Summoners: One Golden Term per Level

Inside the Divine Hall.

”Honorable my God, your devoted priest has sought offerings for you, hoping for your glance...”

”To refine the divinity for the follower Shen Fei—!”

As Calypso infused Magic Power into the essence of the witch script, constructing the Magic Array with the Hermetic Language.

Buzz!

Accompanied by a strong buzzing and trembling sound, streams of Hermetic Language gleamed in resonance, mutually building into the Magic Array, continuously focusing and operating.

The next moment.

It seemed that some presence cast a gaze from the void, especially at Shen Fei, as Calypso’s small face showed joy, ”My God actually responded.”

This had not happened for many years. Could it be that only offerings with inherent divinity could elicit the God’s gaze?

The surging Magic Power from the Netherworld emerged from the Magic Array, enveloping Polyphemus’s body, extracting the divinity from within Polyphemus.

The golden divinity spread like the most perfect nectar, continuously entering Shen Fei’s body, while Shen Fei felt an endless tide pouring into him, drowning his senses bit by bit.

Splash—!

With a crisp sound of water from the void, a hand pulled him from the maddening silence, and the world before him suddenly had sound and color.

Everything began to become lively.

”Cough cough~!”

Like a drowning person, Shen Fei instinctively coughed while lying on the ground. Once the suffocation feeling in his lungs disappeared, he raised his head to observe the surroundings.

The parched ground was full of cracks, the sky a chaotic yellow, with something like rippling water above. A few dead trees, like the arms of the deceased, jutted from the soil, growing in the wild, with a few ravens perched on their black branches preening their feathers.

And right ahead, stood a tall woman, holding a lantern, veiled, dressed in a black long skirt, with purple hair cascading down her shoulders.

”Master.”

The Saintess’s tone carried joy; she hadn’t expected to truly connect with the Master. This call brought Shen Fei back from the previous feeling of suffocation.

”Saintess?”

He hadn’t expected what he imagined would actually come true. The Saintess waved her hand casually, conjuring a table and chairs before Shen Fei.

”Master, the Cyclops won’t let you stay here long, so I’ll quickly tell you what has happened since you came in.”

”Mm.”

Shen Fei sat down, and the Saintess began, ”After entering with Master, I discovered that I had become Hecate, but because of my connection with Master.

Your rank and Divine Authority, which rival that of a Divine King, have been wholly sealed. From memory, I learned Zeus always wanted to control Hecate.”

”Although Hecate is unpredictable in destiny, Zeus has always wanted to hold control, so I dare not leave the Netherworld, lest Zeus discovers my power has been greatly sealed.”

”Hence, I didn’t go looking for Master, begging forgiveness, but not long ago, Master gained Divine Authority, allowing me to unseal the Divine Authorities of [Witchcraft], [Joy], [Occasion], and [Randomness of Destiny].”

”Originally, I was thinking of making the only priest in the Mortal World see if they could find Master, yet unexpectedly, soon enough, I sensed the prayer, the follower was Master.”

Shen Fei slightly frowned; this sounded coincidental, but it was too coincidental. An inexplicable, exquisitely beautiful, and heroic face flashed in his mind.

’Athena?’

Previously, he was considered by Artemis and Athena to be the Son of Titan or the offspring of a Divine Spirit.

But Shen Fei said even he didn’t know.

Could it be Athena sent her to find Calypso, as a form of probing?

Shen Fei hurriedly stated his speculation, the Saintess slightly raised her brow, ”It’s indeed possible, with Athena’s Divine Authority, and according to Master’s inference, she might likely be the first Goddess of Wisdom, Metis.”

”Only a scant few Divine Spirits, and mostly Titans, would not be known to her.”

”She’s likely leveraging Artemis’s test to conveniently probe what your bloodline is.”

The Saintess nodded slightly, ”But this is also good; at least it allows me to connect with Master, she counts as having probed.”

Shen Fei sighed with relief, ”From now on, I must enhance my own strength.”

”Perhaps difficult in other worlds, but in the Greek World, it’s quite easy. Although my rank is sealed, the nature of Divine Authority is bestowal.”

”As long as Master can sacrifice a Demigod, it will be enough to condense Master’s rank, transforming thoroughly into a Divine Spirit.”

”I’ve sensed the Moon God and the Jasper Pool by Master’s side, which gives me some peace of mind...”

”Time is short. Until the next time, Master, I’ve sensed Chi You’s huge figure also in the Netherworld, but he’s far from me, currently replacing someone else unknown.”

”But that place, from memories, should be where those Titans were once imprisoned by Zeus.”

”To truly reverse destiny, only by finding Chi You can it be done!”

The Saintess spoke quickly, trying to inform Shen Fei of everything.

”As for Little Pu, I haven’t sensed her power in the Netherworld, she should be in the Netherworld, as what we replaced usually relates to ourselves, and the abilities given by Master seem to influence this Blue Star Heavenly Dao.”

”So if Master wants to find it, either seek the essence of space, or grasp the Heart Demon Power.

Yet it’s more likely the latter, as in Greek mythology, only Chaos represents the essence of space.

With this power, only Mephit and Hades have it...”

”True Martial governs Yin and Yang, signifying protection and balance, the greatest possibility is the Avenging Goddess Nemesis.”

As the Saintess kept explaining, the Netherworld-like scene before Shen Fei gradually faded, eventually revealing the scene of the Divine Hall once again.

”Are you alright...”

Calypso looked at Shen Fei, who suddenly fell into the altar. She indeed sensed that Polyphemus’s divinity had entered Shen Fei.

Shen Fei’s [Tsunami] Divine Authority improved a lot, after all, being Poseidon’s son, though lacking in magical Talent, his own rank is that of the Sea God’s offspring.

Moreover, Polyphemus’s mother is a Sea Nymph, the Rapids Goddess.

His inner divinity mostly affiliates with the ocean, well-matched with Shen Fei’s, yet why did Shen Fei collapse into the Array?

She almost thought Hecate intended to take Shen Fei away.

If so.

Then Calypso could only surrender Shen Fei to her goddess, fortunately, he returned.

”I’m fine...”

A dice-like mark appeared in Shen Fei’s brow, but disappeared quickly; it was the Saintess bestowing all the current Divine Authorities upon him.

While the Saintess now avoids Zeus’s discovery by not descending to the Mortal World.

Yet utilizing Divine Authority is still possible.

Though the mark vanished swiftly, Calypso saw it, her small face first froze, then quickly grabbed Shen Fei’s arm and shook it frantically.

”You’ve become a Divine Favored of my God! Why, why, is it just because you sacrificed Polyphemus!”

Shen Fei could only nod; he couldn’t possibly say your goddess calls me Master, right?
