Lin Yi didn’t waste any more time with Zhao Fenghua and hung up.

Yang Tiannan’s office was extremely quiet.

Although Lin Yi didn’t say it explicitly, they all had a bad feeling.

He seemed to be the person behind this!

“President Yang, what should we do now?”

“Ignore him for now.” Yang Tiannan said.

“I think this is just a coincidence. If he could really leverage so many resources, he wouldn’t have become a police officer. I still have to think of a way to resolve this.”

Ring ring ring@

Just as Yang Tiannan was at his wits’ end, his phone rang.

The distraught Yang Tiannan was not in the mood to pick up the phone at all. However, when he saw the caller ID, his expression immediately turned serious.

The person on it was called Harper, the vice president of the head office!

At the same time, Zhao Fenghua saw the caller’s name and his heart raced.

“Don’t say anything yet.” Yang Tiannan picked up the phone.

“Mr. Harper.”

“I want to know what happened in Huaxia. How are you managing the business there? It still hasn’t been settled yet!”

“Mr. Haber, I’m really sorry. We’re actively dealing with this matter. I believe there will be a resolution soon.”

“It was just a small brake failure that caused such a huge mess. Not only did you not handle it properly, but you even got the relevant departments in Huaxia to call you out. How can I trust you?!”

“I’m very sorry about the problem in the Huaxia market, but please give me some time. I’ll definitely settle it.”

“I’m running out of patience. I’ll rush over and help you deal with this matter.”

“Well, we will welcome Mr. Harper.”

Harper said that he was there to help Yang Tiannan with the matter.

However, in reality, this was not a good thing. It might even threaten his current status!

Therefore, Yang Tiannan did not want him to come.

“President Yang, Mr. Harper is coming. This is very disadvantageous for us.”

Yang Tiannan lit a cigarette and said in a low voice,

“I know that. If he sets off from Meiguo now, it will take at least 12 hours before he can reach Zhonghai. This is our last chance. We have to take advantage of this time to resolve all the problems!”

“But the problem is that the officials have already clamped down. We’re in a very passive situation. There’s no way out.”

“There’s another way.” Yang Tiannan said.

” When Tesla came to Huaxia to set up a factory, it was the previous leadership in Zhonghai who pulled this project in. Although they’re now retired, they still have significant connections. Discussing this issue with them might still give us some room to maneuver.”

“But the problem is that now, not only do the relevant government departments want to investigate this matter, but the major enterprises in Huaxia are also making a big fuss. They are the real driving force behind this issue. If their outcry wasn’t so intense, the situation wouldn’t have escalated to this level.”

“So, the crux of the problem lies with Lingyun Group,” Yang Tiannan continued.

“They are the leaders in Huaxia’s semiconductor industry and hold a high reputation within the sector. If we can get them on our side, we can easily resolve this issue.”

“But those two women are despicable. They don’t take us seriously at all!”

Yang Tiannan narrowed his eyes and said in a low voice,

“Although I can’t deal with them, I can ask the previous leaders for help. They say that an arm can’t win against a thigh. I want to see how capable they are!”

“Since President Yang has said this, I feel more confident,” said Zhao Fenghua with a smile.

Yang Tiannan thought for a moment, then took his phone and made a call.

“Elder Chen, it’s Little Yang. Are you busy?”

“No, I’m reading the newspaper,” the person on the other end of the line replied with a smile.

Obviously, the other party was very happy to receive Yang Tiannan’s call.

“Elder Chen, are you free now? I have something to discuss with you,” Yang Tiannan said with a smile.

The old man on the other end of the phone paused for a second and said,

“Wait a moment. I’ll talk in my room.”

“Alright, sorry to trouble you, Elder Chen.”

Soon, the sound of the door opening came from the other side, followed by low voices.

“Tell me, why are you looking for me?”

“Elder Chen, something happened to Tesla recently. I’m sure you know about it.”

“I know a little. There’s an uproar online. This will affect your brand’s reputation quite a bit. If you don’t deal with it quickly, it will be very difficult for you to survive in the Huaxia market.”

“That’s right. Recently, I’ve been in a terrible fix because of this.” Yang Tiannan said.

“I didn’t want to trouble you at first, but I really have no choice. You brought us to Zhonghai, so we can be considered our foundational pillar. If you don’t help us, we really won’t be able to survive this crisis.”

Harper’s arrival put Yang Tiannan under a lot of pressure.

Otherwise, he wouldn’t have sought out the other party.

“I know that, but things have developed to this point. It’s indeed difficult. I can only do my best.”

“We’ll be satisfied if we can do our best.” Yang Tiannan smiled and said.

“But don’t worry, Elder Chen. We definitely won’t let you work for nothing. Please do whatever you need to do. There won’t be any problems on our side.” “What are you talking about? I was the one who hired Tesla to set up the factory. After such a thing happened, I definitely have to help.” The old man said.

“Tell me the exact situation so that I can identify the main point and help you deal with this matter.”

“Actually, the biggest problem lies with Lingyun Group. They were the first to come forward, and many companies also stood on their side,” Yang Tiannan said angrily.

“If it weren’t for Lingyun Group, the situation today wouldn’t have happened. The relevant departments wouldn’t have clamped down like this one after another. All the crux of the problem lies with them.”

“Lingyun Group, right?” The other party muttered. “Who’s in charge there? I’ll talk to them.”

“Their vice president, He Yuanyuan, and Tian Yan.”

“Alright, leave it to me. I’ll reply to you when I have news.”

“Elder Chen, it’s like this. The vice president named Tian Yan is fine, but that He Yuanyuan is not easy to deal with. I went to look for her personally and she played me,” YangTiannan reminded him.

“Hmph, she’s just a merchant. I want to see if she has the guts to act rashly in front of me!”

“Alright, alright, alright. Thank you, Elder Chen. When this matter is settled, I’ll definitely visit.”

“There’s no hurry. Let’s sit down and talk in detail after I’m done with this matter.”

‘Then I’ll wait for Elder Chen’s good news.’
