“Have you contacted other companies? The other party seems to have already taken action. It will be little difficult to defeat a company like Tesla using

Lingyun Group alone.”

She was not belittling the Lingyun Group.

Even though it had become one of the top companies in Zhonghai, it was still inferior to an international giant like Tesla.

This was a tough battle that required the help of the entire industry.

“I didn’t think about that. It’s mainly because these people are a little too pretentious. They were just short of slapping me in the face. I need to ask them for an explanation.”

“What happened? Tell me.”

Ji Qingyan felt that there must be a reason why Lin Yi would suddenly do such a thing. It was just that she didn’t know it yet.

Since he had nothing to do, Lin Yi told Ji Qingyan everything that had happened

in the past few days.

After listening to Lin Yi’s description, Ji Qingyan was furious.

“These people are a little too much. They actually refused to admit that the brakes failed and even blamed the owner of the car. Don’t they take the lives of us commoners seriously?!”

“That’s the problem.” LinYi smiled.

“Industrial products will inevitably encounter problems. If they actively deal with it and recall all the problematic cars, I won’t worry so much. However, they were showing off in front of me so I have to teach them a lesson.” “That’s right. We have to show them the style and attitude of Huaxia’s entrepreneurs and let them know that we’re not easy to bully.” She waved her small fists.

Lin Yi reached out and wrapped his arm around Ji Qingyan’s waist. “President Ji knows me best. This much is clear to me.”

“I’ll post it on my Moments later and help you appeal. We have to teach them a lesson.”

“Alright.” LinYi said.

“However, you don’t have to worry about this. With He Yuanyuan, that stupid little expert, around, we can definitely settle this matter easily. We just have to wait for the results.”

Ji Qingyan covered her mouth and laughed. “Although I don’t want to admit it, it’s very appropriate for Yuanyuan to handle such matters.

“Since you said this as well, there must be no problem at all.”

“It just means I know her pretty well.”

Lin Yi patted Ji Qingyan’s butt. “Alright, you don’t have to worry about such a small matter. Go take a shower.”

“Okay.”

Ji Qingyan nodded and stretched lazily before heading upstairs to take a shower.

Watching Ji Qingyan go upstairs, Lin Yi took out his phone and called Liang Ruoxu.

That was because she had already sent him a WeChat message earlier. However, since Ji Qingyan was around, he did not reply.

“What is it?”

“Why did you take so long to reply to me? Is it because President Ji is was home and it was not convenient for you to reply to my messages?

In the face of such a thing, a low EQperson would say, “Yes.”

A person with high EQwould say, “I was getting a massage just now and was at a critical moment. I didn’t have time to reply to your message.”

“If I hadn’t been busy with work recently, I would have closed down all those places. Let’s see how you can keep enjoying it in the future!”

“Aren’t you cutting off these people’s source of income? That’s a little unethical.”

“I have to control your bad habits. You’re a famous entrepreneur after all, but you always go to that kind of place. You really don’t care about your reputation at all.”

“A man doesn’t care about trifles. Wiry think so much? Just do it.” Lin Yi smiled. “Why were you looking for me? Is it because you don’t want to sleep soundly tonight and instead want to talk to me about life?”

“Talk my *ss,” Liang Ruoxu said.

” I saw that your company’s official website posted a message targeting Tesla.

Why are you two fighting?”

“This company has been acting a little pretentious recently. I’m going to do them a favor.”

“There’s something else going on here, isn’t there? You don’t seem like the kind of person who’d stick his nose into other people’s business.”

“Can’t I promote Huaxia’s entrepreneurs?”

“If you really want to so generous, you wouldn’t use such an abrupt method, Liang Ruoxu said.

“I’ve seen your company’s announcement. It’s obviously not your wording. To put it bluntly, you don’t want to go against them. You just want to slander them.”

Lin Yi admired Liang Ruoxu for being able to see through such things.

“You’re right. I just want to splash some dirty water on them and show them the consequences of showing off to me.”

“Alright, go ahead with confidence, I’ll see what I can do here, maybe I can lend you a hand.”

Lin Yi sensed something was off, “Why use such uncertain phrasing?”

Knowing Liang Ruoxu as well as he did, Lin Yi knew she would normally jump at the chance to help if he had an issue.

But now, using such an uncertain tone suggested there might be factors he was unaware of.

If proceeding would put her in a difficult position, then it was better to back off. “The Tesla project was brought in by the previous leadership, with the aim of stimulating other electric vehicle companies in Huaxia. Now that domestic electric cars are flourishing, Tesla’s role is diminishing, and with the harm it has caused to consumers, it indeed needs to be addressed. However, I must consider the potential consequences carefully to avoid inadvertently harming our allies.”

“Let’s not go through with it then. I’ll have someone withdraw the announcement so as not to affect you.”

Liang Ruoxu1 s heart warmed. She was indescribably happy that Lin Yi would make such a big concession for her.

“It’s not what you think. After such a huge incident, we still have to deal with it. Besides, it won’t implicate me. You can do whatever you want. I just need to know my limits.”

“I’m relieved to hear that.” LinYi said.

“Are you free tomorrow? I want to invite you out for a movie.

“Depends on my mood. There are too many people asking me out so you’ll have to wait inline.”

With that, Liang Ruoxu hung up, not giving Lin Yi any face.

Tesla Terra-Pakcik Regional Headquarters is located in Zhonghai.

Although it was past eight o’clock in the evening, the lights were still on throughout the building. The 996 office animals were still at work, each more tired than the last.

“This is a challenge for us, but I believe that in about a month, the company’s performance will improve. During this period of time, we have to buck up, especially the Public Relations Department. Get rid of all these scandals as soon as possible.”

“Got it, President Yang,” a middle-aged woman said.

Her name was Juan Wu, and she was Tesla’s head of public relations in the Terra-Pakcik region.

“The biggest difficulty for us will be the court. If this case goes to court, it will be very disadvantageous for us.”

“I have some connections in this area. This will be easy to settle. You just have to take care of your own matters.”

“Understood.”

At this moment, there was a knock on the conference room door and Yang Tiannan’s secretary walked in.

“President Yang, something bad has happened. Lingyun Group has issued an announcement calling out our brake failure!
