Summoners: One Golden Term per Level

Mount Olympus.

While waiting for news from Hercules, many gods suddenly saw the temple belonging to Hercules on Mount Olympus suddenly collapse.

This shocked the gods greatly. The temples on Mount Olympus are equivalent to the lives of the divine spirits. If the divine spirit still exists, the temple will exist; if the divine spirit perishes,

the temple will naturally collapse. Ever since the last Titan war, almost no divine spirit has fallen.

Not to mention that Hercules’ power is considered extremely strong among the gods.

How long has he been in the mortal world, and now he’s fallen?

”Damn it!!”

An endless thunderstorm brewed on Mount Olympus, as if the entire sky was angry. Zeus looked at Hermes and said, ”You go and see what exactly happened!”

Now most of his faith has been shattered, and he can’t directly peer into what happened in the mortal world. Only a divine spirit can descend to the realm.

And Hermes is fast and skilled at concealment, making him the best choice to investigate the situation.

”Okay, father!” A figure wearing a felt hat stepped out from among the gods, it was Zeus’s messenger and herald.

Also one of the Twelve Main Gods, although not strong in combat, even Zeus’s lightning may not be able to catch up with his speed.

Spying is the best choice. The mortal world is like a fog to the gods now. They don’t even know why just opening a divine conference has turned everything upside down.

...

In Ephesus.

Artemis asked with a complex expression, ”You killed Hercules...”

When Hercules arrived, Artemis naturally knew, but didn’t expect Shen Fei to act so quickly. Before she could react, Hercules was already dead.

This almost amounts to a complete rupture with the Divine King.

”Yes, since he came to trouble us, he must be prepared to die.” Shen Fei nodded slightly, Hercules’ rank and divine authority further pushed his strength towards the rank of the Main God.

According to Chi You, he can indeed grant the rank of the Main God, but must reach that limit in his own rank and divine authority.

Artemis also didn’t know why suddenly such a situation developed. After that conversation between Athena and Shen Fei, both seemed like they went crazy.

Moreover, Athens, Ephesus, and other cities also seemed insane, rapidly initiating warfare, at a speed even Artemis couldn’t react to.

”Ares wants to burn Artemis Temple, since this destiny is inevitable, then I will drag all the gods into turmoil.

Through repeated conquests, push Athena to the position of Divine King, then use her divine authority and rank to replace Ares’ own divine authority.”

”Then everything will be resolved.”

After listening to Shen Fei’s explanation, Artemis’ beautiful face was filled with surprise, ”Are you saying you started this divine war just to protect my temple?”

”Yes.” Shen Fei nodded matter-of-factly, ”To completely reverse this destiny, even Zeus can’t reverse destiny, even with the help of Hecate and Chronos,

it’s unlikely to fully reverse this fate.”

”Unless a greater upheaval in destiny occurs, which can only be through divine war. The revolution of a Divine King is certainly bigger than your temple being burned.”

After hearing Shen Fei’s explanation, Artemis fell silent. Is this Shen Fei’s goal?

But Shen Fei doesn’t seem like he’s aiming to be the Divine King.

If he wanted to be the Divine King, Athena wouldn’t possibly cooperate with Shen Fei.

So, she’s always been skeptical of Shen Fei’s true intentions.

Now Shen Fei tells her, he started the divine war for her.

”But... okay.”

Artemis wanted to say something but just opened her mouth, without further dwelling on this issue, instead, she asked another question.

”Apollo also seems to have thoughts of being the Divine King, what should be done if Athena and Apollo compete?”

”Then see whose tactics, Athena’s or Apollo’s, are better. I have no intention of interfering in the Divine King position.” Shen Fei was a bit surprised knowing Apollo got involved too.

Although Jasper Pool is now one of the Nine Muses, Apollo can entirely stand with the gods, at most saying he was deceived, hence he helped Shen Fei initially.

Shen Fei’s initial purpose was just to prevent Artemis Temple from being burned, Artemis and Apollo are siblings born of the same source, and Artemis counts as Apollo’s ally.

Apollo helping is reasonable.

But now Shen Fei’s actions plan to rebel, overthrowing Mount Olympus, Apollo could choose not to join.

But it seems Athena and Apollo talked about something, which led to this.

”Alright.”

Artemis nodded, then disappeared from Shen Fei’s sight.

The Saintess walked out of the shadows and spoke, ”Chi You has returned, saying Gaia agreed to help us, but can’t personally act. She said if Typhon is released, she will have Typhon assist Chronos again.”

”Where is Typhon?”

”Subdued by Zeus under Mount Etna, Chronos already knows the precise location and will handle this himself, there should be no issue.”

”What about the remaining Titans?”

”Most are dead, but Prometheus is reportedly still alive, though it is unknown where.”

”Prometheus...”

Shen Fei frowned slightly, this is a variable.

Though he’s a Titan, he also seems to stand on the side of the gods. His contribution was integral in establishing the Olympian Pantheon.

Yet the gods also ended up being constrained by humans due to his actions.

Since Hercules rescued him, he vanished from the gods’ sight.

Whether he’s good or evil, Shen Fei decided to find him, at least know his whereabouts.

Even necessary control or eliminate him to avoid impacting the current situation.

He worries if Prometheus gets involved, who knows if this great situation will crumble.

”Have people quickly find out where he is.”

”Understood.” The Saintess nodded, and continued, ”Moreover, Athena told me to look for an opportunity to deal with Poseidon.

Poseidon knows better than anyone which side is causing chaos, yet he hasn’t informed the Greek gods.”

”He’s likely plotting to wait until we’re both exhausted, then emerge and seize the victory fruit.”

”Once True Martial is found, we’ll go directly to Poseidon for trouble, it’s just right that I also use his divine authority and rank to ascend to Main God.” Shen Fei said, wanting to enter the ocean to confront Poseidon isn’t that simple.

”Alright, during this time I’ll capture those divine spirits that might still hold Sea Divine Authority for the master to enhance.

This way, at least we won’t be too suppressed by Poseidon’s rank and divine authority in the sea.”
