Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 2647: Chapter 2643: Are the Children Coming Along?

”Also, it’s me thinking too simply.” Upon hearing this, Nannan felt deflated; nothing would work, only as they said it would.

”You silly kid, what’s simple or complex about this? At your age, it’s not time to think about these things. Just live your days well, and we’ll handle the troublesome stuff.” Qin Xue was really amused by these kids, so precocious, wanting to get involved in everything.

”We’re young, no good advice even if we tried to think.” Of course Nannan was thinking, but at their age, what could they come up with? Whatever the adults said, went.

These kinds of things, children can’t really get involved in; they simply listen to what the elders say and do what they’re told.

This isn’t like talking about learning or similar topics; it’s primarily about safety.

”Don’t be so melancholy at such a young age. For you, just being happy is the best reward for us as elders.” It’s not that Qin Xue doesn’t want them to think more, but as kids, what could they do? All that mattered was knowing they’re well.

”Mom, I get it. I’ll be obedient, so don’t worry about us. Take your time and get things done before coming back.” Cohen didn’t want Qin Xue and the others to delay their tasks because of him.

”Alright, our young master has spoken, so of course I’ll listen and comply.” Qin Xue patted Cohen’s head; he was so precocious.

For the sake of the children, Qin Xue didn’t say anything further nor take any action, but rather thought about how to quickly finish her tasks more effectively.

She was worried that if delayed too long, Cohen’s family would really come, and it would be problematic if they couldn’t return in time.

The family discussed as they walked, and once they’d all decided on what to do, they returned home.

Since everyone was rather tired, after freshening up, they rested; there were no outsiders at home, so Qin Xue let Xue Ling out.

”Xue Ling, tomorrow afternoon we’re going to S Province.” Qin Xue needed to speak with Chu Xiaoqiao about the shop matters in the morning, so couldn’t leave in the morning.

”Alright, what about the kids, are they coming?” Xue Ling understood from Qin Xue’s words that it would be included.

”Yes, Cohen found someone to bring them, and we’ll take our two kids.” Qin Xue nodded; those two kids had been in the space, and she could put them in the space; later, she would just say someone was taking care of them; it wasn’t a problem.

”Alright, no problem with that. But what about Nannan?” Xue Ling was concerned, thinking that Nannan was also at their home now, not just Cohen.

”Tomorrow, after we drop him off at school, we’ll inform his parents to pick him up after school. Dongfang Li can’t pick him up, but his father can, and from what I see, his father doesn’t seem to be without help, so we don’t have to worry.” Qin Xue naturally had thought through these matters when planning to leave.

Otherwise, rushing off would indeed be without any other options.

”That works, but shouldn’t we wait for the child you just saved to get better before leaving?” Xue Ling thought of the pain during blood extraction, which seemed to affect the fetus; though she still proceeded, it was somewhat helpless.

Xue Ling wasn’t saying Qin Xue shouldn’t do it, but concerned about her body’s ability to cope; her blood was different from normal, and providing for the child might be challenging, that’s the worrying part.
