58 The Way To Reveal A Manly Character
”Brother Zhang, forget it!” Chen Fan stood up as a peacemaker.

To tell the truth, Chen Fan did not want to quarrel with others about this trivial matter. Furthermore, they were on a ship and not on land, so if anything goes wrong, they had nowhere to run.

”Brother Chen, this is not just a matter of changing to another night model. It’s a matter of principle! I am enraged that the model we chose was taken by somebody halfway through. We have to find her otherwise, this trip isn’t worth it.

Sometimes you feel so helpless in life that it forces you to make a choice. Take this situation as an example, if they clenched their teeth and refrained themselves, they would be free from any trouble. However, if their hearts were overwhelmed with fury, the only thing that they could do is man up and regain their reputation.

About the series of consequences that would occur, we could think about it later after everything is done, or we could just stand back and be a coward. Many conflicts are only due to a small matter and it is not about whether a man has a sensible mind or not, but it’s rather about whether they have the guts to do anything about it.

”Aren’t you supposed to take me there?” Zhang Xueyang turned to the frightened model and shouted.

”Yes, yes, please follow me!” The night model took Zhang Xueyang to find the person who stole Chen Fan’s model.

Sigh!

Chen Fan called Wang Bing to follow. After all, Zhang Xueyang was doing this for his sake, so he couldn’t possibly act like a coward now! Moreover, Chen Fan was not a meek, mild person. When he was in the breakfast nook, he had the guts to fight with Wei Songyue even when he knew that the chances of him winning were very slim, but now, he had even more power and strength than he did then.

The model reluctantly took Zhang Xueyang to a room in the corner and made a ’he’s inside’ sign.

To everyone’s surprise, it was not Zhang Xueyang who was the first to make a move, but it was the man beside him, Kong Zhi instead!

When he noticed that the door was locked, Kong Zhi, who was usually a quiet man acted as though he was a different person. He swung his right leg and with the aid of

the force of his torso, he stomped his left leg on the door and a ’bang’ sound was heard.

The wooden door trembled suddenly, and a loud noise was heard.

The sound was even more effective than the honking sound during an assembly, causing all the men and women in the room that were drinking and playing with the dice to focus their attention on the leader, Zhang Xueyang.

Rubbing his forehead, Chen Fan did not expect that the way they showed up would be so glamorous. The surrounding air was still, indicating that a fight was about to take place.

”What the f*ck! Who the hell are you?” The young man in the middle of the sofa glared at Zhang Xueyang, and the model who sat beside him was Yi Yi. Judging by the unusual treatment that he received and the look of everyone around him, they knew that he was the leader of this group.

”I came here to kill you!” Zhang Xueyang shrugged his shoulders, walked slowly into the room and said, ”It is better to know beforehand who you are snatching a model from, otherwise it may lead to irreparable consequences.”

The man next to him was worked up by his words and stood up. He had a big belly and his face was filled with acne.

He was furious, ”F**k you!”

He was not even able to finish the word ’you’ when Kong Zhi suddenly stepped forward, raised his hand, and gave him a tight slap as fast as lightning. The sound of the slap was crisp and clear. Although it was only a slap on the cheek, the intense pain due to the nerves on his face made him roll on the floor like a shrimp without a backbone.

”My God.” Chen Fan felt like his head was about to burst and to him, it looked like this group of young men wouldn’t be walking out of the room easily.

It was obvious that all the men in the room had quite muscular bodies. Although Chen Fan didn’t have a gun with him, if they really had to fight, Wang Bing could beat them all up alone and not to mention Kong Zhi who was also skilled in fighting and Chen Fan who was extremely self-confident.

The guy on the floor said with a cold tone, ”Not bad, very good! Do you know who I am?” as he got up clapping. ”Do I need to care who you are?” Zhang Xueyang crossed his arms and had a ’whatever’ look on his face.

The young man chattered, ”I am Lei Zhuo but everybody else calls me Brother Lei!”

”Lei Zhuo?” Zhang Xueyang’s expression changed drastically, and he looked uneasy all of a sudden.

Is he someone famous and powerful? Chen Fan tried to recall, but he had no information about this person. The only powerful person in Zhongyun city that Chen Fan knew of was Wei Qing, but he didn’t know the others.

”Lei Zhuo...” Zhang Xueyang muttered to himself, frowned and asked, ”Are you really Lei Zhuo?”

”Oh, I am Lei Tinglong!” Before the man had time to reply, Zhang Xueyang suddenly cried out, ”You are my long-lost grandson!”

Silence, dead silence!

The air around was still and it was difficult to even breathe.

Everyone gave Zhang Xueyang a stupid look. Even the acne guy on the floor forgot to wipe the blood that was dripping out from the corners of his mouth.

...............

”Ah... ”The silence was broken by the young man named Lei Zhuo, who shouted and with a ’whoosh’, he swung his right fist at Zhang Xueyang’s forehead.

Zhang Xueyang had expected that Lei Zhuo would be furious, so just as Lei Zhuo raised up his fist, Zhang Xueyang avoided the hit by dodging two meters away.

Unable to finish off Zhang Xueyang in a single blow, Lei Zhuo did a somersault over the tea table and dashed towards Zhang Xueyang like a starving tiger.

Seeing this, Kong Zhi who was standing by the side swept his legs towards Lei Zhuo suddenly, hoping that Lei Zhuo would trip over.

However, when Kong Zhi’s leg was about to reach Lei Zhuo’s, Lei Zhuo managed to dodge the attack. Just as stood back on the floor, he side kicked Kong Zhi in his groin with his right leg.

With a deep thud, Lei Zhuo’s kick was blocked by Kong Zhi’s elbow instead.

”What a highly skilled martial artist!” Wang Bing, who was enjoying the show blurted out suddenly, but Chen Fan did not know who was he referring to.

Just as he finished his sentence, the young men on the sofa jumped up shouting, while each of them grabbed beer bottles and ashtrays to attack after seeing that their leader had started the fight.

”Shit!” Cursing, Wang Bing slashed a beer bottle with his hand like a knife at lightning speed and kicked the man in mid-air.

The style of using violence against violence was Wang Bing’s style rather than Chen Fan’s. Although he had undergone elite training with Wang Bing for three months, Chen Fan still chose a safer way to attack.

”Huh, are you trying to prove that you know how to smash things?” After muttering to himself, Chen Fan picked up the small wooden bench beside the jukebox and smashed it on the guy who was approaching him.

With a smash, the small bench broke into pieces. The man covered his chest in agony and did not even flinch when a beer bottle fell on his foot.

After smashing him, Chen Fan quickly dodged and hid behind Wang Bing, suddenly making him a human shield .

After seeing that the situation had turned into a group fight, Zhang Xueyang also hid quickly behind Wang Bing after being kicked in the ass.

With the attack of six to seven people at the same time, Wang Bing did not even bother to dodge. After covering his head with his left hand, he didn’t care about his own self-defense. He and his attackers kicked back at each other in an attempt to be the ultimate winner.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

The sound of a body being punched was heard. Wang Bing suffered a few kicks in a row and his left arm was smashed twice by a beer bottle. However, the others were even worse. Wang Bing still looked fine, although they kicked him hard. But when Wang Bing kicked back, it was as if being hit head-on by a truck causing their bodies to fly several meters away. Bang!

Unfortunately for him, the last terrified young man who tried to run away was kicked on his ass by Wang Bing and fell on the sofa.

”Ah …” a few female models who sat on the sofa were stunned, and they cried out in fear. Screaming, they ran out of the room passing Chen Fan like colorful butterflies.

It was only a minute that passed after all this. The group of men who were in high spirits at the beginning were all lying on the floor except for Lei Zhuo who was still standing in shock. Some of them even had foam coming out of their mouths, and nobody knew whether they were alive or dead!

Violence is not good, but it can reveal a person’s character to the greatest extent.

”Friends..I...Lei Zhuo... Ah...” Lei Zhuo wanted to say a few words so that he would not lose face, but before he could finish his words, he howled in pain suddenly! It was Kong Zhi who had been hiding on the other side who kicked Lei Zhuo in his groin when he was not looking.

”Urgh...” The bright red blood spread quickly across his face, his eyes wide opened, and he was in such severe pain that he couldn’t even breathe.

Two seconds later, he fell straight on the bright red carpet.
