Different World Card Master: Change the World with Cards

Xu Le was also afraid and didn’t utter a sound, imitating his older brother, sitting properly in his chair. He wished he hadn’t insisted on being with his brother today; he had seen so many scary people.

ಠ╭╮ಠ

The two of them sat like obedient students, listening attentively to the teachers’ speeches, not daring to let their minds wander.

Qian Yonglu glanced at them out of the corner of his eye, almost couldn’t help but laugh out loud, and quickly lowered his head to drink water to hide it.

He had initially thought Bai Xiaobai just looked young, but seeing his actions, it seemed like he really was fresh out of school...

Mr. Qi Hao interjected, ”I’d like to add, according to current statistics, there are a total of 108 students participating in this training camp.”

108 people, that’s quite a lot. They can’t all be in one class; it would be unmanageable. This means it’s best to divide them into classes, at least two classes, but the question is how to divide them.

Afterward, everyone offered many suggestions, but they still couldn’t agree on how to divide the classes, and the discussion got stuck there.

There was no way around it; if they couldn’t decide on class divisions, they couldn’t determine the teachers assigned to each class, and the subsequent steps couldn’t proceed.

Xu Bai thought: ’At this point, someone with status and authority is needed to unify everyone’s opinions.’

Xu Bai looked at Mr. Qi Hao, wondering if he would stand up and speak.

However, to Xu Bai’s surprise, it was someone else who spoke...

”I think we can do both. The basic courses in the morning can be divided into classes, and this division can be based directly on their scores from the first exam.

Then, the afternoon courses can be set as electives. At that time, they can choose courses based on their competition group’s interests or the type of cards they want to create.

I believe that the students who can join the training camp all have a certain level of resilience and won’t be completely discouraged just by being put into a different class.

They need to learn to accept their imperfections, to accept their low scores. Only by accepting these things can they strive harder to learn.

At the same time, I believe they also have a certain degree of autonomy and can choose suitable courses and teachers according to their own needs.

And as teachers, when students have questions, we will certainly answer them seriously. So, as long as they want to learn and improve, they can ask teachers more questions.”

Xu Bai listened to this suggestion, nodded in agreement, and felt that this method was indeed very good.

After all, the students have been studying for so long, and those participating in the training camp are the most outstanding, all top students, not people who need teachers to chase after them to make them study.

To be honest, those who only know how to rote learn really can’t win awards in the innovation competition, so the teachers aren’t worried.

At this point, someone looked at the person who spoke, then silently closed their mouth and nodded in agreement.

The method was indeed good. Perhaps everyone had been a bit too enthusiastic in their discussion earlier and habitually wanted to refute.

After all, no matter how good an idea is, it’s not perfect, and anyone dissatisfied can find fault with it.

So, among all the proposals, this was pretty much the best solution.

Of course, it was also because the person who proposed this solution was extraordinary. The person who said these words was named ’Bai Shan’.

He is the foremost Card Maker of the Tianlong Republic.

Xu Bai was also very pleasantly surprised to see his name tag. He hadn’t noticed him earlier, possibly because the other party was too low-key.

He had learned about some of his deeds from newspapers. Bai Shan’s most famous work is the cards reader used by all Card Makers.

It can be said that he is the pioneer of cardss.

Before him, there was no such thing as a cards, and some people even called him an ’emissary of God’ because he created the cards reader, believing that cardss were a miracle.

Initially, the origin of cardss began in the Tianlong Republic, but due to the Tianlong Republic’s greater restrictions on children’s innovative abilities in education, the development of cardss was also limited.

However, the Luo Lan Empire’s education allowed children to fully utilize their imagination, and their innovative abilities were stronger, leading to faster development of cardss in the Luo Lan Empire. Thus, the Luo Lan Empire’s development at that time outpaced the Tianlong Republic.

Fortunately, the Tianlong Republic later made some changes, creating many cards academies and allowing many ordinary Card Makers to attend school for free, leading to the emergence of a new generation of Card Makers and enhancing the national strength of the Tianlong Republic.

Only then could the Tianlong Republic and the Luo Lan Empire contend with each other... Xu Bai wanted to communicate with Bai Shan and was surprised to see him here. He resolved to find an opportunity to discuss with him during the training camp.

Seeing that no one objected, Mr. Qi Hao made the final decision.

”Alright, student class assignments will be based on this standard. Next, we need to arrange the courses for all the teachers.

For this training, we have invited the new Energy Card Maker Master Bai Shan.”

Bai Shan stood up and bowed to everyone.

”And we also have our Daily Use Card Maker, Ms. Xia Tian.”

As his voice fell, Xia Tian stood up and bowed to everyone.

”At the same time, we have also invited our two Energy Card Makers. This is our old friend, Master Qian Yonglu, whom everyone is familiar with. He created the Coal Energy cards.

And this is Master Bai Xiaobai, who recently created the Wind Turbine cards.”

Through Mr. Qi Hao’s introduction, Qian Yonglu and Xu Bai stood up and bowed to everyone.

Everyone was already familiar with the others, but this was their first time meeting Bai Xiaobai.

Although everyone was a bit surprised that Bai Xiaobai was such a young person, Card Makers are not judged by age, so they all showed him great respect.

After formally introducing everyone, Mr. Qi Hao continued.

”These four masters will primarily be responsible for the specialized elective courses in the afternoon. Students can choose the masters’ classes according to their interests. For the first seven days, they can freely audit, and after seven days, they will need to finalize their choices.”

Everyone felt this was a good arrangement. For the first seven days, students would have some opportunity to choose, and even change their minds after choosing, allowing them to select what they were more skilled at learning.

Once everyone agreed to this arrangement, Mr. Qi Hao then asked the four of them.

”Do you have any ideas for your courses? What type of cards do you plan to teach the students to make?”

As the highest-ranking among the four, Bai Shan spoke first.

”I am most proficient in information-related aspects. I plan to teach students to create information storage and retrieval cardss. Whether they can make them is not important; the main goal is to let them learn this cards-making approach, which is to say, to unleash their innovative abilities and then research in this area.”
