Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System!

Chapter 863 - 864: Of course, seriously, I donʼt remember ever joking

”Donʼt rush to leave, letʼs talk,” Darkia stopped Milena, who was already ready to leave the place.

”Believe me, we have a lot to talk about, and the news I want to tell you will definitely please your older sister,” Darkiaʼs words made Milena think. In the end, she decided to listen to what this stranger had to say. But first she asked the question that interested her the most.:

”Who are you?” asked Milena.

”Heh, believe me, itʼs better for your own good that you donʼt know who I am,” Darkia warned. ”If you donʼt believe me, you can ask your older sister, and trust me, she wonʼt tell you who I am either, even though she knows exactly who I am.”

”Hmm...” Milena didnʼt like this cryptic answer.

[Host. Listen to her words and donʼt stick your nose in this matter. Sheʼs dangerous.]

[Very dangerous,] the System warned her.

Milena had never felt something like this from her System before.

The emotionless System seemed to tremble with fear. The fear of her System seemed to be transmitted to herself, her host. Watching Darkia, Milena herself began to feel fear of this woman.

Meanwhile, Darkia was staring at Milena. If it wasnʼt for the agreement she made with Arabel and Idan, she would have happily captured Milena and made her one of her people.

”Well, I wonʼt keep you,” Darkia said.

”Tell Arabel that the beings from other worlds are already aware of their movements in the north and east,” she added.

”They are closely examining all the Guild membersʼ actions to get a complete picture. And, as we expected, they will take action against the Kingdomʼs Guild.”

”But not immediately, but rather towards the end of the Disaster, when everyone loses their vigilance and relaxes,” Darkia added.

”There are suspicions and hints that almost all five worlds, as well as the military Federations and the Awakened Ones from the Association, will participate in this.”

”If anything, tell Arabel that she can contact me in the future and get the latest news.”

With every word Darkia said, Milenaʼs mood sank.

She realized that while she was busy with her own business, the Guild had already begun preparations for the coming Third Disaster.

Milena, like everyone else, was aware that creatures from other worlds would try to attack them during the Disaster, and was prepared for this. However, it was not good news to hear his fears confirmed.

”And finally, I have some news regarding your family,” Darkia said, drawing Milenaʼs attention.

”Currently, the Orleans family, in addition to the Creatures of Light, secretly receives support from the Creatures of Sky from the western continent,” she continued, confirming Milenaʼs suspicions.

”The Orleans side family in the western continent has been completely influenced by the beings of Heaven and is now actively trying to take over the main family here, which is influenced by the Creatures of Light,” Darkia continued.

”To achieve this goal, they began to recruit members of side families and gradually implement their ideals, preparing for a future seizure of power,” she concluded.

”They must have reached out to you after you were rescued from the world of Darkness, didnʼt they?” asked Darkia.

Milena chose to remain silent, not giving an answer. She was still suspicious of Darkia.

”Not bad,” Darkia smiled, pleased with Milenaʼs caution. ”Very good.”

After a short silence, Milena asked:

”Why are you telling me this?”

”Why? Hmm...you could say Iʼm telling this because youʼre Arabelʼs sworn younger sister,” Darkia replied. ”And if youʼre interested, I didnʼt care about the Orleans family until I found out about your relationship with Arabel and Idan. And I also found out that the Orleans family will participate in the attack on the Kingdom Guild during the upcoming Disaster.”

A dangerous light shone in Milenaʼs eyes.

During her careful observations, she found no evidence that the Orleans family was against the Kingdom Guild.

”If itʼs true, then Iʼll deal with them myself,” — Milena decided.

After she became a Valkyrie, her attachment to her family weakened, except for a few close people. The rest of the family didnʼt matter to her anymore. Ever since her rights as heir were taken away from her and she was almost abandoned, she stopped considering herself part of the Orleans family and began to perceive herself as one of the Valkyrie sisters.

The better Sierra and the other Valkyries from Junoniaʼs world treated her, the more Milena opened up to them, becoming a true Valkyrie.

Milena has already reached the point where, if she had to choose between her Orleans family and the Valkyrie sisters, she would choose the latter without hesitation.

”Is that all you wanted to tell me?” Milena asked Darkia.

”Yes, thatʼs all,” Darkia replied with an unchanging smile on her face from the moment she appeared.

”As I mentioned earlier, tell Arabel that she can… No, she needs to contact me if she wants to receive the latest news about the movements of Creatures from Other Worlds,” Darkia asked.

”Also, give Arabel my most sincere congratulations and tell her that I, Darkia, wish to be the so—called ”godmother” for her unborn child,” Darkia added, greatly surprising Milena.

”Are you serious?” Milena couldnʼt resist asking.

”Of course, seriously, I donʼt remember ever joking,” Darkia tilted her head.

Milena didnʼt know what to say.

This woman, whose name was Darkia, with her unchanging smile, seemed strange to her and, as her System suggested, dangerous.

”You can go now,” Darkia told Milena and started calling the waitress over to place an order and sample the local cuisine.

Milena took another look at Darkia, but unable to get rid of her doubts and fears, she quickly left the restaurant. She went outside the capital to take the shortest route to the Stone familyʼs territory, where there was a large barrier separating the Kingdom from the outside world.

Milena easily overcame the military cordon, using the element of Darkness, her hiding ability and four wings. She reached the barrier without any problems and entered without resistance.

The first thing she did was go in search of Arabel. When she found her, she asked the question that worried her the most.:

”Big sister, are you pregnant?”
