Different World Card Master: Change the World with Cards

28: Today is FridayZi Xuan, we might not have time to go and learn from Brother Xu today.

Li Baoyu poked Zhao Zixuan’s arm, delivering the bad news to him.

“What’s wrong? Why can’t we learn? Do you have something to do?”

Zhao Zixuan was very confused by this.

“Look at our schedule. Today is all professional classes. Oh my, is the teacher trying to meet a quota today?”

“What? Today is all professional classes? That’s unreasonable.”

Zhao Zixuan turned his head to look at the schedule written on the blackboard at the back of the classroom. He focused his eyes and saw that it really was all professional classes. As if disbelieving, he rubbed his eyes again and looked again.

“Stop staring. Even if you stare until flowers bloom, they’re still professional classes.”

“Alright, then we can go learn after school.”

“Have you forgotten? Today is Friday, and we have to go home.” Fang Mu, who overheard their conversation, walked over and answered Zhao Zixuan’s question.

“Oh, that’s right. Then we don’t have time to learn today. We didn’t tell Brother Xu yesterday, so after school today, let’s go to him across the street and tell him before we go home.”

“Okay.” “Okay, let’s go together then.”

At this moment, the surrounding classmates heard their conversation and gathered around, joining their chat.

Classmate A: “Hey, are you learning from the boss across from the school?”

Zhao Zixuan: “Yes, he is a Two-Star Card Maker, and we are currently participating in the Card Innovation Competition with him.”

Classmate B: “Oh, participating in the competition together. By the way, have you decided what cards you want to make?”

Li Baoyu: “We haven’t decided exactly what to make yet. What about your group?”

Classmate A: “Hehe, we haven’t decided yet either, but it’s about erasers.”

Classmate C: “We haven’t decided yet either. There’s still more than half a month, so think more.”

Li Baoyu: “Oh, erasers. We want to innovate based on the Magnifying Glass.”

Classmate B: “You mean the one that got first place in Province B last year, right? That caused a sensation nationwide last year.”

Classmate A: “Yes, yes, you guys are really amazing. I haven’t even seen the Magnifying Glass yet. Currently, that cards is truly hard to find. I specifically went to Province B during the winter break, but I couldn’t get one at all.”

Classmate C: “You must be aiming for first place, right? We wouldn’t dare.”

Noticing that the classmates were a little envious and a little jealous, Fang Mu said, “It’s good to have a goal. We are now working hard towards that goal. Whether we can achieve it or not is still uncertain.”

Classmate B: “That’s true. Our group is planning to innovate based on the building block toy cards that got first place the year before last. We won’t discuss the specific ideas; it’s a secret.”

Classmate A: “Okay, got it. Don’t worry, I’m not the jealous type. I know my own abilities; I can’t do anything too complicated.”

Zhao Zixuan: “Haha, we are all classmates, don’t think so much. It’s just an academy competition, let’s cheer each other on and try to all win prizes.”

Classmate B: “Right, right, let’s cheer each other on! ヾ(◍°∇°◍)ﾉﾞ!”

Classmate A: “Go! Go!”

Classmate C also let go of a bit of sourness in his heart and regained his spirits: “Mm-hmm, everyone, let’s cheer each other on!”

“Dong dong dong.”

The class bell rang at just the right moment, and everyone immediately stopped talking and returned to their seats.
