Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 807: Shocked Layfon

With Nathan overwhelming the aliens with his firepower while Alavenya and the others stood as a wall to stop them, the aliens couldnʼt do anything other than accept their fate.

Even though there were about a hundred of them, they died in less than ten minutes, leaving behind only two mature class aliens.

Without hesitation, Nathan ordered Alavenya to take care of the two mature class aliens. Meanwhile, he and Sera moved to the left and helped Noelle.

With their presence, Noelle, who had a hard time containing these aliens, instantly turned around the battle and started suppressing the aliens. Fenrir and Brunhild were charging toward the mature class aliens.

Layfon thought they should send at least one or two familiars to help Selena and Flora on the right, but he instantly threw that thought away the moment he checked the right side.

The only thing he could say was overwhelming.

Flora and her spirits were on a rampage, killing as many aliens as possible. The aliens that managed to slip past her would end up meeting Risaʼs blood control. Yin Zhen was ready to intercept any aliens that tried to approach them.

Still, if they managed to survive all that, they would find themselves facing death.

With just a wave of her wand, Selena hit the alien with a sweeping force. However, this was unlike the normal sweeping force she had been using.

Thanks to Duke Coline, Selena managed to improve her sweeping force further. Instead of the usual range of a swipe, Selena actually concentrated the entire force on a single point, like Nathanʼs bullets.

When this sweeping force reached the alien, it deformed the alienʼs body or even created a hole in the contact area, killing the alien.

At the same time, it didnʼt create all the ruckus, either it was the sound or the dust that usually came with the sweeping force. It allowed her to be more stealthy while increasing her power.

She aimed to reach the directional level like Duke Coline, but as expected, even with her talent, this level was impossible to reach by a simple imitation.

Still, Selena could be considered the strongest among them as long as there were multiple enemies. Even though Noelle could defeat her, Noelle couldnʼt achieve what she could on a battlefield like this.

With the help of Flora, mere aliens couldnʼt do anything against them.

What Layfon saw when he reached the right side were the corpses of all the aliens on the right side. They even finished faster than any other side.

Once they killed all the aliens on their side, they helped Alavenya in the middle before finding Nathan and the others finishing up the left side as well.

They killed over three hundred aliens along with six mature class aliens in under 25 minutes, and they managed to do it without making too much ruckus that could alert other aliens in the vicinity. That achievement alone was something Layfon couldnʼt ignore.

ʼThis is insane. I can understand if itʼs her highness Flora or Commander Sullivanʼs daughter, but Alavenya, the daughter of the Dragon King, was supposed to be weaker according to the information due to the lack of education from the academy.

ʼHowever, the most terrifying person among them is Selena Ashton. Her talent is not something I can comprehend. It can be said that her talent alone far surpasses her fatherʼs.

ʼThereʼs no doubt that she will become a world class summoner in the future. However, itʼs said that thereʼs no female vampire progenitor. Thatʼs why the Ashton family has been suppressing any female summoners hailing from their family.

ʼThatʼs a shame. Maybe people can convince her to abandon her family way… How about that male vampire? No, itʼs not really a vampire, but something similar. Maybe she will go that route instead of searching for a female progenitor,ʼ thought Layfon.

However, he would find another shocking thing the moment they were done with the aliens.

”There are too many aliens here. We should start dissecting them and get their cores. Do we even have time to get all these cores? Itʼs a waste if we donʼt get them.

”After all, if we consider the amount of aliens we will kill on this trip, itʼs simply a number we canʼt ignore.” Flora asked.

”Fair enough. How much ena can we get on this trip? Ehm…” Sera tried to calculate.

”If we assume we will kill ten warrior class aliens along with other lower-level aliens, we should be able to get about eight hundred thousand, if not a million. Of course, we will divide them, still… one warrior class alone is about 6,000 to 85,000 ena, depending on your absorption rate.” Noelle explained.

Nathan and Selena exchanged nods.

”No need to worry about the cores. We will conserve our power most of the time because weʼll be the ones getting their cores.”

Nathan, Selena, Anubis, and Risa stood together. They raised their hands at the same time and formed a chain.

Nathan managed to form two chains now, while Risa and Anubis easily reached three chains. Selena was the shocking one to be able to unleash seven chains by herself.

Those chains pierced through the aliensʼ bodies and extracted their cores in less than five seconds.

The people couldnʼt help but widen their eyes in shock.

”What is that? Since when did you learn that thing?” Flora gasped.

”This is not fair. Who taught you? Was it Nathan who developed it and taught Selena on the bed?” Sera gritted her teeth.

”…” Selena was speechless at Seraʼs accusation, not that it was something impossible to happen.

Nathan hurriedly explained, ”No. We learned it during the previous trip to visit Floraʼs aunt. She was the one teaching us because this was how they extracted the cores due to the lack of time underwater.”

”What? She didnʼt teach me.” Flora pointed at herself. ”…even though Iʼm her niece.”

”Thatʼs because you stayed on the ship.” Selena shrugged.

”This is not fair. I want to learn it too! Teach me!” Floraʼs head hung low while Sera nodded in agreement.

Nathan smiled wryly while Selena said, ”In that case, I will teach you on the way. Donʼt disturb us for a moment so we can finish extracting the cores quickly.”

”As expected of the eldest sister.” Sera playfully winked as though all the previous complaints were a lie.
