Global Lords: Starting with Halving Recruitment Costs

Chapter 7 Using the Scroll of Tiger Summoning

Chapter 7 Using the Scroll of Tiger Summoning
Not to mention the heart of the lair, which must be released for the first time, and the possible advanced resources and architectural blueprints.

Guo Xiuwen was very suspicious that the iron ore workshop buildings used to mine iron ore resources would probably explode after the tiger’s lair was destroyed.

If abandoning the wild monster lair is a long-term business, then destroying the lair is a one-time transaction.

Naturally, there is no need to say much about the advantages, and certain resources will be recorded immediately.

But the same, the disadvantage is that after the harvest is recorded this time, the next resource will disappear.

The three options have their own advantages and disadvantages, and Guo Xiuwen was a little embarrassed for a while.

It stands to reason that now that there is a lack of resources, it is the least cost-effective to occupy the wild monster lair. After all, after occupation, not only the recruitment price will be doubled, but also troops will be garrisoned.

But in the early stage of land reclamation, the tigers are so strong, if they are recruited, they will definitely be a good help.

Finally, he thought about it and an idea suddenly came to him.

”Children only do multiple-choice questions, so I’m sure I want them all!”

Thinking of this, he no longer hesitated, and first chose to occupy.

[Ding, congratulations on owning a Tiger Lair Barracks. You can operate the Tiger Lair! 】

Guo Xiuwen clicked on the tiger’s lair and checked the information again.

【Tiger Den】

[Level: Black Iron]

Recruitable arms: Tiger (Black Iron) (has a certain chance to recruit elite units)

Number of available recruits: 5
Number of recruits per week: 5
Recruitment requirements: 50 soul crystals, 50 units of food, 50 units of wood, 50 units of stones, 50 units of iron ore
Lair upgrade conditions: not upgradeable

Introduction: One of the excellent units of the Black Iron Order, if the racial characteristics are not considered!
As a result, he never expected that when the idea of everything was implemented to the first step, he would be stuck in Bengbu. Looking at the resource demand of 250 units in the recruitment demand, he was speechless for a while.

Compared with the Gray Wolf’s recruitment needs, it is more than two and a half times higher.

Moreover, you must know that the tiger’s den is not within his territory, and the resources required have to be doubled.

Even if he has the halving function of the resource manager, with his current resources, he can only recruit just one.

Guo Xiuwen scratched his head in distress. It seems that each unit is different, even if it is the same rank, the amount of resources required for recruitment is different.

At present, the resources needed to recruit a tiger are as many as 250 units.

However, the occupation was already occupied, so he did not hesitate and prepared to recruit one to see the situation.

【Ding!Insufficient sacrifice resources! 】

Unexpectedly, the system gave him a wake-up call again. Because his resources were placed within the territory, he could not use them directly in the lair outside the territory.

Guo Xiuwen still didn’t want to give up trying to recruit a fierce tiger. After all, the opportunity was rare. For each troop lair, only a fixed number of soldiers could be recruited within a week.

Today is only the first day of coming, and half of the troops in Gray Wolf’s lair have been recruited.

There are still six full days to go, and he can’t guarantee whether he will encounter a unit as powerful as a tiger in the future.

So after thinking about it, he left the tiger’s den and walked in the direction he was originally walking.

When he walked behind a big tree, he heard a familiar humming sound in his ears. After looking at the family of brown wild boars, one big, three small and four small, a smile appeared on his face.

Then he walked to the iron mine. After hiding himself, he secretly took out the tiger recruitment scroll and decisively crushed it.

Originally, he used the Tiger Summoning Scroll, not only because he hadn’t found the necessary danger for the time being, but also because he wanted to use this scroll in a key place.

Of course, it has nothing to do with the fear that the tiger needs too much food and has an extra mouth to eat. Well, it really doesn’t have much to do with it.

The scroll, which was originally made of soft leather, was instantly shattered into countless pieces when he squeezed it hard.

The broken scroll fragments did not fall to the ground, but turned into white light spots in mid-air.

Then it drifted into the open space in front of his line of sight and burrowed into the ground.

There are more and more light spots, gradually forming a light cluster, and then the light clusters converge to form an arc pattern. If you look carefully, you can still vaguely see the shadow of the tiger.

As the light group became larger and larger, the pattern gradually solidified, and colorful colors appeared in the mid-air.

When all the dots of light merged in, the pattern became vivid, and at the same time, the multicolored light covered all the patterns, so Guo Xiuwen couldn’t help but close his eyes.

When he opened his eyes again, a huge shadow appeared in front of him.

”Roar--”

When he looked ahead, a fierce tiger roared at him, and in the roar, there was kindness that he could clearly feel.

He first looked at the attributes of the summoned tiger. After comparing it, he found that it was almost the same as the tiger he had killed. This was not surprising. After all, it was a level LV1 tiger, and the tiger was already level LV3.

But even so, it was enough to deal with the big, three, and four wild boars.

He had seen the wild boar’s attributes a long time ago. It was just a nest of ordinary wild monsters.

Because the movement of summoning the tiger just now was a bit exaggerated, even if he had retreated farther away, Guo Xiuwen was afraid that the wild boar would escape, so he directly commanded the tiger and rushed towards the bushes.

”Hum! Hum!”

Guo Xiuwen was not far behind the tiger. Before he ran to the bushes, he saw four wild boars coming out of the bushes, and they seemed to be preparing to evacuate.

No need to say anything, with a huge tiger roar, the tiger just jumped a few times, and directly threw down a greedy little wild boar walking at the back.

bang——

The little wild boar is very fierce. When the tiger came, it raised its head slightly, and it seemed that it was still trying to fight back with its fangs.

But the two forelimbs of the tiger slammed down on the opponent’s neck, and the little wild boar lay on the ground and couldn’t move.

The tiger opened its mouth again and bit the opponent’s neck, sucking the wild boar’s blood.

”Hum! Hum!”

Seeing his child being attacked, the big wild boar stopped evacuating, turned around, lowered his head, and charged towards the tiger.

”Roar--”

But the tiger that bit the wild boar did not give the opponent a chance to attack.

When the big wild boar had just rushed to his side and was still more than one meter away, it let go of its mouth that was biting the little wild boar’s neck, raised its head and roared, and directly activated its shocking ability.

The big wild boar was caught off guard, and its consciousness made it want to stop, but its body slid forward for a certain distance due to the inertia of the charge.

The slightly raised fangs of the big wild boar not only failed to attack the tiger, but poked at the little wild boar’s body, and the whole body lay directly on the little wild boar.

With this appearance, it didn’t look like it came to attack, but it seemed to come to deliver food, and it just delivered itself to the tiger’s mouth.
