Ning An's Wild Wish System

”I think we need to redefine the vigor of an eighty-year-old man’s pelvic muscles; his control is even stronger than mine, a young man in my twenties. Brother Sect Leader, can you ask him if he regularly does pelvic exercises.”

”This is hilarious, is everyone’s attention so peculiar? Can’t stop focusing on the old man’s pelvic muscles.”

...

The old man’s act of feigning madness was naturally within Wang Sheng’s expectations.

To help Wang Baosheng scheme for Wang Wenyan’s support, Wang Sheng was thoroughly familiar with the situation.

Wang Sheng sneered disdainfully and simply watched him quietly.

”Hiss ~ Oh, hiss ~ Oh....”

As the entire mediation judgment was stuffed into the old man’s pelvis, although his face twisted in pain, the smugness on his face was unmistakable.

He arrogantly looked up at Wang Sheng, not saying a word, but clearly written on his face was — how’s that, do you accept it or not?

However.

Before he could be smug for half a minute.

Slap!

”If your pelvis enjoys these, go ahead, I have plenty.”

The next moment, Wang Sheng took a pile of mediation judgments from the assistant’s briefcase.

A cursory glance showed there were at least a dozen.

Seeing Wang Sheng’s slightly amused expression, the netizens laughed and slammed their tables loudly.

”I’m dying of laughter; if your pelvis enjoys this, is that even human speech?”

”Gotta say, even though Wang Sheng isn’t exactly good, I kinda like his approach; fearing the old man’s pelvis isn’t satisfied, he even brought out extra.”

”Pelvis: After following you all my life, now I can finally enjoy this.”

”How can one judgment be enough? If foreigners saw it, they’d think we couldn’t provide! One for each hole, I mean, one for each hole!”

”Nine holes, reunification, right there and then enlightenment, I keep saying today’s netizens are clever.”

...

The old man thought by ”swallowing” a mediation judgment, there’d be no more judgments today, allowing the matter to temporarily end, giving him time to plan his comeback.

But he truly didn’t expect that given various circumstances, such documents are never brought in just one copy.

Enraged and humiliated, he tried to get up and tear that pile of judgments.

But his legs were already weak; with the intensifying pain in his pelvis, his butt barely lifted ten centimeters before he fell back down again.

Looking at the ridiculous sight of the old man, a flicker of insidiousness flashed across Wang Sheng’s face, then he loudly berated, ”You’re destroying a mediation judgment on the spot, it’s a trampling of the law, an insult to the national emblem!”

”Based on legal procedures, if the party’s actions are too extreme, the judgment doesn’t require the party’s signature; the mediator signs, the mediation judgment takes effect, and it’s enforced by the court!”

”...”

Watching Wang Sheng putting a big hat on Wang Baosheng, the old man became dazed, Ning An slightly furrowed his brow.

Frankly, Wang Sheng’s actions and words weren’t wrong.

If dissatisfied with the judgment, they could file a suit, tearing the judgment apart on the spot was disrespectful to the judicial system and liable for legal responsibilities.

Previously, even if the old man refused to sign, the court was helpless, sometimes having to privately persuade Wang Wenyan to take care of the old man till his end.

As long as either party refused to sign the mediation judgment, it was invalid, regardless of how many seals it bore, it was useless.

But now, the old man’s brilliant move directly changed the course of events.

In cases involving mediators, they’re often tricky or defiant; to ensure social stability, in extreme situations a mediator can sign off without the party’s signature for the judgment to take effect.

However, generally mediators don’t do this.

Whoever signs bears responsibility; once a mediator signs, if the party appeals and wins in court, the mediator is legally liable.

Also, if a mediator signs to enforce a mediation judgment, an unsatisfied party might give the mediator some ”surprise” in real life.

So generally, mediators won’t directly sign to enforce a mediation judgment.

But Wang Sheng was different; he sneered, picked up a pen, prepared to sign the judgment for its enforcement.

Witnessing Wang Sheng ready to sign, the ladies on site praised him.

”This lad has got it; initially he mistook people, now he’s mending the situation, not too late.”

”Yeah, this old fool’s truly inhumane; I thought he just lost his daughter, turns out he has children strewn everywhere.”

”Quickly get this old thing buried; living is just being a menace.”

”Right, right, too bad our country doesn’t allow euthanasia; otherwise, I’d first poison him into unconsciousness then tearfully sign him off for euthanasia, wouldn’t that be nice? Anyway, he’s over eighty, no one would suspect why he suddenly fell unconscious.”

...

The scolding from the ladies directly boiled the old man to a fever.

Seeing the pen tip nearing the judgment, symbolizing the drop of fate, the old man’s mind raced.

He had to come up with a way to prevent the judgment’s enforcement.

Otherwise, his forthcoming life would be worse than death.

”Stop! Stop, I’ve thought of it, I’ve thought of it...”

In a flash, the old man held his phone, suddenly shouted, his expression visibly excited.

Wang Sheng’s face turned ruthless, not pausing his pen, but accelerating, intending to sign before he spoke.

But writing can’t be faster than speaking.

”He, he’s my biological son!”

With those words, Wang Sheng’s complexion drastically changed; he glared viciously at Wang Baosheng, as if an evil ghost emerged from hell.

The ladies on site noticed this scene with some confusion.

”He may be your biological son, but you didn’t raise him. Want forgiveness now? You’re dreaming.”

”Old chap, you’ve lost your mind. You’re his biological father, abandoned him — imagine how much he must resent you?”

”Exactly, without a mediation ruling requiring you to pay child support, it’s human kindness. What more do you want?”

...

But now, the old man’s unencumbered audacity had him sprawling on the ground, holding up his phone screen, arrogantly shouting: ”According to our country’s regulations, generally, a mediator can’t be a party’s relative, hence the avoidance system.

Though in certain cases, a mediator with familial ties to the party might be more acceptable and resolve disputes faster, primarily fairness in mediation remains the priority.

If the party objects to a relative as mediator, the mediation committee should appoint another depending on circumstances.”

With those words, the watching crowd became puzzled, not understanding his mumbling.

But Wang Wenyan observed the increasingly grim Wang Sheng, quickly pieced it together.

Yet she remained silent, standing still.

The livestream viewers, with nimble minds, immediately grasped the key point.

”By this logic, Wang Sheng can’t forcibly sign to enforce this document, based on the avoidance system, a new mediator must be appointed.”

”If a new mediator is appointed, mediation won’t be forced; it’ll follow Wang Sheng’s initial method requiring his children to meet support obligations, since that’s the legal justice on paper.”

”Now confirmed, Wang Sheng was also abandoned by this old man, meaning the old man’s known children total two!”

”Meaning if Wang Sheng’s mediation file is invalid, a new mediator must mediate, concluding with obligations on the old man’s children, where Wang Sheng must bear support too, being one!”

Wow!

Once this became clear, everyone was enlightened.

No wonder Wang Sheng rushed into action assuming justice, even risking responsibility to forcibly mediate.

Turns out he doesn’t want to meet support obligations either!

Knowing it’s a pit, he’s forcing others to jump, what kind of nonsense is that?

The ladies present realized too, looking at Wang Sheng with disgust and disdain.

”Son, son, Dad misses you; come back home with Dad, let Dad fulfill some fatherly duties. Dad misses you...”
