A Sorcerer’s Journey

Chapter 853: Chapter 846: Abyssal Mountain Range

On the Wizard Continent, Green roamed between the Holy Towers like an itinerant scholar, leaving traces of his journey across the land.

During this time, Sixth-Ring True Spirit Wizard and Seventh-Ring True Spirit Wizard both contacted Green through their subordinate stigmas, hoping the famous Third-Level Great Sorcerer would create his Sorcerer’s Tower within their systems when achieving the stigmata, offering various conditions that were ultimately declined by Green claiming the Oblivion Tower needed special geographical conditions.

Fifty years later.

When Green arrived at the Tianyuan Mountain Range of the Second Ring Holy Tower, he stopped, exhibiting an incredulous joy.

Throwing a metal hunched miner he was researching into the Dimensional Gap, Green picked up a black ore, murmuring to himself: ”Mojin Essence?”

Mojin Essence is a high-level alchemical material, extremely dense and hard, usually requiring high gravity for formation, thus Wizard World typically chooses worlds with high gravity rules for acquisition.

And now, there’s actually an exposed Mojin Essence mine in Wizard World that hasn’t been discovered or mined?

At this moment, Green was in the Tianyuan Mountain Range, while within the Second Ring Holy Tower’s domain, it was at the edge of the tower’s reach due to the vastness of its territory, with no Sorcerer’s Tower around the expansive region.

Furthermore, the reason Green came to this desolate region was because the massive valley formed by the Tianyuan Mountain Range in Wizard Continent was actually a famous Demon Ancestor Crater in Wizard World!

Demonic Qi permeates, repelling and rejecting the seasonal day-night rules of Wizard World like the True Spirit Crater.

”Xiao Ba, what do you think of this place?”

Green asked the creature on his shoulder.

”Anyway, any place suffused with Demonic Qi in Wizard Continent is unsuitable for Sorcerer’s Tower establishment, as the ordinary humans can’t adapt to the Demonic Qi, making rapid propagation impossible.”

Green shook his head helplessly, saying, ”I have naturally evolved past the shackles to become a Level Four Creature, and don’t really need the Sorcerer’s Tower’s Source of Magic Power support. The true function of this Oblivion Tower is to continuously supply Demonic Qi to the Abyssal Depth Magic Staff using the Source of Magic Power, maintaining the True Demon Body permanently and boosting spiritual power by fifty points on the same level!”

”That’s easy, let’s complete the Sorcerer’s Tower construction during this civilization war’s full alert, so no other Wizard Academy will initiate war. Meanwhile, we can introduce some ordinary humans from the Abyssal Underworld to slowly propagate, as this is just the edge of the Demon Ancestor Crater and regular wizards and apprentices can adapt quite well.”

Xiao Ba suggested.

”Uh-huh.”

Green nodded, the two-colored eyes under the Truth Mask gazing toward the majestic and vast Tianyuan Mountain summit, calmly saying, ”Then, let’s first set up a large laboratory here to study the Metal Destroyer civilization as a gimmick, gather the initial batch of academy teachers, and prepare to break through this final layer of shackles. Once the timing is right, apply to the Two Rings True Spirit Wizard to establish the Wizard Academy!”

There is a five-hundred-year buffer from the application to establish a Wizard Academy to forming a Source of Magic Power, as was the case with the Nine-Headed Fury Wizarding Academy.

...

Ten years later.

Cappuccino and Yifan were strolling through a bustling night market in the central town of a Three-Ring Holy Tower, leading a carefree life as stray sorcerers.

Their affection deeper than the seas, the two were in such harmony, arousing envy.

Suddenly, Cappuccino took out a Crystal Ball, Seven-Colored Runes diffusing, and upon seeing Green’s two-colored eyes under the Truth Mask, exclaimed joyfully, ”Mentor?”

Beside them, Yifan also looked at Green, silently saluting.

”Uh-huh.”

Through the Crystal Ball, Green nodded towards the two, saying faintly, ”Cappuccino, Yifan, come to the Tianyuan Mountain Range of the Second Ring Holy Tower; I’ve established a large laboratory here for studying the Metal Destroyer civilization—the future site of my Sorcerer’s Tower, your future home.”

”Home?”

Sharing a glance of surprise, Cappuccino and Yifan nodded at Green joyously.

”Mentor, are you about to achieve the stigmata?”

Yifan asked with incredulous nervousness.

”Gagaga, isn’t that obvious? Had your mentor not chosen a unique promotion path, you’d have long been the Oblivion Tower Sorcerer Academy Headmaster.”

Xiao Ba said smugly.

...

Six Rings Sacred Tower Rage Wizard Academy.

Starting with the Demon-Hunting adventures of the Seven Rings Holy Tower, then weathering the tragic memories of the Black Sorcerer Continent, over these decades, Kretia’s peaceful mentor life at the Six Rings Holy Tower Nine Angry Heads Academy gradually melted away the malevolent hostility in her heart.

The short skirt with red scorpion prints, her seductive figure, fair skin, and the undulating chest narrated some elemental basics for the wizard apprentices; her eyes were waves as if ready to melt people away.

A truly man-eating enchantress!

The lecture hall was already packed, and even outside the door wizards apprentices gathered, gazing fervently at this unique alluring witch.

Suddenly, Kretia took out the Crystal Ball, communicating joyfully for a moment, then apologetically addressed the numerous apprentices in the hall: ”Apologies, this might be my last lecture at Nine-Headed Fury Academy; a distant Wizard Academy needs me more, and is calling me.”

Days later.

Leaving the Nine-Headed Fury Wizard Academy with Kretia, besides Green rescuing sixteen wizards in the Dark Domain including Third-Level Great Sorcerer Saladin, there were Second Senior Brother Varro and Mother Alice, their respective disciples, and six wizards supported from the Nine-Headed Fury Wizard Academy.

...

Seven Rings Holy Tower Isar Family.

Amrond and Isabelle, looking at Green’s figure in the Crystal Ball, were incredulous: ”Green, are you truly about to achieve the stigmata?”

”Probably a few hundred more years, I still need to make some final preparations, but the site of the Sorcerer’s Tower has been determined, just not formally applied to the Holy Tower.”

Green spoke deeply.

Isabelle keenly noticed Amrond’s distraction and quickly said: ”Green, congratulations! According to the contract, we shall handle the academy’s construction part...”

Before Isabelle finished, Amrond abruptly raised his head, looking to Green, ”Besides the Isar Family, the Blood Sail Alliance will give you the greatest support!”

Amrond’s foothold in the Isar Family was due largely to the Blood Sail Alliance influence, especially after the Heisota Sorcerer Academy became history.

Hearing the desired reply, beneath Green’s Truth Mask, a smile emerged.

...

Seven Rings Holy Tower.

Mili received news from Green and almost without hesitation, abandoned her Demon-Hunting Sorcerer identity, flying towards Green’s laboratory atop the Tianyuan Mountain of the Two Rings Holy Tower.

Meanwhile, upon receiving the news, Wiki, Solon, and Lulianmian all expressed congratulations, but nothing further.

Only Lulianmian expressed interest in Green Laboratory’s research and was willing to come by, though without intending to relinquish her Demon-Hunting Sorcerer identity to become an academy mentor.

...

A friend of Green’s during the same period at Heisota Sorcerer Academy, Yorkliana, holding a Crystal Ball with her wizened visage showing astonishment.

”Sorcerer’s Tower!? Fine, I’ll be right over...”

One sorcerer after another who had interacted with Green received his Crystal Ball message, the largest number being some disciples and students Green mentored during his time at Heisota and Nine-Headed Fury Academy.

Especially during Nine-Headed Fury Wizard Academy’s war, while Green served as academy guard Concealer and special mentor, he taught many good mentors.

Among these individuals, most chose to converge on a nondescript laboratory in the Tianyuan Mountain Range of the Second Ring Holy Tower. (To be continued.
