Build a Fifty-meter Giant Mecha at the Beginning!

178: The Lunar University will be established and the weather modification device will be successful.”Xiao Zhang, can this weather modification device be built now?”

The Top Leader wished Zhang Yuanhang could immediately produce a weather modification device.

This way, the lives of Chinese farmers would improve.

”Chief, I will build the weather modification device as quickly as possible.”

Zhang Yuanhang nodded.

The weather modification device is composed of one hundred and eight components, each capable of altering the surrounding weather.

When all one hundred and eight components are integrated, they can change the weather conditions within a two-thousand-kilometer radius.

To expand the range, another set of weather modification devices would suffice.

”Good, Xiao Zhang, if you need anything, just talk to Xiao Jia.”

The Top Leader nodded.

”Mhm.”

Zhang Yuanhang nodded, then went to find Academician Zhao, Academician Sun, and others.

Meanwhile, Academician Wu and others on the Space Combat Platform departed the Space Combat Platform aboard a Space Freighter, returning to Shancheng Military Base.

At the same time.

The Top Leader and others returned to the conference room and held a meeting.

This was because the Ministry of Education had just submitted a proposal.

The Ministry of Education planned to establish a Moon University on the Moon to cultivate various aerospace talents.

”Everyone, what are your opinions on the Ministry of Education’s proposal?”

The Top Leader was quite satisfied with the Ministry of Education’s proposal; being on the Moon would give students an initial understanding of weightlessness and various cosmic environments.

”I think it’s too early to establish a Moon University now, isn’t it?”

”What’s too early! Nowadays, Kunpeng Space Freighters and Azure Dragon Space Battleships are being mass-produced, and a large number of personnel will definitely be needed in the future.”

”That’s right, merely holding training classes on The Entire Blue Star can no longer meet the needs of our China.”

...Some of the high-ranking officials present believed that establishing a Moon University was an urgent matter.

”That’s right, Chief, although Xiao Zhang’s development of the Azure Dragon Space Battleship has the assistance of artificial intelligence, it still requires a large number of personnel.”

”One Azure Dragon Space Battleship requires five thousand officers and soldiers, and that doesn’t even count the auxiliary Sentinel Mechas.”

”If we don’t establish a Moon University, we definitely won’t be able to handle it when the number of Azure Dragon Space Battleships increases.”

Elder Wang also spoke.

Everyone listened and nodded in agreement; if the Capital hadn’t prepared personnel training in advance, no one would be available to operate the Azure Dragon Space Battleships this time.

”Since that’s the case, approve the Ministry of Education’s proposal to establish a Moon University on the Moon to train relevant personnel.”

”The annual investment is temporarily set at two hundred billion.”

The Top Leader said.

Education must be heavily invested in!!!

When the news that the Government was establishing a Moon University on the Moon spread.

The entire China became excited.

”Holy cow, holy cow, a Moon University has even come out.”

”Looking at the country’s attitude, will it not be long before the Moon is incorporated into our Chinese territory?”

”Isn’t that a foregone conclusion?”

”When I was little, I just wanted to go to college, but now kids are going directly to college on the Moon.”

...Chinese Netizens were both shocked that the country was establishing a university on the Moon and rushed to the Government’s official website to inquire about the admission requirements for the Moon University.

Meanwhile, European Government leaders also learned that China was going to establish a university on the Moon.

Consequently, European national leaders immediately instructed their Ministry of Foreign Affairs to contact the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs without hesitation.

They expressed that no matter the cost, they wanted to send students to study at the Moon University.

Prestigious universities on The Entire Blue Star never imagined that their thunder would be stolen by a university that hadn’t even been built yet.

The president of John Bull’s Harvard University called all the school’s executives and some professors together overnight.

”Gentlemen, we are now facing a huge challenge: China is establishing a Moon University on the Moon.”

”In the future, our school is very, no, extremely likely to be trampled underfoot by them.”

The Harvard University president said with a grave expression, then suddenly paused, noticing some professors missing.

”Why aren’t all the people here?”

The Harvard University president asked, puzzled.

”That, President, the missing professors have all immigrated to China.”

At this moment, a Harvard University executive stepped forward and spoke.

Immediately, the Harvard University president’s face turned exceptionally grim; these people left too quickly.

The remaining professors also exchanged glances; many of them had been hesitant about whether to immigrate to China.

Now it seemed better to immigrate sooner; their colleagues had left without a sound.

If they were late in joining China, wouldn’t they miss out?

Moreover, with China now establishing a Moon University, it would greatly aid their scientific research in the future, as some experiments conducted on The Entire Blue Star might yield unexpected results on the Moon.

The Harvard University president never imagined that the hearts of these professors were already in China.

This scene was now playing out across The Entire Blue Star.

Top scientists and professors had already immigrated to China, and then China suddenly announced the establishment of a Moon University, which completely drew away the remaining people’s loyalty.

At this moment.

The Eagle Country Leader, Ike, was fuming as he looked at the documents in his hand.

”Damn it, these damned scientists, at our Eagle Country’s most difficult time, they’re actually thinking of taking their money and fleeing!”

Ike said angrily.

”Boss, what do we do now?”

The secretary asked from the side.

If these scientists were allowed to leave, they would take billions of dollars in assets from the Eagle Country.

If they were not allowed to leave, the impact would also be huge.

”Find some excuses to prevent them from leaving the country.”

”At the same time, send people to talk to them; if they remain stubborn, then thoroughly investigate them, and once any criminal activity is found, directly lock them up!”

Ike’s meaning was very clear.

If you obediently stay in the Eagle Country, then nothing will happen.

But if you insist on leaving, then sorry, our Eagle Country will take action against you.

”Yes!”

The secretary nodded.

He immediately went to arrange for people to deal with these scientists who wanted to leave.

The news of the Eagle Country taking action against scientists planning to immigrate immediately spread across The Entire Blue Star.

It caused an uproar for a time.

”Oh, oh, didn’t many people say that the Eagle Country is a land of freedom? Why isn’t it free now?”

”Exactly, the Eagle Country’s true colors are showing now!”

”Hahaha, I’m even more amused by those who immigrated from our China to the Eagle Country; they’re probably regretting it bitterly now!”

...Chinese Netizens laughed at this moment.

Shancheng Military Base.

At this time, Zhang Yuanhang and his team had already completed the first component of the weather modification device.
