Daily Intelligence System: Don't Kill Me, Honey!

Second is: Storing Grain!

Currently, the agricultural production of Huangzhou Prefecture is not just good, but very good, exceptionally good.

The reservoir ensures harvest regardless of drought or flood, and additionally, officials from the Science and Technology Department and the agriculture sector are cultivating new seeds. Under Chen Jie’s instructions, the overseas department of the Commerce Ministry is looking for sweet potatoes and potatoes, high-yield crops, in the Southern Ocean and nearby islands.

As long as these things are found, the grain in Huangzhou Prefecture will see a terrifying increase.

Of course, even without high-yield crops like sweet potatoes currently, Huangzhou Prefecture’s irrigation and large-scale agriculture still have high potential, stocking up substantial amounts of grain for Chen Jie. In future, during times of widespread turmoil, what will be most valuable is undoubtedly grain, which makes the agricultural foundation very important.

Third is: Expanding Business Models.

This is a requirement for Shen Wansan, mainly including two aspects: opening up the Northern market and business in the various Southern Ocean islands, to exchange for more useful materials, gather more capital, and support the upcoming high development of Huangzhou Prefecture.

Fourth is: Politics.

At present, the six prefectures of Huangzhou are developing well, and neighboring Sui Province and other regions’ people also long to join the development of the six prefectures of Huangzhou. Chen Jie welcomes this, welcoming people from all regions to join, enriching the population.

Moreover, it can expand domestic demand, which is beneficial for the overall market development.

Fifth is: Education.

Education is the future of Huangzhou Prefecture. Chen Jie proposed to promote primary schools down to the village level, vigorously cultivating new generations, and then setting up fast-track classes. Additionally, some young graduates need to be arranged to go to grassroots positions.

In each village, establish the position of deputy village chief, allowing these graduates from the school to intern immediately. After two years, replace the original village chief to complete Chen Jie’s comprehensive grasp of the grassroots.

Sixth: Medical Care.

In every county of Huangzhou Prefecture, a Traditional Chinese Medicine hall must be built, and students from the Medical College must be enrolled significantly. Bai Wenjing and others need to intensify the cultivation of medical strength, focusing on training emergency knowledge like bandaging injuries to prepare for war.

Seventh: Technology.

The technology department needs to refine the firearms scheme, aiming to make a new type of firearm with a range within a hundred meters within two years. Chen Jie also proposed the grenade scheme and cannon scheme.

The foundation for the development of Huangzhou Prefecture is too shallow, and thus only efforts on firearms can be made.

Currently, the power of firearms, the new-style firearms can at most threaten Bone and Muscle Realm experts, and grenades cannot kill those of Energy Transformation Level. Additionally, cannons cannot pose any danger unless those at Energy Transformation stupidly take a direct hit from a cannon.

This is the barrier of firearms development.

This world still prioritizes Martial Arts, and currently, firearms can only make up for the lack of low-end combat power.

However, Chen Jie has seen those terrifying firearms of later generations, the mushroom weapon for world peace. Whether an Earthly Immortal can withstand one shot is unknown to Chen Jie, but he can’t at the Melt God Realm.

Therefore, the Science and Technology Department needs to focus its development, as the future belongs to technology.

Besides these, there are related development plans, a total of twenty-four, also known as the Two-Year Plan, twenty-four items.

After Chen Jie completed these systematic plans, he led the attendees to consecutively visit the military camp representatives, the White Tiger Army.

And delivered an important speech, the same as what Chen Jie had just spoken about.

After speaking, Chen Jie looked at Hu Weiyong beside him and said: ”Old Hu, what’s the next stop?”

Upon hearing this, Hu Weiyong immediately replied: ”It should be the civil affairs department visit.”

Chen Jie nodded and looked at Si Xi and said: ”Si Xi, let’s see your civil affairs department.”

Saying this, Chen Jie led Hu Weiyong and others to visit the civil affairs department, Si Xi, representing this department, received them throughout the visit. Chen Jie looked at the finance, taxation, agriculture, Ministry of Personnel, and relevant heads of the inspection department, providing them with respective encouragements.

After conducting relevant consolations, Chen Jie was subsequently taken to Huangzhou First Academy.

Chen Jie is the principal of this academy; upon arrival, he was greeted with enthusiastic cheers from the students.

Seeing these sixteen or seventeen-year-old, spirited young people, Chen Jie was stirred, feeling that the future rested in their hands.

The students were equally fervent, chanting: ”Long live the Principal.”

Chen Jie waved to them, and then a large-scale speech was held on the campus square, involving thousands.

The content of the speech was ”Youth Huangzhou.”

When the youth is strong, Huangzhou is strong; when the youth is intelligent, Huangzhou is intelligent...

A passionate speech, making the students even more fervent, they have already considered Chen Jie as their sole leader, and whoever dares to challenge Chen Jie in the future will face the most terrifying backlash!

The academy visit quickly passed, next was the Medical College, at this point, Chen Jie spoke to these medical students, telling them that they were the heroes saving lives, the survival of three million people across the six prefectures of Huangzhou relied entirely on them.

Speaking this, the students were full of fervor, each couldn’t help but wish to sacrifice everything for Huangzhou Prefecture.

Looking at these excited students, Chen Jie understood that striving to become the world’s Martial Arts champion was a personal endeavor. To achieve it, defeating Zhang Sanfeng or Basiba, then one can be the Martial Arts Supreme of the world.

But if you aspire to become the Emperor, support from the populace is indispensable.

Winning the world is even harder than becoming the Martial Arts champion.

Chen Jie wants both to become the Martial Arts champion and to change the world to become the supreme Emperor, so Chen Jie must grasp both firmly and make both strong.
