confusion. ”Aunt, age is just a number, and it means nothing to me. Moreover, Iʼve been very close to her and Lingʼer for the past two years, and I really like her, so I decided to take her as my girlfriend.”

Qing Tan nodded in understanding, as she herself knew about Zhang Feiʼs closeness to them, but she then turned to her son. However, upon seeing him, she immediately released a heavy sigh, especially since Quan Xun was only slightly younger than her nephew, but their difference was too great.

ʼShould I ask Feiʼer to teach them to become cultivators like us?ʼ Qing Yi inwardly wondered after she heard her sisterʼs sigh. ʼHowever, their lives are good now, so I donʼt have the heart to bring them into such a cruel world. If they become like us, it will turn their lives upside down and likely expose them to numerous dangers. Even my son has already killed so many people in the Sky Jade Realm.

ʼSigh. Iʼll discuss this with him first, especially since he doesnʼt seem to want to bring them into such a situation.ʼ

After he accompanied them to talk for some time, Zhang Fei decided to leave the mansion to meet Zhong Yan and the others, but Qing Yi decided to stay because she had not seen her sister and nephew for a long time.

”Where is he going? Why is he in such a hurry?” Qing Tan asked in a slightly annoyed tone, especially since she missed Zhang Fei and still had a lot of questions for him.

”Haha.” Qing Yi laughed and explained it to her. ”In fact, Feiʼer has resigned from Zhong Yanʼs factory and is preparing to open his first shop, the Sky Jade Shop, so he will be going there to prepare some things.”

”Oh?” In surprise, Qing Tan turned to her. ”Where did Feiʼer get the capital to open that shop? After all, you havenʼt divorced from Zhang Hai for a long time, so you canʼt possibly spend money to help him, right?”

”Youʼre right about that.” Qing Yi responded with a nod of agreement. ”Actually, I didnʼt help him at all to open the shop, and he raised the capital himself. Besides, Zhong Yan and Yang Luʼer also assisted him, so all the shop affairs became easier with their help.”

Qing Yiʼs answer actually made Qing Tan even more surprised, especially after he heard the latterʼs name. ”Yang Luʼer? Isnʼt she Huan Rongʼs daughter?”

”Yes.”

”How does Feiʼer know her? Moreover, I heard that Yang Luʼer is not a good woman, and she is a sex maniac like her mother.” When she said that, Qing Tanʼs expression turned annoyed, particularly because she believed Zhang Fei was a good boy and shouldnʼt have anything to do with such a woman.

Qing Yi felt confused about explaining the truth to her sister, so she chose to lie to her. ”Feiʼer doesnʼt know her in person, and it was Zhong Yan who introduced them, especially since Yang Luʼer has the ability to help them with the assistance of her mother.”

”I see.” Qing Tan nodded in understanding. ”Huan Rong is indeed an influential woman, and she can do a lot more than many others. However, I hope Yang Luʼer doesnʼt seduce Feiʼer, as it could ruin his future.”

Qing Yi just smiled when she heard that, and she immediately turned the conversation in another direction, including talking about her nephew.
