Global Lords: Starting with Halving Recruitment Costs

Chapter 10 Goblin Labor

Chapter 10 Goblin Labor

The goblin’s attributes were not beyond his expectations. They were not comparable to the beasts, but when compared with his own attributes, he could see where the gap lay.

The highest attribute is actually agility, I don’t know if it is for the convenience of running.

As for the racial talent, the bullying the soft and the strong will know what it is, and even if the attack power is increased by 30%, it is impossible for the goblin’s original basic attributes to be much stronger.

But the number of opponents is really large, there are more than 30 goblins, swarming up from the front.

”Ouch-”

Before Guo Xiuwen gave an order, the besieged gray wolf roared first, then advanced instead of retreating, jumped up, and threw down a goblin who was running in front.

click-

The gray wolf opened its mouth wide and bit the goblin’s neck. Because of the excessive force, it directly tore off the goblin’s neck.

Whoosh whoosh—

The gray wolf’s initiative made the besieging goblins stunned for a moment, but with their superiority in numbers, although they stopped moving forward, they quickly threw a lot of things to attack the gray wolf from a distance.

”Roar--”

But at this moment, other tigers and gray wolves who had heard the movement also suddenly appeared from all over the jungle, and began to surround the goblins.

”Whoa whoa-”

”Run-”

Before the tigers and gray wolves approached, the more than 30 goblins screamed immediately after seeing so many beasts, and at the same time turned around and prepared to run away with oil on their feet.

Moreover, the speed of escape was so fast that even the gray wolf and the fierce tiger didn’t react for a while, and they couldn’t even catch up.

Guo Xiuwen looked at the goblin who was running away, and suddenly had an idea in his heart.

Before, he was still thinking that since he had no labor force here, he could not let himself, the lord, go mining and logging.

Seeing so many goblins now, and it seems that the other party is still very capable of giving birth, if it is not considered the talent of the other party to bully the weak and fear the hard, isn’t it a group of qualified laborers.

So he didn’t care about eating the fruit, and with a wave of his hand, he climbed onto the golden tiger’s back, let the gray wolf open the way in front, and followed the traces left by the goblins.

As a result, this pursuit made Guo Xiuwen wonder if the racial talents of these goblins were mistaken, and what they increased should be speed.

Because even the black iron-level gray wolf couldn’t outrun these guys.

Fortunately, these goblins ran and returned to a low bush.

In the bushes, many holes have been dug. It seems that this is the lair of these goblins.

After returning home, these goblins seemed to have some courage again. When the gray wolf approached, a lot of miscellaneous things flew out of the opponent’s lair.

But obviously, it is impossible to drive back the gray wolf with some stones and sticks.

With a wave of Guo Xiuwen’s hand, the Frost Giant Wolf struck forward, and an ice spike directly nailed a goblin who was about to throw a stone to death.

Then the tiger pounced forward, passed through the gap in the bushes, and each of its two claws grabbed a goblin. When the tiger’s claws swiped from bottom to top, the two goblins lost their lives in an instant.

”Surrender, great existence, we surrender!”

[Ding, you defeated a goblin tribe, and the other party saw your strength and surrendered to you!Whether to accept: yes/no]

Seeing the goblins surrender, Guo Xiuwen smiled and chose yes.

[Ding, congratulations on harvesting 37 goblins and adding new members to your territory! 】

[Ding, congratulations on your victory in a miniature battle, you have gained 10 experience points! 】

As the goblins surrendered, the gray wolves and tigers surrounding the bushes also stopped attacking inside.

Even if there were bushes, more than a dozen goblins had been lost in such a short time.

Guo Xiuwen twitched the corner of his mouth, that is to say, in fact, the experience points that a goblin can provide are not comparable to that of a little wild boar.

But he didn’t care about such a little experience. On the contrary, if the goblins joined the territory, at least the logging hut and the iron ore workshop would have enough labor.

Before that, of course, there is the most important point, which is to search for things from the Goblin tribe.

[Ding, you harvest soul crystal (common) x31, wood x23, food x58 units, get a blueprint, fire x12, hemp rope x49]

As a result, the greater the expectation, the greater the disappointment. In a tribe with more than [-] goblins, all the things they searched were scraps.

Even the basic resources are only wood and food. As for the soul crystals, most of them are dropped by the goblins who died just now.

Even Guo Xiuwen frowned when he saw that blueprint.

goblin tribe

Grade: Normal

Recruitable arms: Goblin (common) (very small chance to recruit elite units)
Number of available recruits: 50
Number of recruits per week: 50
Recruitment requirements: 1 soul crystal, 1 unit of food, 1 unit of wood
Lair upgrade conditions: 100 soul crystals (common), 100 units of food, 100 units of wood, 100 units of stones, 100 units of iron ore
Remarks: (should be) there is no worse unit than this.
When Guo Xiuwen saw the last note, he didn’t know for a while that he didn’t even spit out the prepared slot, after all, the system itself spit it out.

What’s more, this goblin tribe didn’t even use the blueprints of the tribe. In other words, it was useless for him to occupy and then destroy.

However, goblins are not completely without advantages. At least each goblin only needs to consume one unit of food a day, which is good news.

Moreover, most of the food confiscated from the goblin was fruit, and with so many fire seeds, there was no need to worry about his rations.

After temporarily having 37 goblins in hand, Guo Xiuwen had no intention of recruiting any more goblins.

Even if the goblin tribe does not need many resources to upgrade, he has no intention of upgrading for the time being.

After all, even if a unit is upgraded, it still depends on its original potential.

Don’t talk about upgrading Goblin from normal to black iron, but probably upgrading from black iron to bronze. The basics are there, but it won’t be much better.

With this resource, it would be better to save it and upgrade the Gray Wolf Lair directly when the time comes.

In order to verify whether goblins can be used as labor, Guo Xiuwen did not continue to open the map, but turned his head and walked to the territory.

He originally had two blueprints in his hand, one was a logging hut and the other was an iron ore workshop.

There is nothing to say about the iron ore workshop, it must be used in the micro iron ore resource point.

As for the logging hut, the entire forest is full of wood, so there is no need to find a specific resource point.

So he planned to arrange the wooden houses next to the territory, which would be much more convenient.

When these goblins ran away, they flew up one by one, and when they went back, they walked slowly.

After asking, he found out that the co-authors haven’t eaten anything today.

Well, food -37 units.

Lost to death.
