56 So Delicious
”Sing? Sing what song?” Zhang Xueyang was stunned as he had no idea what catching a shark had to do with singing a song.

The little beauty said, ”... You... ”

”Oh God, what about me?” Chen Fan opened his hands innocently. ”You said before that if I can’t catch it, I will need to take off my clothes and run around the deck three times!”

”Oh, brother Chen, what is going on? What is this about singing and taking off clothes? I am so confused!”

”The cause of this situation is actually because of...” Chen Fan gave a brief explanation of what had happened.

”I see, then you should sing All Dongbei People Are Living Lei Feng!” Zhang Xueyang said with a sluggish expression, ”Young lady, since you had promised, then you must agree. Make an example of old brother Chen. If he loses, he will definitely take off his clothes and run around the deck.”

”Sing!”

”Sing!”

”We won’t laugh at you!”

The tourists around them were looking forward to seeing a good show, and they were even more eager than Chen Fan.

The beauty’s face turned from red to pale, and finally turned to a sorrowful expression. ”I’ll sing, but you all must promise not to laugh.”

”We won’t, we won’t.”

The surrounding crowd looked so serious, as if they were going to visit a monument that commemorated fallen heroes rather than listen to a very funny song.

”Lao Zhang drove to the northeast and was involved in a hit-and-run accident! Thanks to a northeast man, Lao Zhang was sent to the hospital and had five stitches! After he recovered...” The pretty lady lifted her lips and sang with her sweet voice...

The crowd remained very serious at first while only a few of them covered their mouths and refrained from making noises.

However...

The little girl sang, ”Until all of us here are northeast people, we produce special ginseng, we also make pork noodles.”

The crowd suddenly burst into a series of hysterical laughter and some of them laughed so hard that their stomachs hurt. Chen Fan was one of them.

”...You... Didn’t you all promise not to laugh?” The pretty girl’s face was flushed red with anger and embarrassment.

”Haha... Haha... ” The answer that she got was even louder laughter.

”... Huh...” The pretty girl stomped, pushed through the crowd and ran into the cabin with her face still flushed red.

”Haha... Told her that she shouldn’t bet with me!” Chen Fan sputtered out some saliva while boasting. ”My skill in catching sharks is legendary!”

”Haha, brother Chen, you are really very skilled!” Zhang Xueyang held his stomach and laughed for a long time before he was able to get over it and gave a thumbs-up to Chen Fan.

”Haha, this is only a small matter!” Chen Fan smiled cunningly. ”Brother Zhang, let’s go to the room!”

Chen Fan couldn’t quite stand the weird look given to him by the crowd.

”Come on, let’s go! I’ll ask the chef to chop up the shark and make it into a side dish for our beer afterwards.” Zhang Xueyang laughed non-stop while resting his arm on Chen Fan’s shoulder.

”You are unbelievable, brother Chen. I didn’t know that you even had the ability to catch sharks. It’s not an ordinary skill.” Sitting in a room, Zhang Xueyang ate some nuts and said, ”Last year in Huangbo Bay, there was a man who loved fishing who went out to sea in his two-seater yacht to catch a shark. He used a metal hook and had wire ropes tied to the yacht. He caught the shark, but his yacht flipped over.”

”What an idiot he was!” Chen Fan tossed a fried pecan in his mouth casually. ”How could he tie the ropes to his yacht when he wanted to catch a shark? Did he think that his yacht was a USS American Supercarrier?”

”Yeah, brother Chen, you are amazing. You could even catch a shark that weighs 200 catty. I already asked the waiter to cook the shark,” snickered Zhang Xueyang. The tail of the thresher shark is very good for us!” Zhang Xueyang dusted the peanut shells on his hand.

”Ah... ” Chen Fan leaned back on the sofa with his head resting on his hands with a relaxed expression.

Knock! Knock!

”Come in!”

Two waitresses pushed a small cart into the room. One of them blinked at Chen Fan and pointed at the porcelain jug on the cart. ”Hello, mister. This jug of shark fin soup was cooked by the lady whom you had a bet with. She asked me to leave you a message saying that she would not continue to sing the song for the time being, but she will finish it when you come back here again next time.”

”Oh... Oh...” Zhang Xueyang raised his eyebrows and smiled at Chen Fan. ”Looks like that lady is attracted to you since she found a reason for you to come back next time.”

”Nonsense!”

”Hurry up and serve the dishes, I’m starving.”

”Sure!” After laying out various kinds of food on the table skillfully, the two waitresses bowed and said, ”Please enjoy the food.” and pushed the dining cart out of the room.

”Let’s try out the pretty lady’s cooking!” Chen Fan held up the porcelain jug and sniffed it without further delay.

”Oh, it smells good...” Chen Fan said indulgently.

After sniffing it too, Zhang Xueyang picked up the ladle next to him and scooped up a bowl for everyone. ”Come, let’s try out her cooking and see if her cooking skills match her gorgeous appearance.”

The bowl of shark fin soup that was cooked with tender bamboo shoots immediately perked up their taste buds. After a short while, the whole jug of shark fin soup was empty.

”Delicious… it’s really delicious…” Chen Fan was still chewing on a piece of shark fin cartilage, and finally spit out the mashed cartilage after sucking it clean with the last drop of the soup!

”Very delicious indeed...” Zhang Xueyang also had the same look as Chen Fan. ”Looks like it’s a fact that food cooked by a pretty little girl is much more delicious than the food cooked by a fat cook.”

”By the way, let’s finish all the other food, go into the entertainment room and sing. We’ll have a couple of night models give us a show later tonight.”

”Okay!” Chen Fan replied casually, but he was actually very much looking forward to it!

They were all young, strong men, so ten dishes of delicious food were finished in just a split second.

”Brother Chen, let’s go and sing and play!” Zhang Xueyang burped and went out first.

Turning left in the hallway, Zhang Xueyang went over to the bar, muttered softly for a while and an attendant who wore white overalls immediately led them to a room that had a sea view on the second floor.

This room was larger and more luxurious than the one that they were dining in just now and the entrance had a passageway that connected to a private, separate bathroom that had walls that were covered in blue mosaic.

There was a glass window about ten meters tall and two meters wide. Looking through the pale green glass window you saw the vast ocean view that was as fascinating as it could be.

Sitting on the genuine leather sofa and looking at the dreamy pattern on the wall in front of them, Chen Fan and Wang Bing were astonished by the room’s interior design!

”What song does brother Chen want to sing?” Zhang Xueyang didn’t ask for an attendant, but got up to serve them himself instead.

”Just enjoy yourselves, I was born tone-deaf and I can’t bear to listen to my own singing.” Chen Fan gave a wave of his hand. ”Sing? I would be cast aside by them.”

”How about Brother Wang?” Zhang Xueyang did not force Chen Fan and turned to ask Wang Bing instead.

”Me?” Wang Bing pointed to his nose, and after confirming that Zhang Xueyang was indeed referring to him, he replied awkwardly, ”I only know how to sing Xiao Bai Yang, and We In The Army, and I sing awfully.”

”Ugh...” Zhang Xueyang had no choice but to scratch his head. Neither of them liked to sing, and it was not fun to sing by himself.

”Why don’t we…”

After hesitating for a while, Zhang Xueyang stood up and said, ”It’s indeed a bit weird for men like us to sing songs, so I’m going to ask them to send a few night models over!”
