Pioneer Lord: Starting From Daily Intelligence

Chapter 904: Chapter 114: Armory Production Boost and Demster’s Burgeoning Power_2

After the Moon Crown Tree rapidly grew, it provided more flowers without a doubt. What’s more remarkable is that every evening after dusk, when the Witch Moon hangs in the sky, it blooms full of flowers, covering branches with blossoms.

This gives Hela and the Dwarves ample materials, continuously producing more equipment and treasures.

On her first night of cultivation, Hela discovered the effects of these Moon Crown Tree flowers, as if fire represents human civilization, they can produce the Ring of Blazing Flame and Embers in the perfumer’s incense burner.

The Ring of Blazing Flame is a very powerful witchcraft item, quite valuable, and it’s almost never sold outside, kept within Su Li’s vault area as strategic reserves.

What are strategic reserves? It’s about when in a decisive battle, one relies on a wave of reinforcement and capital to let the army sweep the opponent.

The effect of the Ring of Blazing Flame is that, once activated, it causes a bright, solar-like gold ring to form on the knight and officer armor. As long as this ring remains shining on the knight’s armor at the abdomen, the knights can continuously be immune to fire damage. Even amidst the fierce flames of a burning city, they can ride through the sea of fire, heading towards the enemy. Concurrently, their bodies burn with enchantment flames, adding power from Akasha’s Flame Magic to their weapons.

It can be said that at this moment, any hostile force that challenges the Hesse Territory will be extremely shocked. Forget about challenging the Elite Knight Order of the territory; even encountering a wandering knight within the territory and being sliced by an ordinary blade would instantly empty half the blood bar!

It’s just that at this moment, how can the enemy not be shocked into a collapse of morale? Even a Chaos Knight lacks the courage to continue fighting.

Embers, when added to the forging furnace, turn the fire into magic flames, which are Akasha’s Flame, improving the temperature of the fire, allowing mortal weapons forged by the Master of Forging to become extraordinary weapons, embedding a layer of magic. It directly measures up to refined-level equipment.

It can be said that the equipment currently forged in the Hesse Territory already carries characteristics that make them different from mortal items. Even the most basic fine-level weapons can have a first-layer effect of Fire Spike Crystal and Moon Crown Tree Flower tempering, imparting a minor flame damage on a heavy strike and, when encountering demons, shining a dazzling gold light. The price of such equipment had risen to 20 Golden Crowns long ago, and at this moment with the advent of the great expedition, it has only risen to 24 Golden Crowns, which is quite reasonable. In Marle Castle, the price of weapons and equipment may be several times higher. Bear in mind, last year wasn’t a great expedition yet; only wars broke out in the southwestern and southeastern parts of the Empire. A set of dwarf refined-level armor in Marle Castle skyrocketed from less than 30 Golden Crowns to over 65 Golden Crowns.

Apart from these fine-level mortal items, there is also a batch of extraordinary materials in the Hesse Territory. Those weapons crafted from Embers directly become refined-level equipment, counting on the effects of the Imperial Engineering College within the territory, with 5 to 7 refined-level weapons produced daily, along with 1 to 3 sets of refined-level armor.

Belos also shows great interest, saying, ”Lord, we can now earn over 2000 Golden Crowns daily just by selling newly crafted weapons and armor. If this Divine Expedition preparation is a bit more long-term, we might earn nearly 100000 Golden Crowns in a month. Moreover, under these circumstances, we can also reserve a batch of advanced weapons and armor to improve our military arsenal.”

A monthly income of 100000 Golden Crowns is obviously wishful thinking.

This enormous income can probably last for one cycle at most. After all, the Imperial Divine Expedition occurs only once in many years, and the knights will surely gather and join the event soon.

Su Li is merely curious, asking, ”Do knights have that much spare money to buy equipment? During the Radiant Festival, they nearly got emptied by us.”

Belos Dragon Hammer laughed, saying, ”Lord, you underestimate the knights’ wealth. Although they appear to have very little money, as if they’re penniless, even a broken ship still has 3000 nails. For this Divine Expedition, they pawned all kinds of items, trophies, and materials they possessed. Moreover, only about a third of them got emptied, and a significant number won the final bets in the contests and didn’t join our territory. These people are quite wealthy.”

”Pawned all the things they have?” Su Li smiled, ”That’s really squeezing the last drops out. After selling these things, how’s their wealth?”

”Very high,” Belos Dragon Hammer said excitedly, ”Yesterday alone, we acquired over 20 pounds of Vibranium, and today we expect even more.”

”20 pounds of Vibranium?” Su Li’s pupils shook, asking, ”Where did they get Vibranium?!”

That’s a banned item for smuggling, and all large iron ore must be controlled by the Lords. These Ranger Knights have no power, nor are they smuggling caravans, where did they get Vibranium?

”This is exactly what I mentioned earlier, even a broken ship has 3000 nails. These Ranger Knights, Adventurers, and Evil Land drifters wander and battle everywhere, always able to find some Vibranium-containing items or weapon fragments. Some even discovered daggers containing precious metals. We’ve collected nearly a hundred pounds of various precious metals during this time.”
