Global Lords: Starting with Halving Recruitment Costs

Chapter 3 Elite: Frost Giant Wolf

Chapter 3 Elite: Frost Giant Wolf

Guo Xiuwen’s attention was first attracted by two new products.

The first one is the Heart of the Lair, which is a new thing, but it’s not difficult to understand literally.

It should be the same as the heart of the territory, which can be used to create new troop lairs or upgrade existing troop lairs.

The second one is crystal resources. It seems that in addition to basic resources, the lord world also has more advanced resources.

But he doesn’t have these two things, and the crystal is better to say, probably can be replaced with an explorer, but the heart of the lair is a bit troublesome.

Guo Xiuwen didn’t think about it that much, after all, he couldn’t gather enough resources for the upgrade now.

The most urgent task now is to quickly recruit gray wolves and get rid of the tigers wandering around the periphery of the territory.

So he focused on the conditions for recruiting the gray wolf elite.

At a glance, there is an additional resource requirement of 20 units of iron ore, but this is also within his expectations. The higher the level of soldiers, the higher the recruitment requirements must be.

From ordinary level soldiers to black iron level, the resources required for recruitment have only increased by five times, and he still feels that it is a bit small.

What’s more, he also holds the big killer of the resource manager.

So without hesitation, he clicked on the recruitment option, planning to recruit a gray wolf to take a look.

ooh-

With the disappearance of fifty units of resources, a wolf howl first came from inside the lair.

In his anticipation, a touch of white. Wait, white?
Amid his doubts, a huge white wolf slowly walked out of the lair.

Guo Xiuwen couldn’t help looking at the snow-white giant wolf, and then looked at the introduction of the lair on the panel. He didn’t expect that he won the prize for the first time he recruited.

Consumption: 5 units of food/day!
”Hey, what does this elite mean?”

Guo Xiuwen’s attention was first attracted by the white wolf’s fur. Then when he checked the opponent’s attributes, he found something different and immediately focused on the attribute introduction.

[Soldier ranks are divided into ordinary, black iron, bronze, silver, gold, and legendary. Each rank is divided into ordinary, elite, and leader! 】

Guo Xiuwen understood, it seemed that even soldiers or wild monsters of the same rank would not have exactly the same strength.

At least from the introduction, the fierce tiger belongs to the common monster of the Black Iron Rank, but the Frost Giant Wolf belongs to the elite monster of the Black Iron Rank.

”No, this is, consume 5 units of food per day!”

Suddenly, Guo Xiuwen saw a line of small characters below. The recruited soldiers had to consume food.

Then, he realized an imminent thing.

Because with the upgrade of the troop lair and the recruitment of the Frost Giant Wolf just now, only 100 units of the original 40 units of food were left in the territory.

Putting aside whether he wants to eat or not, according to this trend, if he directly recruits ten gray wolves, even with the resource management system in hand, the food on his hand will not be enough for the gray wolves to eat for a day.

In order to verify that his idea was correct, he chose to continue recruiting a gray wolf.

This time, he deliberately used the resource management system to replace the originally needed ten units of food with ten units of wood.

ooh-

There was another iconic wolf howl, and a gray wolf with gray spots on its fur paced out of the cave.

【Grey Wolf】

【Beast】【Black Iron】

Racial talent: group attack (when the number of wolf units is greater than or equal to 10, the attack power of all wolf units present increases by 10%;

When the number of wolf units is greater than or equal to 50, the attack power of all wolf units present increases by 10%, and the skill effect increases by 10%;

When the number of wolf units is greater than or equal to 200, the attack power of all wolf units present will be increased by 20%, the skill effects will be increased by 10%, and the speed will be increased by 10%. )
Introduction: Blood guides us!

Consumption: 5 units of food/day!
Guo Xiuwen calmed down when he confirmed that ordinary gray wolves also needed to consume 5 units of food per day.

Because there is not enough food anyway, there is no difference between consuming it earlier and consuming it later.

So in one breath, he consumed the remaining 150 units of resources and recruited three more gray wolves.

Unfortunately, although the three gray wolves were different in size, there was no further variation.

One white, four gray, and five giant wolves stood together. Not to mention, at least the aura was pretty good. The fierce tiger that had been cruising outside seemed to have sensed the danger. It had already stopped in place, slightly bent its back, and lowered its head. .

Guo Xiuwen fixed his eyes on the white Frost Giant Wolf, and then a vague consciousness emerged in his mind. He knew instantly that he could directly command them to fight.

whoosh-

The Frost Wolf stood in its territory, opened its mouth suddenly, and a sharp ice spike emerged from its mouth, flying towards the tiger not far away.

puff-

Before the tiger had time to react, it was directly stabbed in the forehead by the icicle. The originally huge ”Wang” character opened its mouth in an instant, and before the blood flowed out, it was frozen by the cold of the icicle.

ooh-

While spitting out the icicles, the giant frost wolf roared and led the gray wolf towards the tiger outside its territory.

The wolf lair was originally on the edge of the territory, and the distance between the two sides was very close. A gray wolf was the fastest, and it was about to fall from the sky on top of the tiger’s head, but at this time there was only a whistling sound.

A golden straight tiger tail directly sent the gray wolf flying.

Boom—boom—

The gray wolf jumping in the air had no way to avoid it and was directly knocked away. However, it also attracted the tiger’s attention, making it unable to avoid it.

The other three gray wolves slammed heavily on the tiger from three directions in an instant.

”Ow—”

The tiger, which was already injured, only had time to let out a deep scream before being pinned down by three gray wolves.
