Different World Card Master: Change the World with Cards

153: No talent for namingLi Baoyu nodded. Indeed, nothing can last forever. As long as it’s used, there will be wear and tear.

Li Lan’s eyes lit up as he shared his thoughts.

”Actually, we could design them to be more attractive. Many people will buy things just because they look good. Like my sister, she bought a pile of shoes just because they were pretty.”

Zhao Zixuan tapped the table.

”Actually, the production methods for these two products are quite simple; they just have a Dry Battery added. The new company mainly needs the authorization to sell Dry Batteries.”

Xu Bai was a bit speechless. ”I’m the Card Maker of Dry Battery Cards; how could I not have the authorization?”

”Don’t worry, you don’t need to bother with the authorization. I have this authorization, and the company I create can also have this authorization.”

Li Lan: ”I heard that many Card Makers are currently researching and making products that can use Dry Batteries. Can we really do it?”

Zhao Zixuan: ”I think we can. Even if you don’t believe in ourselves, you should believe in Brother Xu.”

Xu Bai glanced at Zhao Zixuan, this show-off, but did not refute him.

”Next, after you all learn how to make Dry Battery Cards, I’ll tell you some ideas for making other products. At that time, you’ll need to research and make them yourselves. My main research energy will still be focused on batteries.”

”Okay.”

Everyone responded. Many things only need a blueprint; following that blueprint will lead to their creation.

They knew that Xu Bai could probably make them directly if he spent some time, but he asked them to make them to train them. They would study even harder with him.

”First, let me talk to you about starting our company. I know that the three of you each have your own family conglomerates.

However, you are not the heirs of your families. Although your families will give you money, what money is better than the money you earn yourselves?

To put it bluntly, the money you earn yourselves, you can spend however you want.”

Zhao Zixuan: ”Brother Xu, I know that you are actually at a disadvantage by cooperating with us. After all, all these things were made by you, and the company’s future products may also rely on your ideas to be made.

I can assure you that I will not let my family interfere with the new company. If—”

Xu Bai waved his hand, interrupting Zhao Zixuan.

”No, no, no, I don’t want you to completely separate from your families. The company can also cooperate with your companies for mutual benefit. You can go back tonight and communicate with your family members, and then invest money.

Undeniably, the company may still need your families’ help in the early stages, such as providing us with sales channels and exhibition stands.

However, there is one thing I need to make clear: this company does not belong to any of your families.

I will hold 60% of the shares, and for the remaining 40%, each of you will hold 10%.

In this, I will invest with capital and technology. At that time, Zi Xuan and your three families can invest with capital. Li Lan, you and your sister will need to put in more effort to help us manage the company, which counts as investing with talent.”

After he finished speaking, the three people in front of him nodded, having no other objections.

Xu Bai looked at Li Lan, wondering if he had any other ideas.

Li Lan asked somewhat uncertainly, ”Can I really do it? I’m a bit worried that I won’t manage it well.”

”You need to believe that you can. The company will also hire people, and at that time, professionals will assist you. The reason I’m entrusting it to you is because I believe in you.”

A warm current surged in Li Lan’s heart, his eyes glistening with tears, and he nodded.

”I will help you manage the company well and strive not to disappoint your trust.”

Seeing this, Xu Bai’s tone changed.

”I’ll also be upfront. If you want to withdraw, your shares can only be sold to me at the market price at that time and cannot be transferred to others.

Of course, if you die, it can be written in the contract that the shares will be given to a trusted family member. However, it’s best not to reveal this to others, otherwise, someone might kill you to seize the shares in the future, and you’ll have nowhere to seek justice.

At the same time, I hope that even if you cooperate with your family’s companies later, you will prioritize the interests of our company.”

Zhao Zixuan: ”Don’t worry, Brother Xu, we can establish a supervisory body at that time to prevent anyone from abusing their power for personal gain.”

Fang Mu: ”Brother Xu, you can rest assured. This company is also our own company; there’s no need for us to undermine our own company.”

”Okay, since you all agree, I will commission someone to draft the contract and register the company tomorrow. Let’s call the company ’Lightning.’ At a glance, people will know our company is related to the shop.”

”Hehe, Brother Xu, as long as you’re happy.”

Xu Bai heard the oddness in his tone.

Well, he also admitted that he had no talent for naming things. The company’s name wasn’t important; what the company sold was important.

He decided with a wave of his hand... The next day.

The professionals Xu Bai hired arrived at the Card Shop.

This person was recommended by Yin Su. There was nothing Xu Bai could do, as he didn’t have such resources.

Fang Mu and his older brothers didn’t come. They were also shrewd and understood what Xu Bai wanted to express, so they sent their younger brothers with professionals to communicate.

Everyone checked the contract together, confirmed there were no issues, and then signed it.

Today, Lightning Company was established!

After its establishment, the next steps were selecting a location, construction, and hiring.

Xu Bai did not choose to locate it in Province Z but in the capital, Province B. However, he did not choose a developed commercial street but rather a slightly suburban area.

Because the land prices there were cheap and there was more vacant land, Xu Bai could choose a larger area. He didn’t hold back and staked out a large plot of land.

He contracted the company’s construction to General Liu Tianshi, whom he had met at an exhibition.

Perhaps in Xu Bai’s view, if Lei Feng could arrange for people to build a research institute, then Liu Tianshi could certainly arrange for people to build a company.

General Liu Tianshi, the contractor.

Liu Tianshi was stunned when he received this task. Since when did the army have to help build houses?

However, after Xu Bai told him about Lei Feng’s situation, he understood what was going on. In the end, he still agreed to Xu Bai...

Then, regarding recruitment, Zhao Zixuan and the others directly used headhunters to find capable individuals, sending them the company’s future plans and recruitment invitations.

After Xu Bai heard about it, he acted as a hands-off boss, telling them to go ahead and do it with confidence...

And so, a small company called Lightning quietly established itself in the capital, Province B.

No one paid attention to it.

After all, countless companies are founded every day, and countless companies go out of business. Moreover, due to the recent development of new energy, even more new energy-related companies have been established, making this company even less noticeable.

If someone were to see a building under construction at the Lightning Company’s address, they might be curious as to why a small company was spending money to build an office building so quickly.

But unfortunately, that area was suburban, and very few people passed by.
