Zhang Fei - The Abandoned Son

Chapter 174: Killing Xuan Yu

As soon as Zhang Fei appeared in front of him in his half-fox form, Xuan Yuʼs face darkened, especially since Zhao Ziqin was in his arms.

However, Xuan Yu burst out laughing after he sensed Zhang Feiʼs cultivation. ”Hahaha! I originally thought you would be as strong as those women, but it turns out you are so weak! Do you believe you can beat me with your current cultivation? Iʼll kill you first, and then Iʼll take that bitch with me to the central region.”

”Is that so?” Zhang Fei then used the Soul Connect with Boitata, which allowed him to gain half of her power. The significant increase in his power was sufficient to face Xuan Yu, whose cultivation was at the 10-Star Soul Realm. ”What about now?”

ʼWhat the fuck! How could his cultivation skyrocket so suddenly?ʼ Xuan Yu muttered as he took several steps back, fully aware that he would not be able to face the current Zhang Fei.

In fact, the current Zhang Fei can even deal with cultivators at 10-Star Earth Realm easily, especially since Boitataʼs cultivation is at 10-Star Heaven Realm, reversing the difference between their strengths.

ʼDamn it! I have to escape right now, or I will die in his hands!ʼ Xuan Yu immediately took out his returning jade.

However, Zhang Fei immediately moved in front of him, snatching the returning jade before Xuan Yu had a chance to break it. He immediately threw a powerful fist at his chest, knocking him backwards before slamming into the wall.

”Guah!” Xuan Yu immediately fell to the ground and vomited a mouthful of blood. He clutched his painful chest while inwardly grumbling. ʼFuck! Iʼve never had such a heavy punch before! Even my fatherʼs blows werenʼt as heavy and painful as his!ʼ

After all, Zhang Feiʼs heavenly body tempering had already upgraded to silver level when he broke through to the Core Realm, which increased his body strength by 30% and his attack power by 20% compared to ordinary cultivators. In addition, he is also in a soul-connected state with Boitata, enhancing his strength even further.

Zhang Fei casually stood at his spot with a faint smile on his face, and he then crushed the returning jade in his hand so that Xuan Yu would no longer be able to escape.

ʼShit! I have to think of another way to escape from this place!ʼ After he wiped the blood from his mouth, Xuan Yu immediately got up from the ground, but he still felt excruciating pain in his chest. ʼUgh! His attack seems to have just broken my sternum!ʼ

”Hey, you donʼt need to think of a way to escape; you will never be able to escape from me without your returning jade.” Zhang Fei then stretched his hand forward and made a gesture to lure Xuan Yu. ”Werenʼt you previously so confident in your strength? Why are you acting so cowardly now?

Apparently, youʼre just a coward who can only rely on the power of your clan, and you canʼt do anything without their help.”

”Bastards!” After hearing that, Xuan Yuʼs anger instantly overflowed, especially since there had never been anyone who dared to belittle him like that except for his seniors in the sect. He immediately took out two small spears and released his aura before moving to attack Zhang Fei, but he just shook his head and dodged his attacks with his teleportation ability. ʼShit! How could he move that fast?

Even my grandfather couldnʼt move so fast!ʼ

The moment he thought that, Zhang Fei had already appeared right behind Xuan Yu and punched his back with a powerful punch, causing a loud cracking sound to be heard from his back.

*Crack*

However, Zhang Fei didnʼt stop there; he swiftly kicked both of Xuan Yuʼs legs from behind, causing more cracking sounds.

*Crack... Crack...*

”Argh!” Zhang Fei immediately stepped on Xuan Yuʼs back after breaking both of his legs, causing him to feel extreme pain throughout his body. ”Argh!”

Zhao Ziqin, who watched this from a distance, immediately closed her eyes. She didnʼt expect that Zhang Fei would torture Xuan Yu to such an extent, but she somehow felt happy with it because he was doing it for her, especially since he previously intended to take her away by force.

Despite his situation, Xuan Yu maintained his arrogance and attempted to intimidate Zhang Fei. ”Argh! Let me go now! You will feel the anger of my father and grandfather if you hurt me more than this, let alone if you dare kill me; they will slaughter your entire family!”

”Hahaha!” Instead, Zhang Fei laughed at Xuan Yuʼs threat, and he then spoke to him in a mocking tone. ”Did you forget that I have Zhang Lingxue by my side? She is my wife, so I am now a member of her Zhang clan. If you can rely on your clanʼs strength to act as you please, then I can rely on their strength to destroy your family, right?”

”What?” Xuan Yu was truly shocked to hear Zhang Fei say that Zhang Lingxue was his wife, especially since everyone in the Central Region knew that she had never been willing to get close to any man, so she had never had a lover before. ”Bastard! You must be bragging! Thereʼs no way sheʼs willing to be your wife!”

”Itʼs up to you to believe it or not.” Zhang Fei then squatted down and touched Xuan Yuʼs back. ”However, one thing is certain: you will die today, but I will not kill you; you will commit suicide, so your family will never know that you died because of me.”

After he said that, Zhang Fei used his demon slave mark on Xuan Yu, which made him panic, especially when he felt something unknown appear in his soul.

”Stop! What are you doing to me!?” Xuan Yu screamed as he struggled to get away from him, but Zhang Fei had restricted his movements, and his current strength was higher than his, rendering him helpless under his feet. ”Stop!”

”Heh.” Zhang Fei snorted coldly after he finished implanting his slave mark into Xuan Yunʼs soul, and he then moved next to Zhao Ziqin, who immediately opened her eyes. ”How would you like to see him die?”

”Eh?” Zhao Ziqin looked at Zhang Fei in confusion, but he immediately told her about his slave mark, so Xuan Yu would do everything he ordered of him, including committing suicide.

Xuan Yu himself could naturally hear Zhang Feiʼs words, and his body trembled violently at the thought, so he immediately begged Zhao Ziqin. ”Young miss! Please tell him to spare me! I will never set foot in this region again, and I will never bother you again from now on.”

Unlike Zhang Fei, Zhao Ziqin had a soft heart, so she couldnʼt bear to see Xuan Yu die. Even so, she understood that while everyone would attempt to plead for their lives in a desperate situation, she also understood that a man like him would never change, and allowing him to live would only cause them more trouble. ”Can you give him an easy death?

Heʼs a bad guy, but I donʼt want to see him die a horrible death, so I hope you can do that for me.”

”No! No! Please spare me, young miss!”

”All right.” Zhang Fei then turned to Xuan Yu with a faint smile. ”You are lucky because Ziqin begged me not to kill you cruelly, so you can commit suicide by exploding your cultivation core right now.”

”No!” Although he didnʼt want to do that, Xuan Yu couldnʼt go against Zhang Feiʼs orders, and he directly exploded his cultivation core.

*Boom*

As soon as Xuan Yuʼs body exploded, Zhang Fei enveloped him and Zhao Ziqin with his aura to prevent his blood from drenching their bodies, and he canceled his soul connection with Boitata, causing his strength to decrease rapidly and return to its original level.

Zhang Fei then turned to another area, and the battle there was also over, especially since he only saw three red dots remaining. He immediately took Zhao Ziqinʼs hand before leading her there.

When they arrived there, Zhao Ziqin was horrified to see the corpses of members of the Gui Assassins scattered on the ground as Liu Hua and the Wen Twins slaughtered them until nothing remained. In addition, she saw her mother, uncle, and grandmother in a helpless situation under the pressure of Zhang Lingxue and Boitata, who were clearly much stronger than the three of them.

Even so, Huan Ning continued to glare fiercely at Zhang Lingxue, but her expression was also full of pain from their fight wounds.

Huan Chongʼs condition was worse than that of his cousin, especially since Zhang Lingxue did not hold back when beating him and broke both his arms and legs.

As for Qiao Ran, she was the luckiest among them because Boitata only sealed her cultivation and didnʼt beat her up, so she didnʼt suffer any injuries at all, mainly because Zhang Fei wanted her as his slave.

”Are you going to send them there now, Feiʼer?” As she approached them, Liu Hua inquired.

Zhang Fei nodded and asked Mei to open the gate to the Netherworld realm, but he immediately felt a strange feeling that prompted him to enter the gate, which came from his demon bloodline. However, he immediately held himself back from that urge, especially since he didnʼt feel ready to go there with his current strength.

As she continued to restrict Qiao Ranʼs movements, Boitata brought Huan Ning, Huan Chong, and Zhao Yun, who were still unconscious, before Zhang Fei.

Seeing her mother and uncleʼs angry expressions, Zhao Ziqin, who previously couldnʼt bear to see them sent to the Netherword Realm, became even more determined to send them there. Furthermore, she was fed up with them treating her only as a tool for their interests, so she turned to Boitata, nodding at her.

Wasting no time, Boitata threw the three people into the gate, and Zhang Fei immediately asked Mei to close it.

”What are you going to do to my grandma, Fei?” Zhao Ziqin inquired as she gazed at Qiao Ran, who was slumped in the chair.

After all, Zhao Ziqin had already chosen him as her future husband, so Zhang Fei didnʼt want to hide it from her, and he told her about his true plans for Qiao Ran.

Zhao Ziqin let out a soft sigh as she felt strange seeing her grandmother become Zhang Feiʼs slave, but she thought that it was still better than having her die at his hands. ”All right, you can do that to her.”

Zhang Fei rushed over to Qiao Ran and touched her chest. He immediately implanted his demon slave mark into her soul, making her completely his slave.

Liu Hua asked the Wen Twins to call their group members to clean up the corpses after everything had settled, and she hurriedly went to the Zhao Clanʼs treasure room to do so. However, she didnʼt give them to Zhang Fei; she gave them to Zhao Ziqin instead, especially since she was the clanʼs heir.

Zhang Lingxue suddenly spoke to Zhao Ziqin. ”Do you want to stay here? After all, they are no longer here, so no one can force you anymore, and you can meet Fei more easily.”

”No.” Zhao Ziqin refused, shaking her head. ”Even though they are no longer here, my father and two grandfathers are still there, as well as my great-grandfather and great-grandmother. Thatʼs why I want to go with you to the Central Region, so they wonʼt be able to find me, and I might be able to forget this incident faster by going there.”

Zhang Lingxue turned to Zhang Fei, who nodded at her, and he then said to Zhao Ziqin. ”Itʼs okay, you can go there with her, and I will definitely meet you soon.”
