The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order

Chapter 2603 The real power of Cainʼs Ego Eternal Path (I)

Robuke surged forward like a force of pure devastation, his aura expanding with such overwhelming intensity that it tore through the vast ocean of golden energy surrounding the Scarlet King. Through the blinding golden light, Robuke caught sight of Cainʼs silhouette.

In that instant, his killing intent exploded.

His massive war axe ignited with dark, organic essence—an insidious power that did not merely destroy, but corrupted and twisted the very laws of existence. The weapon howled as he brought it down with all his strength.

”SHRIIIRKK—!”

Space-time itself warped and shattered beneath the force of the strike. The sheer power contained within that blow was enough to annihilate any being within the Third Realm, erasing them completely from existence.

And yet—

Just as the axe was about to land, a hand shot forward.

It was calm. Precise.

Unyielding.

Cain struck the axeʼs edge.

With nothing but his bare hand.

Then, with a simple twist of his wrist, he redirected it, forcing the weapon off course as though it weighed nothing.

Robukeʼs eyes widened in shock as control over his weapon slipped from his grasp. For the briefest moment, confusion broke through his madness—but it did not last.

A skeletal fist slammed into his stomach.

The impact was absolute.

Robuke vomited a mouthful of corrupted blood as his massive body was sent hurtling backward, rolling uncontrollably through the void.

As the golden ocean receded, Cainʼs figure became fully visible once more.

The transformation was undeniable.

His body, once broken and withered, now pulsed with vitality and power. Flesh rapidly regenerated over bone, muscles knitting themselves together in seconds. His missing arm was already reforming, while the damage to his face continued to heal at an astonishing pace.

But even that was not the most striking change.

It was his eyes.

Scarlet flames burned within them—intense, radiant, and absolute. They shone with such brilliance that it seemed they could illuminate the darkness of the entire universe.

”ARGHHHHHH!”

Robuke regained control almost instantly, his roar shaking the void as his rage deepened into complete madness. Any trace of rationality vanished, leaving behind nothing but pure, unrestrained hatred. His Gift responded in kind, driving his power even higher as he launched himself at Cain once more.

Cain met the charge with a radiant smile.

Flesh and muscle finished forming over his skeletal hand as he turned to face the incoming attack. Without hesitation, he stepped forward, diving straight into the clash.

He extended his palm.

From it, a Zero-State Spear manifested—an embodiment of Nihility and Entropy fused into a single, flawless construct. Its presence alone caused the surrounding space to distort as it clashed directly against Robukeʼs descending axe.

”BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMM—!”

The collision unleashed a cataclysmic explosion.

Waves of annihilating energy erupted in all directions, carrying both corruptive force and absolute destruction. The intensity was so great that even Late Alpha Omega Overgods hesitated to approach, knowing that entering that zone would mean risking their lives.

Across the battlefield, warriors from both sides turned their attention to the clash.

Awe.

Shock.

Fear.

The power being unleashed was beyond anything they had witnessed before.

Robukeʼs strength continued to rise, fueled by his madness and boundless hatred. Yet despite his feral brutality and overwhelming force, Cain stood firm, matching him blow for blow.

And as the battle dragged on, the advantage began to shift.

Cain was growing stronger.

With every passing second, his body and mind continued to heal and evolve under the nourishment of his dual tribulation enhancement. What had begun as recovery was quickly becoming amplification.

”Kill!”

Meylinʼs voice rang across the battlefield like a war bell.

She swung Longinus with all her might, releasing a torrent of dark psychic energy that crashed toward Kardul, the Asura Curse Eater. Her roar reignited the war, breaking the momentary stillness as the forces of the Nine Empyrean Suns Alliance surged forward once more.

They attacked like wolves.

Relentless. United. Ferocious.

The scarlet light in their eyes intensified, no longer fueled solely by resolve but by something quantifiable. Power itself flowed through them—drawn from the Scarlet Throne.

The evolution of Cainʼs Ego Eternal Path had triggered a transformation within the Throne itself, housed deep within his Alter Ego. Through the connection of the Scarlet Stars, that psychic power now flowed into every warrior of the Alliance.

Their strength surged.

Their limits shattered.

Nowhere was this more evident than among the Knights of the Scarlet Throne.

Leonidas, Bael, and Amon—already embodiments of that power—felt their cultivation explode forward. The transformation did not merely enhance them; it elevated them.

”HAHAHAHAHA!”

Leonidas, the oldest warrior of the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe, burst into laughter as his aura surged violently. His cultivation broke through its limits, rising into the Middle Alpha Omega Overgod rank, finally matching the power of the Curse Eaters before him.

”Dammit…”

Nito cursed under his breath.

This battle had been meant to secure absolute dominance—the beginning of the end for the Nine Empyrean Suns Alliance. Yet Cainʼs arrival had overturned everything.

And it was getting worse.

His gaze shifted back to the central clash, where Robuke was being steadily pushed back.

If this continued, the Monster of the Root would fall.

And that was a loss he could not afford.

He moved to intervene—

But before he could take a single step, a hand glowing with golden plasma emerged from his blind spot and grabbed his head.

”BOOM!”

A golden explosion engulfed him instantly, blasting him across the void. When he regained his footing, half his face was scorched, and his expression had turned ice-cold.

His eyes locked onto Noah.

The Crimson Exarch had not moved since Cainʼs arrival.

Until now.

And he had chosen this exact moment to interfere.

Noah met his gaze with a widening smile, his expression filled with quiet amusement. The crown above his head pulsed with power as he stepped forward and vanished into the fray.

Destruction spread in every direction as the forces of the Nine Empyrean Suns Alliance fought with renewed ferocity. For months, this battlefield had been a nightmare—a place of defeat and despair.

But now…

It had become something else entirely.

A place of conquest.

A realm where they could grow stronger through battle, through blood, through victory.

Cain felt it all.

Every surge of hope. Every flicker of determination. Every rising wave of battle-hardened will.

It fueled him.

His smile widened.

Yet he did not allow himself to become distracted.

Robukeʼs power continued to rise, pressing down on him with increasing intensity. The Monster of the Root had fully succumbed to madness, his movements erratic and unpredictable. Even with the Flow guiding him, Cain could not perfectly anticipate every strike.

But he did not fear it.

Cain burned his life force and soul force, pushing himself beyond all limits. Yet he was sustained by the endless stream of world energy flowing into him, healing him almost as fast as he destroyed himself.

Their weapons collided again and again.

Spear against axe.

Chaos vs corruption. They clashed with ever-increasing force, each impact sending shockwaves tearing through reality.

”ARGHHHH!”

Robuke roared, unleashing a barrage of attacks at blinding speed. Cain was forced onto the defensive, raising his Zero-State Spear to block.

For a moment—

It held.

Then Robukeʼs hatred exploded once more.

His arm swelled with unnatural strength, muscles bulging grotesquely as he forced his weapon forward.

The spear cracked.

And in the next instant—

The axe broke through.

It surged past Cainʼs defense, descending toward his skull with unstoppable force.
