I Became a Medical Genius in the 80s

Chapter 942: Chapter 941: He Is Very Angry

The collar-grabbed Luo Yirui didn’t cry out of fear but was furious. He was already anxious to find help to rescue Uncle Yuan, but ended up being deceived by this person here.

This person is undoubtedly a human trafficker!

Luo Yirui instinctively wanted to reach for the fighting talisman on him, but then remembered Uncle Yuan’s words: unless absolutely necessary, do not easily use the fighting talisman!

”Kid, follow me obediently. I’ll find you a good family, you’ll be well-fed and live lavishly.” The young man laughed, lifting Luo Yirui, only to find his hand empty, holding merely a piece of clothing.

When his back collar was grabbed, Luo Yirui raised his hands, and while the other was pulling hard on his clothes, he sank his body and slipped out of his upper clothes. He didn’t run immediately, because he was really angry!

Luo Yirui clenched his fists, his small body extremely agile. He slipped behind the young man, punching the man’s lower back, followed by a powerful kick to the back of his leg.

Luo Yirui’s strength can’t compare to an adult’s, but he remembered his dad’s advice: concentrate your strength on a spot, hit the opponent’s weak spot, and you can achieve unexpected success!

Luo Yirui practiced these moves hundreds of times to make them smooth like flowing water. The young man hadn’t reacted yet, and his knees were already to the ground.

But Luo Yirui didn’t think this alone could immobilize the man. He only won with surprise, and once the opponent reacted, he likely still couldn’t resist.

Understanding this, when the young man’s legs bent to kneel, Luo Yirui picked up a stone from the ground and smashed it on the back of the man’s neck without hesitation.

Dad said to utilize everything around to defeat the enemy.

Mom said human traffickers deserve death!

Before Luo Yirui formed his own worldview and values, his parents’ words greatly influenced him.

The young man immediately clutched his head, howling in pain, seeing black in bursts.

Luo Yirui witnessed this, grabbed his clothes, and ran. Without using the fighting talisman, he couldn’t withstand adults, so he swiftly fled while the man was still disoriented!

Wei Zhongyuan’s refusal to let him use the fighting talisman must have a reason, Luo Yirui didn’t doubt it. He didn’t quite understand at first, but in the instant he escaped, a realization dawned.

Those who surrounded Uncle Yuan were coming for him!

If that’s the case, the people are likely Mystic Doctors. Using the fighting talisman rashly might attract those hidden in the dark!

Thinking of this, Luo Yirui stayed alert, unless absolutely necessary, he truly couldn’t use the fighting talisman!

He knew if caught, his mom and dad would be the first restrained, unable to help, and he didn’t want to cause more trouble.

Luo Yirui zigzagged as he ran, slowing down only when the young man didn’t pursue. However, he remained vigilant and observant of his surroundings.

Seeing the unfamiliar environment and strangers around, Luo Yirui became anxious. Being unacquainted with the place, he had no idea where he was or where Uncle Yuan was located, making it difficult to find his way back.

He recalled the path the young man took him along, hoping to spot a familiar building to find his way back.

Taking a deep breath, although feeling uncertain inside, he told himself Uncle Yuan awaited rescue, he must find the police. The police have guns, brawls violate public security laws, the police won’t ignore such matters!

Luo Yirui regained his spirits, cautious of trusting adults again. After learning the lesson, he only stopped at fixed locations to inquire for safety.

After asking several times, Luo Yirui, unable to find patrol officers, located a police station!

Lu Cheng, drinking water, saw a somewhat disheveled child rush in, with multiple scratches and a dirty small face, yet his clothes were neat, not that of a begging stray child.

”Police Uncle, please save my uncle, many people surround him trying to fight!”

Lu Cheng was startled upon hearing, instinctively asking, ”Where are your parents?”

”Not with me, please save my uncle!”

Lu Cheng saw the child pulling him, evidently anxious, not seeming fake, immediately calling a sergeant to accompany them, but unexpectedly, the child advised, ”Uncle, bring more people with guns, two are not enough!”

Lu Cheng almost laughed, this child’s words were quite interesting, ”Two are enough, let’s go!”

Luo Yirui felt utterly anxious, loudly insisting, ”They have eight people!”

Lu Cheng frowned hearing this; it was a group fight. Accordingly, he called two more, perhaps due to lack of credibility in the child’s words, so Lu Cheng didn’t take it seriously.

Though Luo Yirui felt frustrated being small with weak influence, thinking two more police added should be intimidating enough. If the opponent didn’t want trouble, they couldn’t attack the cops. As long as they had concerns, Uncle Yuan would be safe.

Luo Yirui boarded the police car, relying on memory, although taking a detour, quickly found the square.

The crashed vehicle remained there, traces of blood on the ground, while surrounding people dispersed, some elderly strolling around discussing the incident.

Luo Yirui’s heart sank seeing the empty square, hoping Uncle Yuan was alright!

Policemen realized Luo Yirui didn’t lie, yet without finding the fighters, they considered leaving after enquiring about the situation. These inquiries surfaced bizarre truths!

Details like someone causing yellow paper explosions mid-air, others burning people with a paper, fights entirely paper-based, leaving policemen bewildered; if paper’s that effective, who needs guns?

The surrounding folks spoke convincingly; it couldn’t be a conspired police con, could it?

Lu Cheng deemed reporting safer, thus called his superior, despite skepticism regarding the public’s narrative, disinclined to risk delaying cases, therefore handed it upwards, reasoning twenty-odd witnesses were involved, if they doubted, they could investigate.

Unexpectedly, upon completing the call, the upper levels contacted him, instructing to leave the matter aside temporarily and keep the child.

Lu Cheng pondered briefly, thinking it logical to record the child’s deposition, crucial as one involved, but rightly requiring the parents’ presence for minors’ statements.
