Build a Fifty-meter Giant Mecha at the Beginning!

166: Heading to the moon to install electromagnetic rail guns, anti-gravity vehicles begin mass production!Just then, the person in charge of the Electromagnetic Railgun came to Academician Zhang Yuanhang’s side.

”Academician Zhang Yuanhang, we are facing a problem now.”

”Our launch speed could be faster, but we have to package the goods to prevent them from being severely burned by friction when passing through the atmosphere.”

”Can we use something similar to a container, made of heat-resistant ceramic tiles and titanium alloy, to load the goods and then launch them?”

The person in charge took out a model and a piece of paper with relevant data on it and handed them to Academician Zhang Yuanhang.

Academician Zhang Yuanhang looked at it and saw that the size did not exceed that of the Electromagnetic Railgun, so he nodded, ”This size is just right; it can be used to load goods.”

”Alright, alright, then Academician Zhang Yuanhang, I’ll have someone customize it right away.”

The person in charge showed a beaming smile.

By using this type of container to load goods, they could save at least half the time.

This would allow the Electromagnetic Railgun to achieve its maximum launch speed.

After the person in charge of the Electromagnetic Railgun left, Academician Zhang Yuanhang walked towards the workshop where the second Electromagnetic Railgun was being manufactured.

Academician Wu was leading his researchers in completing the manufacturing of the last component.

”Xiao Zhang, you’ve come at just the right time; we just finished the last component.”

Academician Wu and others smiled as they looked at Academician Zhang Yuanhang.

”Very good, now it can be sent to the Electromagnetic Railgun to be launched into Space.”

”Then we will go to the Moon to install the Electromagnetic Railgun, and after that, we can fully produce Electromagnetic Railguns.”

Academician Zhang Yuanhang laughed, saying that the production line for the Kunpeng Space Freighter on the Moon was also nearing completion.

Once the Electromagnetic Railgun was installed on the Moon, Kunpeng Space Freighters would be mass-produced.

”Xiao Zhang, let the young people handle this matter.”

”The base can’t do without you!”

Upon hearing Academician Zhang Yuanhang mention the Moon, the elderly Academician Wu, as if possessed by Su Bingtian, instantly appeared beside Academician Zhang Yuanhang.

He gripped Academician Zhang Yuanhang’s hands tightly.

Academician Zhang Yuanhang felt as if his hands were caught in a pair of large pliers.

”Academician Wu, don’t worry, I won’t be going up.”

”At that time, it might be up to you to go up personally.”

Academician Zhang Yuanhang knew that the motherland would not allow him to do such dangerous things now.

At the same time, Academician Zhang Yuanhang looked at Academician Wu with concern.

Academician Wu had been with him the longest for this Electromagnetic Railgun, and he would definitely need to lead the team personally to install these Electromagnetic Railguns.

He wondered if Academician Wu’s body could withstand it.

”Yes, Xiao Zhang, I will go personally at that time; don’t think I’m old.”

”But I’ve kept my body in very good shape.”

Academician Wu saw Academician Zhang Yuanhang’s concern and patted his chest, saying.

”Mhm, mhm, Academician Wu, please take care of your body then!”

Academician Zhang Yuanhang certainly didn’t want Academician Wu to collapse.

Academician Zhang Yuanhang had been cooperating with Academician Wu for all these years, and their collaboration was quite harmonious.

”Mhm, mhm, Xiao Zhang, I won’t chat with you anymore; I’ll go prepare now.”

Thinking that he would soon be leading a team to the Moon, Academician Wu was a little excited.

He hadn’t expected that with one foot in the grave—no, rather, his entire body below his head—he would still get to visit the Moon.

At this moment, Academician Zhao, who was building the Anti-gravity car production line, learned that his good friend Academician Wu was going to work on the Moon, and for a moment, the word ’envy’ filled Academician Zhao’s eyes.

”Damn it, I didn’t expect Old Wu to actually get to go to the Moon.”

Academician Zhao said.

”Academician Zhao, the production lines for all three types of vehicles have been completed.”

Just then, a worker quickly ran over, smiling as he said.

After several months of working overtime, the production lines for the three vehicle types—sports cars, sedans, and trucks—were finally completed.

The Shancheng Leader also arrived upon hearing the news.

After inspecting the three production lines, the Shancheng Leader was incredibly excited; these three production lines would be the pillar of Shancheng’s economy in the future.

Only Shancheng on The Entire Blue Star could manufacture Anti-gravity cars, and at that time, orders would surely pour in like snowflakes.

After viewing the production lines, the Shancheng Leader jogged to Academician Zhao’s front.

”Academician Zhao, how many cars can these three production lines produce each month?”

The Shancheng Leader was so nervous that he tightly clutched the corner of his clothes.

”This sports car can produce two hundred units per month.”

”The sedan can produce ten thousand units per month, and the truck can produce fifteen hundred units per month.”

Academician Zhao said, handing a data sheet about these production lines to the Shancheng Leader.

Seeing these figures, the Shancheng Leader was thrilled.

The sports car was priced at three million, the sedan at four hundred thousand, and the truck at eight hundred thousand.

The cost of these Anti-gravity cars was at most two hundred thousand, with the rest being pure profit.

The most, most, most important thing was that there was no need to worry about Anti-gravity cars not selling. The biggest concern was insufficient production capacity.

”Then, Academician Zhao, can the production line start now?”

”I’ve already trained the workers!”

During this time, the Shancheng Leader had not been idle, entrusting all Shancheng affairs to others.

He personally led the training of workers, and after the Shancheng Leader’s efforts, five thousand skilled workers were trained.

”Of course, it can.”

Academician Zhao looked at the Shancheng Leader in surprise; Academician Zhao hadn’t expected the Shancheng Leader to have trained workers.

Now it seemed that the production line would be able to fully produce Anti-gravity cars in a day or two.

”Good, good, I’ll go call the workers to come to work now.”

The Shancheng Leader was decisive, and soon a large number of workers arrived at the workshop and began manufacturing Anti-gravity cars according to their training.

At the same time.

Major news outlets across China also immediately announced that Shancheng’s Anti-gravity cars had officially begun production and were preparing for delivery.

”Oh my god, oh my god, when I ordered the car, I was ranked first, does that mean I’ll be able to get my Anti-gravity car soon?”

”That should be right. I should also be among the first batch of Anti-gravity car owners. Shancheng just called me to go to Shancheng for Anti-gravity car driving training.”

”Wuwuwu, how did you guys get the spots? I still haven’t placed an order!”

”Hehe, smart me, seeing that I couldn’t get a sedan or a sports car, I bought a truck!”

...The Chinese public was incredibly excited, especially those who had ordered cars, who jumped several meters high with joy.

They had originally thought there was no hope of receiving an Anti-gravity car this year.

But it turned out that Shancheng had already begun producing Anti-gravity cars.

Where there was laughter, there were also tears. Following the news that Shancheng’s Anti-gravity cars were ready for delivery, the automotive sectors of various countries on The Entire Blue Star plummeted.

Major foreign car companies were on the verge of collapse because they found that they had not only lost the huge Chinese market.

Their high-end customers in their own countries also flocked to China, wanting to snap up an Anti-gravity car.

All high-end cars from major car companies became unsellable, adding insult to injury for these companies!!!
